AbstractGluten-free flours are interesting alternative to wheat flours. They could be by-products of oilseed processing, characterized by high content of bioactive compounds. Therefore the aim of the study was to determine the antioxidant, antimicrobial properties, amino acid and fatty acid profile of flours obtained as by-products from the oil industry. The highest total polyphenol content and antioxidant activity was found to have evening primrose flour. The widest spectrum of microbial growth inhibition was indicated for corn germ extract which showed no antimicrobial activity only against Bacillus subtilis. The highest protein content was found in pumpkin, peanut and almond flours (more than 50 g/100 g). The major abundant amino acids in all the analysed oilseed cake flours were aspartic acid, glutamic acid and arginine. The analysed gluten-free flours were found to be a good source of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs), which comprised mainly linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid, whereas the best source of PUFAs was evening primrose flour. The results suggest that the cold-pressed seed flours possess valuable chemical composition and may be considered for improvement of the nutritional properties of food products.

The article proves the decisive role of the oil and fat sector for the national economy. The current state of activity of processing enterprises of oil and fat industry allows to state that extensive directions of growth and development are almost exhausted for them, since there is already a tendency to exceed existing production capacities every year compared to available volumes of raw materials for processing. This is a consequence of an increase in the volume of oilseeds exports while at the same time insufficient capacity of production capacities of processing oilseeds enterprises. One of the measures that can partially solve this problem is the use by enterprises of the domestic oil and fat sector of such direction of development as diversification of production. Although it is advisable to note the presence of certain differences in the use of diversification between Ukrainian and foreign enterprises. The use of kinship diversification at oil and fat enterprises is associated with the transition from mono structural forms of technological lines of plants to the universal ones capable of working with various types of raw materials. One of the promising areas of diversification for domestic enterprises of the oil and fat complex is the market of oilseeds processing products, where only several companies currently operate. Also, the priority direction of diversification of the activities of oil processing enterprises can be the production of such a refining product as phosphate concentrate. Significant potential and reserve for the development and expansion of oilseed processing enterprises lies in the intensification of biofuel production, in particular the production of pellets. Also, an additional direction of diversification of activities of enterprises that produce and use pellets for their own needs can be the production of thermal energy, which is aimed not only at providing their own technological needs, but also at providing such services to others. Thus, by diversifying its activities, oil and fat enterprises are able not only to improve their technical and economic performance, but also to intensify and stimulate the further development of enterprises of other related and connected sectors of the national economy, accelerating their modernization and more harmonious integration into the global economic space.

The current state and development of the oilseed market of the East Kazakhstan region, which is the country's main supplier of sunflower seeds, as well as raw materials for oil refineries, is investigated. This article analyzes the development of the oil and fat industry of East Kazakhstan region for 2015-2019 by the following indicators: gross yield of oilseeds; productivity; sown area; level of utilization of average annual production capacity. Volumes of vegetable oil production by their types, which are the main factor resources and sources of oilseed raw materials and their processing, are presented. Along with this, the main problems of the oil and fat industry of the region are identified, ways to solve them, also prospects for the development of internal and external sales markets are proposed. In order to increase the efficiency of the oil and fat industry in the region and Kazakhstan, the need for the production of high-quality raw materials, also the solution of other issues related to ensuring food security, was noted.Particularly, the formation and maintenance of the production cycle: selection - growing - storage, as well as oilseed processing. Providing state support in providing farmers with quality seeds and modern technology, monitoring the export of high-quality oilseeds, as well as stimulating the export of final products.

The article presents the results of a study of the world market of oilseeds and products of their processing, regional features of the agro- industrial complex (AIC) of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as the rationale for the development of the region’s export activities in this direction. The purpose of the study is the formation of the model of the distribution of oilseed processing products to foreign markets. Research methods - an analytical and research arsenal of methods and methodological techniques: logical and situational analysis, diagnostics and monitoring, tabular and graphical techniques for interpreting factual information. Among general scientific methods, analysis, synthesis, deduction and induction, analogy have found application. The results of the Research: segmentation of consumers of vegetable oils, marketing complex of products, model of distribution of products to the market of vegetable oils of China. The formed distribution model is based on the goals of the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnoyarsk Territory: to introduce a new product (vegetable oils: rapeseed, cameline, mustard) and expand its presence to the markets. The formed distribution model will expand the possibilities of diversifying the activities of agricultural enterprises in the region when entering the foreign markets and will serve as a serious methodological basis for the design of innovative business models.
