Abstract The purpose of this article is to show that it is necessary to assess the quality indicators for the technical means of smart transport systems. The quality of technical means, including smart transport systems, is associated with the selection of rational information processing technologies. Data in information systems is processed in different sections. The authors suggest an assessment technology for the operational quality of technical means of automated transport information systems. They identify the key quality indicators for the operation of technical means of information systems. The authors demonstrate that the operation of technical means can be characterized by the system task time, output data accuracy, and system implementability. They present the calculation of technical means quality indicators for smart transport systems

AbstractThe accuracy of design and implementation of an operating system in intelligent transportation systems is difficult to describe and validate because of its complexity. In this paper, we describe an OS in intelligent transportation systems with automaton theory and establish an OS state model. Based on this model, we construct an isomorphic model in Isabelle/HOL, describe the work objects and operational semantics of the system, and verify the system at the assembly level. We use a micro-kernel OS prototype (VSOS) for intelligent transportation systems as an example to illustrate our method and verify the correctness of design and implementation in VSOS with Isabelle/HOL. Verification shows that the proposed method is feasible.

Flow is a state of full task engagement that is accompanied with low-levels of self-referential thinking. Flow is considered highly relevant for human performance and well-being and has, therefore, been studied extensively. Yet, the neurocognitive processes of flow remain largely unclear. In the present mini-review we focus on how the brain's locus coeruleus-norepinephrine (LC-NE) system may be involved in a range of behavioral and subjective manifestations of flow. The LC-NE system regulates decisions regarding task engagement vs. disengagement. This is done via different modes of baseline and stimulus-evoked norepinephrine release. We emphasize the theoretical and empirical overlap between the LC-NE system and flow. For both, a match between a person's skill and task challenge is important in order to induce high levels task-related attention. Moreover, psychophysiological indicators of LC-NE system activity, such as eye pupil diameter and arousal are also sensitive to flow states. Flow is related to arousal in an inverted U-shape. Similarly, in theories on the LC-NE system, task engagement is highest with intermediate levels of arousal. We argue that knowledge about the role of the LC-NE system in establishing the flow experience may help to gain fundamental knowledge of flow and can contribute to unifying various empirical findings on this topic.

Existing Hadoop treats every job as an independent job and destroys metadata of preceding jobs. As every job is independent, again and again it has to read data from all Data Nodes. Moreover relationships between specific jobs are also not getting checked. Lack of Specific user identities creation and forming groups, managing user credentials are the weaknesses of HDFS. Due to which overall performance of Hadoop becomes very poor. So there is a need to improve the Hadoop performance by reusing metadata, better space management, better task execution by checking deduplication and securing data with access rights specification. In our proposed system, task deduplication technique is used. It checks the similarity between jobs by checking block ids. Job metadata and data locality details are stored on Name Node which results in better execution of job. Metadata of executed jobs is preserved. Thus by preserving job metadata re computations time can be saved. Experimental results show that there is an improvement in job execution time, reduced storage space. Thus, improves Hadoop performance.

The aim of this paper is to improve the scientific and methodological support of identification tasks when specifying the parameters of spacecraft motion. The article examines a systematic approach to ensuring the specification of the ballistic coefficient in the mathematical model of the spacecraft motion. For emergency situations, an approach was used that takes into account the object–system “task–solution tool”, which allows taking into account the errors of all elements of the navigation tool. The introduced structural property “generalized observability” makes it possible to solve the problem of Sb refinement in traditional and non-traditional conditions in the practice of operational navigation and ballistic support of spacecraft flight.

ABSTRACT
The Quality Assurance Center (PJM) is one of the units at STMIK STIKOM Bali which has the task of assisting the Chair in overseeing and controlling the entire process. One of the controls carried out is controlling customer satisfaction through implementing customer satisfaction evaluations. PJM STIKOM Bali uses a web-based quality assurance information. The use of web-based quality assurance information systems has never been measured by usability system to see whether the system built is acceptability for the PJM STIKOM Bali unit in carrying out its activities. In this study, researchers conducted a study to analyze usability in the STIKOM Bali quality assurance information system. The method used to measure usability is User Centered Design (UCD) because this method focuses on the user. In implementing the UCD method, three types of statements have been established, namely Task Complete Rate, Time on Task, and Usability Rate of System. The results achieved in this study were the success rates of respondents in completing the STIKOM Bali quality assurance information system task task of 97.67%. The average time needed by respondents to complete all tasks is 92 minutes. The usability level felt by respondents when using the quality assurance information system is 88.75%.
Keywords : Quality Assurance System, Usability, User Centered Design
Dalam implementasi metode UCD, telah ditetapkan tiga jenis pernyataan yaitu Task Complete Rate, Time on Task, dan Usability Rate of System.
