Abstract This paper elaborates a hybrid synchronous reference frame method has been proposed for the distribution static compensator (DSTATCOM) to enhance the compensation performance. This controller is designed in such a way that it generate the reference with respect to the change in load to reject the harmonics. Furthermore, a hysteresis controller is employed for switching pattern generation. Fuzzy logic controller is also implemented in MATLAB/simulink environment here to analyze the total harmonic distortion. Experimental analysis of the DSTATCOM demonstrates the potency and reliability of proposed controller over existing control strategy in the from of total harmonic distortion.

Fe-based amorphous strip (AM strip) is a core material for high-efficiency distribution transformers and contributes to saving energy loss in electricity distribution. The core loss and apparent power for 2605SA1 amorphous strips at power frequency are studied using the Epstein frame method. Longitudinal magnetic field annealing and the influence of measuring modes on test results are investigated in detail. Improved test efficiency and higher accuracy in test results for amorphous ribbons are demonstrated and it is found that the number of strips and the lap joint methods affect the test results greatly. The waveform of the secondary induction voltage becomes sinusoidal with the increase of strip number. The values of core loss and apparent power become stable once the total number of strips is larger than 20. The coefficient of eddy current loss (e) also affects the correction of testing core losses. The test results could be improved at a smaller value of e when the waveform of the secondary induction voltage becomes deformed from sinusoidal due to a lower number of strips (below 20). The measured results were found to be reproducible when the strip number of each layer was one or two. However, the core loss and the apparent power increased along with the increase in the number of strips in each layer. Moreover, demagnetisation showed no effects on the test results when using the Epstein frame method.

Existing methods for video instance segmentation (VIS) mostly rely on two strategies: (1) building a sophisticated post-processing to associate frame level segmentation results and (2) modeling a video clip as a 3D spatial-temporal volume with a limit of resolution and length due to memory constraints. In this work, we propose a frame-to-frame method built upon transformers. We use a set of queries, called instance sequence queries (ISQs), to drive the transformer decoder and produce results at each frame. Each query represents one instance in a video clip. By extending the bipartite matching loss to two frames, our training procedure enables the decoder to adjust the ISQs during inference. The consistency of instances is preserved by the corresponding order between query slots and network outputs. As a result, there is no need for complex data association. On TITAN Xp GPU, our method achieves a competitive 34.4% mAP at 33.5 FPS with ResNet-50 and 35.5% mAP at 26.6 FPS with ResNet-101 on the Youtube-VIS dataset.

This article proposes the normalisation of the speculative frame method for identifying real estate bubbles, price shocks, and other disturbances in the real estate market. This index-based method relies on time series data and real estate prices. In this article, the speculative frame method was elaborated and normalised with the use of equations for normalising data sets and research methodologies. The method is discussed on the example of the Polish housing market.

Advances in technology in the field of information are developing very rapidly at this time, especially information in the field of animation. The animation is a visual form that moves and is used to present information and learning that is difficult to understand if delivered in general. The use of animation media is specially made to find out the procedures for the Hajj pilgrimage in order to increase knowledge for someone who wants to perform the Hajj or want to know the Hajj procedures because Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam where if someone carries it out, much wisdom will be gained. Information about the pilgrimage procedures is packaged with 3D animation and created using 3Ds Max application and the frame by frame method, where all movements of the animation are arranged using frames. So that the resulting learning media, namely animated videos that add insight and information for someone because it is packaged with media that is more attractive and easy to understand, namely animation.

Abstract In this article, we present the Laguerre wavelet exact Parseval frame method (LWPM) for the two-dimensional flow of a rotating micropolar fluid in a porous channel with huge mass transfer. This flow is governed by highly nonlinear coupled partial differential equations (PDEs) are reduced to the nonlinear coupled ordinary differential equations (ODEs) using Berman's similarity transformation before being solved numerically by a Laguerre wavelet exact Parseval frame method. We also compared this work with the other methods in the literature available. Moreover, in the graphs of the velocity distribution and microrotation, we shown that the proposed scheme's solutions are more accurate and applicable than other existing methods in the literature. Numerical results explaining the effects of various physical parameters connected with the flow are discussed.
