The purpose of the article. To consider and analyze some aspects of the development of modern Ukrainian pop songs in the postcolonial period of the late XX - early XXI century. The methodology involves the use of a systematic approach to research, as well as the use of methods of analysis, synthesis, historical and comparative, which allowed analyzing the development of Ukrainian pop songs in the Soviet system and after independence when it was in the field of Russian influence. which is the glow of long-term colonial status. The scientific novelty is that for the first time the development of Ukrainian pop songs was considered not only in the context of art analysis but also the research of postcolonialism, which generally affected the development of Ukrainian culture of XX - early XXI century. Conclusions. Changes in music culture are evidence of the adaptation of the flexible mechanism of music creation to new operating conditions. And although it is difficult to predict further social changes and their impact on the formation of musical culture not only in Ukrainian society but also in the world, the main trends have already been outlined. They consist of a certain unification of musical and stylistic standards, which will eliminate the differences between performers of popular musical compositions around the world. Accordingly, globalization dictates fashion in the field of music culture. In general, at the beginning of the third millennium, Ukrainian pop song culture entered the context of European and world cultural processes and became the property of world music culture, and its brightest representatives occupy a worthy place among world masters. Keywords: pop, pop song, postcolonial influences, national self-identification.

Schemes of arrangement are an important and flexible mechanism, which can be used to reorganise a company's capital. Schemes have undergone a renaissance over the last twenty years, particularly as a debt restructuring device in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis when companies and their advisors have needed to develop effective tools for dealing with financial distress. The COVID-19 pandemic has provided a further incentive for jurisdictions to ensure that they have an effective debt restructuring mechanism in place. Schemes have also become the mechanism of choice for recommended takeovers. This book performs a critical, contextual and comparative analysis of schemes and their uses, examines recent developments in this area, including the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, and considers whether further reform is needed to ensure that schemes continue to develop as an indispensable tool for companies for the future.

Effective bilateral hand training is desired in rehabilitation programs to restore hand function for people with unilateral hemiplegia, so that they can perform daily activities independently. However, owing to limited human resources, the hand function training available in current clinical settings is significantly less than the adequate amount needed to drive optimal neural reorganization. In this study, we designed a lightweight and portable hand exoskeleton with a hand-sensing glove for bilateral hand training and home-based rehabilitation. The hand-sensing glove measures the hand movement of the less-affected hand using a flex sensor. Thereafter, the affected hand is driven by the hand exoskeleton using the measured hand movements. Compared with the existing hand exoskeletons, our hand exoskeleton improves the flexible mechanism for the back of the hand for better wearing experience and the thumb mechanism to make the pinch gesture possible. We designed a virtual reality game to increase the willingness of repeated movement practice for rehabilitation. Our system not only facilitates bilateral hand training but also assists in activities of daily living. This system could be beneficial for patients with hemiplegia for starting correct and sufficient hand function training in the early stages to optimize their recovery.

In the modern methodology of education, the main approach is "human orientation", which gives rise to the vector of ecosystem education as a new norm of educational activity. Strategies for the creation and development of educational ecosystems and its pedagogical practices both in the digital space and outside it are just being formed and worked out. The role of transformational processes in the scientific and educational sphere, which predetermine the need for the formation of educational ecosystems in universities, is substantiated. In the article, the author reveals the prerequisites for the development of the educational ecosystem from the standpoint of the implementation of the cognitive paradigm of education. The author considers the problems of representing educational ecosystems in the absence of a focus on the humanitarization of learning, insufficiently developed management systems, a focus on humanocentrism instead of human- and nature-conformity. The analysis of the results of a pilot study of the factors of the organization of educational ecosystems is presented. The main guidelines for the formation of educational ecosystems are highlighted. The essence of the educational ecosystem is described through the prism of: relationships, pedagogical interactions, educational environment, orientation to the quality of education, educational strategies and technologies. Based on the identified prerequisites for the development of educational ecosystems, it is concluded that the university ecosystem is a flexible mechanism for the interaction of all actors of education, which allows timely and adequate response to external and internal changes. The article is intended for teachers, heads of educational organizations, researchers dealing with the issues of the educational ecosystem.

