As the main train service provider company in Indonesia, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (PT KAI) has many customers who need information. In order to maintain customer loyalty, PT KAI must respond quickly and be adaptive to technology to provide the best service to customers. Limited human resources make PT KAI unable to serve customers simultaneously, so customers often have to wait for a response. In order to provide the best service, automatic messages are needed in order to help customer service performance respond quickly and at the same time with no cost, access anytime and anywhere. This study proposes a new approach with chatbots as a medium for conveying automatic information quickly and simultaneously. This chatbot is made with a computational language that focuses on natural language modeling and cosine similarity as a method for calculating the proximity of inputs and databases. This research can help PT KAI's customer service workers to answer customer needs automatically.

In the era of technological advances, tourists will first seek information about the tourist object to be addressed, even tourists often don't have a destination, so they have to search one by one via the internet. In determining travel plans, it is often to see one by one the review of tourist attractions and conclude the results will take a long time, while tourists need actual and fast information to determine the travel plans. In this study, the authors take a new approach, namely by creating a mobile-based travel planner system that compiles travel plans automatically by considering contextual information related to tourist location points, whether of tourist locations during travel days, travel opening and closing hours, so that it will increase travel efficiency without having to do the research manually which takes a long time. The system can also provide travel recommendations based on visitor comments sentiment on Google Places and is equipped with a trip route that will be generated automatically. This research is useful for helping tourists plan their trip actually because of the consideration of contextual information so that it will make it easier and save tourists time.

Supply chain management is very important for a company because it will affect supply performance in the company. Doing business in this era has many challenges that must be faced, especially in the Muslim clothing business. The way to stabilize the demand diagram of the Muslim clothing business, retailers are required to manage the supply chain so that they can meet the total demand. The object of this research is Rabbani Cirebon which was obtained from a literature study published in a journal entitled "Trend of Muslim Lifestyle Changes" from Banjarmasin State Polytechnic. The journal has sales data based on product types from monthly in 2016. From this data will be processed and analyzed using data analysis techniques. This data analysis technique uses time series forecasting data analysis techniques. From this time series method, this research uses moving average and linear regression. After modeling the data, the forecast error is measured using MAD, MAPE, RMSE, and MSE. The overall MSE results were 103731.8 and RMSE 322.0743. The benefit of demand forecasting is to reduce the Bullwhip Effect, plan future resources, for example, such as stock management, place control, product distribution, and demand for raw materials so as to make the right decisions. The results showed that the linear regression method has better forecasting than the moving average because linear regression has a smaller error rate than the moving average. But even so, the error rate of this study is still very large, so it is necessary to do more research to minimize the error rate.

Advances in technology in the field of information are developing very rapidly at this time, especially information in the field of animation. The animation is a visual form that moves and is used to present information and learning that is difficult to understand if delivered in general. The use of animation media is specially made to find out the procedures for the Hajj pilgrimage in order to increase knowledge for someone who wants to perform the Hajj or want to know the Hajj procedures because Hajj is the fifth pillar of Islam where if someone carries it out, much wisdom will be gained. Information about the pilgrimage procedures is packaged with 3D animation and created using 3Ds Max application and the frame by frame method, where all movements of the animation are arranged using frames. So that the resulting learning media, namely animated videos that add insight and information for someone because it is packaged with media that is more attractive and easy to understand, namely animation.

Natural Language Processing (NLP) is part of artificial intelligence that focuses on natural language processing. That is the language commonly used by humans in communicating with each other. In writing, articles can also be applied. To find out the similarity of the contents of a scientific article to another will make it easier for readers to make selections and make it easier to collect similar documents. Likewise with differences in article content even though they use the same keywords. Measurements are made using the keywords contained in the abstract which consists of several words and the number of keywords. The method used is to use fuzzy string matching to get the number of keywords used in an article. Then the calculation will be done for each keyword used and will be sorted by priority according to the position of the keyword. The search will be carried out starting from the title, abstract, keywords, content, and references. The number of keywords found in each article is shared across all keywords found to generate a similarity percentage level. If the results found are the same in number from one article to another, it can even be categorized that the contents of the article have similar content. The testing process is carried out by counting the number of keywords in the source then comparing all the source keys to the destination articles in the database by searching and comparing each word.

This study aims to determine the application of accounting information system for raw material inventories at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan. To find out the application of the accounting system for raw material inventory at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan, data collection techniques were used, namely literature study and field research techniques. While the analysis technique used is a descriptive method. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that application of the accounting information system for raw material inventory at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan has been implemented not good, because there is still inaccurate information that is the demand for raw materials is not in accordance with what is received by the production. Weaknesses Oversight of raw material inventory in warehouses is piling up and is not suitable for processing. The delay in the schedule of order for supporting raw materials to be processed, so the production process does not run properly. The procedures used in the accounting information system for raw material inventory at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Medan, among others, procedures for requesting raw materials, procedures for receiving raw materials and procedures for issuing raw materials.

Banten Province has a city, namely Tangerang, to be precise in the northern part of Banten City. There are many tourist attractions that we can visit in the city of Tangerang, such as natural scenery, historical places, natural scenery, photo spots and culinary tours. With various tourist attractions in the city of Tangerang, it attracts tourists who want to travel to these places. With so many interested tourists visiting the city of Tangerang, the existing hotel is one of the destinations for tourists who are visited for a place to stay and rest. This has had an impact on the increasing number of hotels in the area, which has led to an increasing variety of choices for tourists. To make it easier for tourists to choose a hotel according to their needs, a decision support system is needed in choosing a hotel to use for a place to stay and rest. Tourists can choose hotels according to their desired needs by using a decision support system with various criteria. The decision support system applies the initial criteria weighting by using the AHP method and hotel alternative ranking using the TOPSIS method. The system has been tested and implemented by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents using the USE Questionnaire and applying the Sala Likert Method to perform the questionnaire calculations, and the final result obtained in the calculation of the questionnaire is 84.51%.

In addition, the current process, customers always order ac service directly to the location, this takes a long time, and in the sales inspection process it becomes difficult and takes a long time. Customer relation management is needed to maximize activities or Many marketing items, sales, and sales processes are currently done automatically. Analytical customer relation management is very useful in exploiting data from customers in order to increase the quality value of the company, through a CRM business strategy that will be combined with a process, humans, with technology. assist in the process of adding customers related to sales, converting the company to permanent members, and maintaining existing permanent members, satisfied and loyal permanent members. This study aims to design a CRM Service AC Service on Android-based Jaya Service. From the results of this study, the system built can make it easier for customers to order ac service easily directly via cellphones and can provide convenience to Jaya Service in seeing incoming orders and the results of service order transactions.

Air quality in a room is a problem that needs to be considered because it can affect human health. Therefore, we need a system that can monitor LPG, CO2, and cigarette smoke levels to determine the value of air quality levels in a room. Air pollution levels can be measured with the MQ-2 sensor to detect levels and an Android-based application as an information viewer. This study aims to build a monitoring application for LPG, CO2, and cigarette smoke levels based on the wireless ESP8266 sensor network in the room. The level monitoring application is built with the Java programming language, Firebase, and Arduino software. The application development stage includes analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The level monitoring application that is made can display the results of monitoring data. So those users can find out the measurement data of a level that is in a room with a series of sensors used. The result is research on the use of this device can be used as a tool to monitor air quality in a room.
