The purpose of the article is to identify the problems of film production and distribution in Ukraine and to identify scientific guidelines that contribute to a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of Ukrainian authors’ cinema in the intercultural space. Research methodology. Methods of scientific analysis, comparison, generalization were used in the development of the topic. In addition, analytical and systematic methods were used in their unity, which is necessary to study the art aspect of the problem. The scientific novelty of the study is that the problem of author's film production and distribution in Ukraine in the context of the functioning of state support programs first appeared as the subject of a special study; the content of the concept of "film production" as certain specific integrity and unity of interconnected elements is argued; the works of Ukrainian film directors-authors, whose films were created with state support, are singled out and characterized; the expediency of using the system method in studying the peculiarities of the film-making process in Ukraine is proved; a comprehensive analysis was carried out and the features of author's film production in Ukraine and abroad were identified. Conclusions. Acquaintance with the materials presented in the article expands the arsenal of knowledge about the specifics of the author's film production and distribution in Ukraine and makes their use in training courses on the theory and history of cinema and directing. Keywords: Ukrainian cinema, film production, distribution, state support, director-authors.

Abstract Aiming at the shortcomings of current transmission line state evaluation, which refers to the isolation of scalars and the low accuracy of evaluation methods, a transmission line state evaluation technology based on multi-source parameter fusion is proposed. This paper collects and selects characteristic data such as line test inspection information, operation and maintenance records, and power grid operating parameters as indicator quantities. The membership function is used to express the distribution state of the index quantity, and the distribution state is used as the data to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of the line operation state based on the long- and short-term memory network. The data tag is used to train the deep network to establish the mapping relationship between index parameters and operation state. Experiments show that the evaluation accuracy of the proposed method is significantly higher than that of the traditional shallow method, which can provide theoretical guidance for the operation and maintenance of overhead transmission lines.

A statistical method is applied to predict the behaviour of a quantum model consisting of a qubit interacting with a single-mode cavity field. The qubit is prepared in excited state while the field starts from the binomial distribution state. The wave function of the proposed model is obtained. A von Neumann entropy is used to investigate the behaviour of the entanglement between the field and the qubits. Moreover, the atomic Q and Wigner functions are used to identify the behaviour of the distribution in a phase space. The simulation method is used to estimate the parameters of the proposed model to reach the best results. A numerical study is performed to estimate the specific dependency of the binomial distribution state. The results of entanglement were compared with the atomic Q and Wigner functions. The results showed that there are many maximum values of entanglement periodically. The results also confirmed a correlation between von Neumann entropy, the atomic Q , and Wigner functions.

Chamaecrista (L.) Moench is one of the largest genera of Leguminosae, with about 330 species, 258 of which are present in Brazil, mainly in Savanna areas in the central portion of the country. The genus is monophyletic and comprises six sections, including Ch. cect. Absus, the biggest one with ca. 180 species divided into four subsections and 31 series. Paniculatae series, as traditionally recognized, included 6 species (12 taxa). However, it recently had its circumscription changed from a phylogenetic study that made it a monophyletic group and subordinated 13 species recognized mainly by the generally large leaflets (1.5–9.3 × 1.2–9.5 cm long), orbicular, coriaceous and divaricate, young branches and axis of inflorescences viscous and flowers with posterior petal similar to a standard. Despite this, and considering the recent changes, its species remain scarcely known taxonomically, with typification problems, poorly illustrated and mapped, and without conservation status. A taxonomic review of Ch. ser. Paniculatae, which resulted from monthly collections since 2010, consult the literature and herbaria collections from 26 herbaria, including all types. Thirteen species were recognized, described, and illustrated, represented by images, contrasted by means of a key and commented on morphological relationships, geographic distribution, state of conservation and times of flowering and fruiting. In addition, the updated typification of the group is proposed, including four lectotypifications.

This paper presents a hierarchically distributed algorithm for the execution of distribution state estimation function in active networks equipped with some phasor measurement units. The proposed algorithm employs voltage-based state estimation in rectangular form and is well-designed for large-scale active distribution networks. For this purpose, as the first step, the distribution network is supposed to be divided into some overlapped zones and local state estimations are executed in parallel for extracting operating states of these zones. Then, using coordinators in the feeders and the substation, the estimated local voltage profiles of all zones are coordinated with the local state estimation results of their neighboring zones. In this regard, each coordinator runs a state estimation process for the border buses (overlapped buses and buses with tie-lines) of its zones and based on the results for voltage phasor of border buses, the local voltage profiles in non-border buses of its zones are modified. The performance of the proposed algorithm is tested with an active distribution network, considering different combinations of operating conditions, network topologies, network decompositions, and measurement scenarios, and the results are presented and discussed.