Abstract In recent years, compliant mechanisms have attracted more and more attention of scholars at home and abroad, and achieved rapid development. The introduction of flexible variable stiffness design in flexible mechanism can not only improve the safety of human-computer interaction, but also improve the adaptability of the machine. Because the ID-LEJ (Inside-Deployed Lamina Emergent Joint) is a kind of LEMs and has very good bending performance. In this paper, the rotary ID-LEJ flexure hinge is proposed based on ID-LEJ hinge, to maximize the bending capacity of the hinge. In order to realize variable stiffness of rotary ID-LEJ, four sliders are arranged in the rotary ID-LEJ to change the stiffness of the hinge. The variable stiffness of the hinge is analyzed by Equivalent system and Finite element analysis. When the slider is symmetrically divided (yl1=yl2=yr1=yr2) the bending equivalent constant of the variable stiffness hinge varies continuously from 30.8 n · mm / rad ∼ 38.2n · mm / rad. And when the slider is asymmetrically distributed (yl1=yl2≠yr1=yr2) The bending equivalent constant of the variable stiffness hinge varies continuously from 30.8n · mm / rad to 34.2 · mm / rad. The results show that the variable stiffness performance is very flexible and stable.

AbstractFocusing light into scattering media, although challenging, is highly desirable in many realms. With the invention of time-reversed ultrasonically encoded (TRUE) optical focusing, acousto-optic modulation was demonstrated as a promising guidestar mechanism for achieving noninvasive and addressable optical focusing into scattering media. Here, we report a new ultrasound-assisted technique, ultrasound-induced field perturbation optical focusing, abbreviated as UFP. Unlike in conventional TRUE optical focusing, where only the weak frequency-shifted first-order diffracted photons due to acousto-optic modulation are useful, here UFP leverages the brighter zeroth-order photons diffracted by an ultrasonic guidestar as information carriers to guide optical focusing. We find that the zeroth-order diffracted photons, although not frequency-shifted, do have a field perturbation caused by the existence of the ultrasonic guidestar. By detecting and time-reversing the differential field of the frequency-unshifted photons when the ultrasound is alternately ON and OFF, we can focus light to the position where the field perturbation occurs inside the scattering medium. We demonstrate here that UFP optical focusing has superior performance to conventional TRUE optical focusing, which benefits from the more intense zeroth-order photons. We further show that UFP optical focusing can be easily and flexibly developed into double-shot realization or even single-shot realization, which is desirable for high-speed wavefront shaping. This new method upsets conventional thinking on the utility of an ultrasonic guidestar and broadens the horizon of light control in scattering media. We hope that it provides a more efficient and flexible mechanism for implementing ultrasound-guided wavefront shaping.

Objective: to develop and theoretically substantiate such an approach, which should ensure the creation of information and calculation-analytical basis for planning and implementation of effective preventive measures aimed at minimizing occupational risks in the workplace. Various approaches to the calculation of occupational risk are analyzed, primarily those based on the results of the assessment of working conditions in the workplace on the indicators of production factors (certification of jobs). Among the general shortcomings of the methods that use the results of job certification, the main ones should be noted: the probability of violation of the measurement method, insufficient objectivity in the assessment of production factors, the long period between measurements, high cost. It is noted that the main tasks that need to be addressed are: the formation of information databases for calculations, development of assessment methods and the involvement of qualified experts. A method of occupational risk assessment is proposed, the peculiarity of which is taking into account the results of measurements of the levels of production factors and expert assessments. As a result of calculations, the calculated value of occupational risk for a particular profession allows us to draw a conclusion about the extent to which working conditions meet current regulatory requirements. Conclusions: the proposed approach provides incentives for employers to ensure safe and harmless working conditions, as well as active involvement of employees in solving problems of labor protection. As promising areas for improving the assessment of occupational risks noted: the introduction of a flexible mechanism for systematic survey of working conditions in the workplace, justification of levels of gradation of occupational risk, the introduction of modern information systems for accounting and analysis of production factors in dynamics.
