This study addresses the potential role of spirituality in promoting mental health and wellbeing and argues for its utility in the helping professions. Spirituality, as a common human orientation, has long been a central notion in recovery movements. In the first part of the paper the author discusses the differences and overlaps between spirituality and its traditional form, religion. In the second part a questionnaire was used to study laypersons’, and professional helpers’ views on spirituality. The convenience sample comprised 137 persons. Professionals could find spirituality an important resource in their practice and included it in their interventions mainly when their clients had introduced the theme first. Most of the laypersons in the sample were concerned with spiritual issues and regularly practiced meditation or prayer. They conceived spirituality to cope with mental or physical illnesses.

The article is devoted to identifying the features of the creative environment in the context of the specifics of the space of the coworking center and to determine the basic design principles and means of its creation. The concept of "creative space" in the context of the specifics of the design of the coworking center has been clarified and supplemented. In this study, the concept of creative environment is considered by us as a subject-spatial environment, in the process of development and creation of which the designer takes into account not only the specifics of the philosophy of self-realization, but also tools to meet this need in anthropocentric approach. The study found that modern coworking centers, thanks to unique design approaches, are positioned as a favorable creative environment for the work of the creative class in the context of the implementation of new creative ideas. It is proved that functionality, artistic image, providing the necessary conditions for efficiency, ease of use, safety and aesthetic pleasure from being in the space of the coworking center and interaction with objects is achieved only through a systematic approach to design, which takes into account functional and technological and social -cultural factors. It is determined that the creation of a creative environment of a coworking center by a designer is the result of complex design - joint technical, aesthetic and artistic activities, the main property of which is anthropocentrism, ie human orientation. Accordingly, in the design process, the designer proceeds solely from human needs (in this case during work) to avoid unwanted adaptation of visitors to the coworking center to the environment created by him.

In the modern methodology of education, the main approach is "human orientation", which gives rise to the vector of ecosystem education as a new norm of educational activity. Strategies for the creation and development of educational ecosystems and its pedagogical practices both in the digital space and outside it are just being formed and worked out. The role of transformational processes in the scientific and educational sphere, which predetermine the need for the formation of educational ecosystems in universities, is substantiated. In the article, the author reveals the prerequisites for the development of the educational ecosystem from the standpoint of the implementation of the cognitive paradigm of education. The author considers the problems of representing educational ecosystems in the absence of a focus on the humanitarization of learning, insufficiently developed management systems, a focus on humanocentrism instead of human- and nature-conformity. The analysis of the results of a pilot study of the factors of the organization of educational ecosystems is presented. The main guidelines for the formation of educational ecosystems are highlighted. The essence of the educational ecosystem is described through the prism of: relationships, pedagogical interactions, educational environment, orientation to the quality of education, educational strategies and technologies. Based on the identified prerequisites for the development of educational ecosystems, it is concluded that the university ecosystem is a flexible mechanism for the interaction of all actors of education, which allows timely and adequate response to external and internal changes. The article is intended for teachers, heads of educational organizations, researchers dealing with the issues of the educational ecosystem.

The ecological crisis continues to be identified as the most significant social breakdown in the world. One of the important foundational influences on the development of an adequate religious response is the thought of cultural historian Thomas Berry. He affirmed the critical role that the world’s religions have in developing a spirituality that supports the sacrifices, visions, and dreams needed to live in an integral way with the Earth’s community of life. Such a spirituality provides the psychic energies we need to adequately respond to the crisis. The author of this article argues that Berry’s thoughts continue to be relevant, especially in the context of the emergence of a renewed sense of Catholicity. This article presents an overview of the breadth and depth of the study that led to Berry’s articulation of a new human orientation needed to reverse the path of devastation. It offers Berry’s insights into the reasons why it is difficult for Christianity to effectively respond to the present crisis and calls for a new Catholicity that functions out of the comprehensive context of an evolutionary and emergent universe.

