The Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has posed several challenges to almost every aspect of our lives including the Wills writing industry. Due to this unprecedented phenomenon, over the past few months, processes, laws, and timelines have all been pushed to their limits. There are considerable practical and legal challenges to consider when making a will while social distancing, isolation, or quarantine measures are in place. This article aims to discuss the formalities that need to be complied with in executing a will and challenges in the Malaysian legal context in an era in which social distancing is the new normal. As Malaysian Law operated on parallel legal jurisdiction, this article limits the scope of discussion to the civil legal position impose on the non-Muslim in Malaysia by referring to Wills Act 1959 only. For this purpose, the discussion adopts the doctrinal analysis by examining the existing primary and secondary materials including statutory provisions, case law, and other legal and non-legal literature related to the will execution under civil law applicable to non-Muslim. This article concludes that restrictions on human interaction are challenging for assessing testamentary capacity and witnessing requirements as both of which are required to ensure the validity of Wills. For the time being, it appears that Malaysian law still insists to follow the strict conventional way of wills execution. The legislature should relax some strict requirement in the Wills Act 1959 during the COVID-19 outbreak or similarly exigent circumstances with several safeguards to ensure the validity of the Wills. A technological tool such as electronic signature, remote execution and digital will also good to be considered as an alternative solution in making a valid Will during pandemics.

To improve the comfort of using the car, it became necessary to develop an engine autostart system. This system will integrate it into the car's anti-theft system and improve the use of the car regardless of weather conditions. The introduction of such a system will make it possible to increase the range of messages about alarms and the state of the alarm, the small value of which in old models due to the growth of abductions, the lack of close parking places has absolutely ceased to satisfy the driver. The analysis of the existing engine autostart systems is carried out, in which the main problem is highlighted, namely, the impossibility of pro-lime engine autostart at a long distance. As a result of the analysis, the goal of the study was highlighted: the expansion of the functional and consumer capabilities of the auto-alarm system. The developed remote start system is designed for sound and optical notification of violation of the protected vehicle zones, prevention of theft and robbery, remote execution of service functions. The result of the research is: the development of a working model and software, as well as experimental research. The originality lies in the fact that the constructed circuit allows monitoring and control of the autostart functions of the car engine from almost any distance (limited by the GSM reception area).

The paper introduces DeepForge, a gateway to deep learning for scientific computing. DeepForge provides an easy to use, yet powerful visual/textual interface to facilitate the rapid development of deep learning models by novices as well as experts. Utilizing a cloud-based infrastructure, built-in version control, and multiuser collaboration support, DeepForge promotes reproducibility and ease of access and enables remote execution of machine learning pipelines. The tool currently supports TensorFlow/Keras, but its extensible architecture enables easy integration of additional platforms.

There is a general trend in WLCG towards the federation of resources, aiming for increased simplicity, efficiency, flexibility, and availability. Although general VO-agnostic federation of resources between two independent and autonomous resource centres may prove arduous, a considerable amount of flexibility in resource sharing can be achieved in the context of a single WLCG VO, with a relatively simple approach. We have demonstrated this for PIC and CIEMAT, the Spanish Tier-1 and Tier-2 sites for CMS, by making use of the existing CMS xrootd federation infrastructure and profiting from the common CE/batch technology used by the two centres. This work describes how compute slots are shared between the two sites, so that the capacity of one site can be dynamically increased with idle execution slots from the remote site, and how data can be efficiently accessed irrespective of its location. Our contribution includes measurements for diverse CMS workflows comparing performances between local and remote execution, and can also be regarded as a benchmark to explore future potential scenarios, where storage resources would be concentrated in a reduced number of sites.

In article analyzed a specifics of forming pedagogical competence in students. The aim of the article is to characterize the use of the elements of distance learning in the course of studying "Educational work methods" by future teachers. The study used methods of analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, conclusions, analysis of experience. In the course of scientific search distance learning is considered as a form of organization of educational process through the Internet, which is implemented extraterritorially, synchronously or asynchronously, in a clearly defined period of time or according to the educational needs and wishes of students and aimed at the formation of future specialists in general and professional competencies. The elements of remote execution by students of practical tasks in pedagogy (educational work method) with the use of e-mail, web-forum, mailing lists, webinars, chats, social networks, multimedia, IP-telephony are offered. Result. Practical problems in pedagogy are aimed at mastering students the competencies of organizing, conducting and monitoring educational work with students in the institution of general secondary education. In order to form the applied skills of the method of educational work, the future teachers were offered creative tasks: to draw up a scheme-collage of interactive forms of educational work with students; to prepare multimedia presentations of the essence, structure and requirements for organizing and conducting one of the interactive forms of educational work: action, quest, flash mob, booking, forum theater, talk show, foot quest, etc. Participation in professional webinars, selection and analysis of pedagogical tasks will contribute to the formation, generalization and systematization of skills and methods in the organization of educational work. To diagnose the levels of formation of students of competencies in the organization of educational work with students test tasks are used.
