Ethno-Political Aspects Of The Kurdish Problem: An Analysis Of Different Approaches

This article discusses the Kurdish problem, its actuality, some ethno-political aspects of the problem, the existence of different, sometimes contradictory approaches to issues related to the Kurds, as well as international legal aspects of the problem. The article focuses on the fact that the Kurdish problem is not only a regional problem in terms of ethno-politics, but also a comprehensive problem at the international level. It is revealed that the ethno-political issue related to the Kurds is being assessed on the basis of controversial and mutually exclusive approaches.

Investigation of Clostridium difficile in elderly people: A preliminary study in Iran

Elderly people are at increased risk for infections such as with Clostridium difficile. This can colonize their gut and cause various gastro-intestinal manifestations. Our survey investigated its prevalence in a nursing home in Iran. Faecal samples were collected and tested by polymerase chain reaction for identification of A, B and binary toxin genes. From 289 samples, 42(14.5%) isolates were found. Toxin genes were positive in 19 isolates (17 AþBþ and 2 isolates ABþ). The elderly are especially at risk and great attention should be paid to contamination within their nursing homes. This is not an isolated regional problem.

Research Achievements of Oral Submucous Fibrosis: Progress and Prospect

Oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF) is a kind of chronic, insidious disease, and it is categorized into potentially malignant disorders (PMD), which poses a global and regional problem to public health. It is considered to be a multifactorial disease, such as due to areca nut chewing, trace element disorders, and genetic susceptibility. However, there is still no unanimous conclusion on its pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment strategies. Hence, this article provides a comprehensive review and prospect of OSMF research, providing scholars and clinicians with a better perspective and new ideas for the research and treatment of OSMF.

Emergence Of New Threats To Turkey’s National Security During The Syrian Crisis: “Euphrates Shield” Movement

The political crisis in Syria, which began in 2010 in North Africa and later spread to the Middle East under the name of the Arab Spring, has not changed for the better in 10 years. The crisis that began in the country has already become a regional problem in the local issue. The issue was followed by various issues that endangered Turkey’s national security for Turkey, Syria’s close neighbor. Such problems include refugees and wolves. The article describes the “Euphrates Shield”, a cross-border military operation aimed at eliminating a number of militant groups that have been seen as a threat to Turkey’s national security.

ANALYSIS OF THE GENERAL EQUATIONS OF THE TRANSVERSE VIBRATION OF A PIECEWISE UNIFORM VISCOELASTIC PLATE

This article discusses the analysis of the general equations of the transverse vibration of a piecewise homogeneous viscoelastic plate obtained in the “Oscillation of inlayer plates of constant thickness” [1]. In the present work on the basis of a mathematical method, the approached theory of fluctuation of the two-layer plates, based on plate consideration as three dimensional body, on exact statement of a three dimensional mathematical regional problem of fluctuation is stood at the external efforts causing cross-section fluctuations. The general equations of fluctuations of piecewise homogeneous viscoelastic plates of the constant thickness, described in work [1], are difficult on structure and contain derivatives of any order on coordinates x, y and time t and consequently are not suitable for the decision of applied problems and carrying out of engineering calculations. For the decision of applied problems instead of the general equations it is expedient to use confidants who include this or that final order on derivatives. The classical equations of cross-section fluctuation of a plate contain derivatives not above 4th order, and for piecewise homogeneous or two-layer plates the elementary approached equation of fluctuation is the equation of the sixth order. On the basis of the analytical decision of a problem the general and approached decisions of a problem are under construction, are deduced the equation of fluctuation of piecewise homogeneous two-layer plates taking into account rigid contact on border between layers, and also taking into account mechanical and rheological properties of a material of a plate. The received theoretical results for the decision of dynamic problems of cross-section fluctuation of piecewise homogeneous two-layer plates of a constant thickness taking into account viscous properties of their material allow to count more precisely the is intense-deformed status of plates at non-stationary external loadings.

The location directly adjacent to the first place and second place in PLuit is one of the reasons for site selection, so presenting a third place project here is expected to be a solution to the regional problem. Projects that provide a platform for the community to be able to come entertain themselves for a moment from the busyness or problems they face. Prioritizing sports programs with the intention of increasing interest in health, with the concept of wellness that is also adjusted to the needs of the surrounding community. So that this project becomes a place of fatigue that also supports the improvement of quality of life. With sports, an activity which in its development can be carried out as an entertaining and enjoyable activity, individuals between individuals can also meet and have the same motivation so that it can also create a community that further strengthens social life among surrounding communities. Proyek yang memberi wadah bagi masyarakat untuk bisa datang menghibur diri sejenak dari kesibukan atau masalah yang di hadapinya. RESUMONos últimos anos, diferentes países como Brasil e Argentina têm incluído temas relacionados à sexualidade como conteúdo curricular, medida que abriu uma série de debates na agenda pública acerca do papel que deve cumprir a instituição escolar no tratamento de questões relacionadas com a sexualidade e o gênero. Esta problemática regional tem se manifestado de forma eloquente e a polêmica sobre este tema pôs em circulação expressões como “ideologia de gênero”, que marcam uma clara resistência a este tipo de medida. Assim, analisaremos os discursos que têm circulado sobre a educação sexual e focalizaremos nosso interesse, especificamente, nas controvérsias geradas em relação às questões de gênero. A análise dos esquemas argumentativos que apresentam esses discursos nos permitirá, por um lado, analisar as polêmicas surgidas em torno das noções de gênero na educação sexual e, por outro, comparar as regularidades e rupturas que aparecem nos dois países.Gênero.