Organizational success in achieving predetermined goals is influenced by many factors. One of these factors is human resources. This study aims to describe work discipline, organizational culture, and job satisfaction at the Muhammadiyah Vocational High School in Banten Province. The research sample was the permanent teachers of SMK Muhammadiyah Banten Province, with as many as 121 teachers. Organizational culture is measured by four indicators, namely autonomy in tasks obtaining a mean value of 3.94, autonomy in the results obtaining a mean value of 3.96, human orientation obtaining a mean value of 4.22, and orientation to development obtaining a mean value of 3, 79. In general, according to teachers' perceptions that human orientation is positively perceived by respondents. Based on the analysis results that have been carried out descriptively, the respondents' perceptions of work discipline, organizational culture, and job satisfaction are as follows: individual contributions to the organization. Work discipline can be monitored from the length of time worked in working hours, the level of frequency of employee permission to work, work attendance appears on employee attendance records. The test results show that the work permit best explains the overall work discipline of the teacher. Job satisfaction is related to perceptions of the conditions of work being managed. Teacher job the job itself measures satisfaction, promotion, supervision, workgroup, and working conditions. The test results show that satisfaction with the workgroup to complete the job can explain overall job satisfaction. Teacher performance must have four types of competency outcomes, namely pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competence at work. The test results show that personality competence best explains overall performance, followed by professional, social competence, and the last is pedagogic competence.

After the author explicates how his academic relationship to Paepcke began in the 1970s, he proceeds to discuss critically the latter’s reflections on language and translation. Latent contradictions in Paepcke’s conceptual framework and in his understanding of the relationship between theory and practice are brought to the fore. This conceptual tension shows that Paepcke’s understanding of and approach to dealing with texts is problematic. Using concrete examples, the author demonstrates that Paepcke did not rely on the text as the criterion for constituting meaning. Rather Paepcke relied on historically mediated conceptual constructs which were given the status of authoritative units of sense, and these units guided Paepcke in his process of establishing the meaning of the whole. The reason for this can be found in unreflected preliminary decisions that are seen as “a priori evidence.” This also explains why Paepcke’s real achievement lies in the contrastive analysis of comprehensive concepts – of traditionally rich concepts developed over the course of time (human orientation) as well as in rationalized contemporary language (functional orientation).

Purpose This paper aims to explore theme park visitors’ attitudes toward interacting with robots and investigated the qualities and functions of robotic servers and their influence on customers’ loyalty. A structural equation modeling approach was used to identify the complex relationships among variables in the entire network. Design/methodology/approach An online survey randomly assigned respondents to four different robotic server scenarios with robots that look like humans, animals, cartoon characters and anime features. The influence of robot types was investigated by manipulating robot type with four different pictures; however, the data were analyzed with a structural equation modeling model to identify the complex relationships rather than one-way analysis of variance to identify influences of robot types on different variables in separate analyzes. Findings The data collected from the 385 experienced theme park visitors revealed that perception of robots with human orientation and safety qualities had the strongest effect on the perceived robotic functionality, while emotions and co-creation qualities hardly had any effect on the perceived functionality, which included utilitarian rather than experiential functions such as excitement. Human orientation qualities, regardless of the specific robotic design, had a significant impact on perceived robotic functionality. The study also revealed a strong positive influence of perceived robotic functionality on customer loyalty. Originality/value The debate of whether or not to introduce and blend the growing robotic technology into the theme park experience is in its infancy. The study contributes to the theory of how robotics qualities and functions can augment customer loyalty.

The survival of mankind is possible through the rejection of dialectical dogmas of humanitarian and social science, which still ignores the spiritual nature of man, has an anti-human orientation. The theory of sustainable development and the concept of noospherism are technocratic utopias that do not recognize the true tri-hypostatic – the spiritual-bio-social nature of the human personality. They contribute to dehumanization, they cannot find a way out of the current apocalyptic global crisis. The survival of humanity is possible through the development and implementation of a new saving strategy of spiritually-noosphere-sustainable economic development, where humanity as an alpha and omega should be deployed in the actions of governments and in every conscious, free-responsible act of the individual.
