Aim: boys of the second childhood period at the initial stage of martial arts to study the age characteristics of Mashkov’s diamond and the depth of the vertebral pole lordosis at the cervical and lumbar level as indicators of posture. Material and methods. 28 boys of the second childhood period (8-12 years) engaged in martial arts on the basis of JUSS No. 3 by V. G. Khromin of Tyumen were examined. The evaluation of Mashkov’s diamond was carried out according to the conventional method. The depth of the vertebral column lordosis at the cervical and lumbar level as an indicator of posture was assessed with the help of the device proposed by us (Russian Patent for useful model No. 30253). Results. The age-old size of Mashkov’s diamond sides increased as the boys grew up and did not indicate scoliotic spinal column disease. The “jumps” of its increase in the period of 11-12 years have been revealed. The age-related increase in the depth of lordosis at the cervical and lumbar level of the spinal column, more pronounced in the lumbar department, has been noted. Conclusion. According to Мashkov’s diamond, boys of the second childhood period have no abnormalities on the part of the spinal column. The depth of the vertebral pole lordosis at the lumbar level exceeds the depth of the cervical lordosis, which should be taken into account when dosing physical activity in physical education classes in the secondary school and during the training process in JUSH.

The paper considers new methods and tools for combined electroabrasive finishing of metal parts, and shows the advantages of such a tool over traditional methods of finishing shaping the surfaces of labor-intensive products made of difficult-to-process alloys. The possibilities of layer-by-layer application of materials using additive technology to reduce labor intensity and cost for combined processing of tools with layers of abrasive on the periphery of a metal body obtained from a low-melting alloy by the additive method are considered. The possibility of accelerated production of tools using this technology, which does not require significant costs for editing and sharpening for specific parts, is shown, which reduces the production time of technological equipment when launching new generations of products, primarily in the aerospace industry of mechanical engineering. The new method and design of the tool are protected by a Russian patent. Experimental operation of wheels made using additive technologies has shown that the use of such a tool in single and small-scale flexible structure production significantly reduces the complexity of manufacturing parts for finishing operations.

Innovation is widely defined as transforming an idea into a new or improved method for the production of goods or services that can be sold. Many different problem-solving techniques have been developed for achieving innovative outcomes. One of these methods, which was introduced by Russian patent expert Genrich Altshuller in the 1940s, is called TRIZ. This methodology gives us a new perspective for developing solutions by formulating a problem in terms of technical and physical contradictions. It aims to evolve the systems to be more ideal by incorporating innovations. From the invention of TRIZ approach, several new tools have been developed to facilitate problem solutions. Root Conflict Analysis (RCA+) is one of the TRIZ tools, which helps extensively in analysing root contradictions of a problem. In this article, verification of patent solution proposed for munition release systems using TRIZ-Based RCA+ approach will be presented.

For storage and open demonstration of moist anatomical educational preparations and museum exhibits proposed to use a new preservative, which is an aqueous solution of 0.014-0.019% 3-iodine-2-propinilbutilcarbonate. The solution has high antiseptic activity and does not have a local irritant effect on the skin, mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract and oral cavity, as well as on the conjunctiva of the eyes. The proposed preservative is non-toxic and environmentally safety. Long-term storage and use of anatomical preparations in the proposed preservative does not cause any damaging changes, violations of their shape, structure and color. The method is patented by the Russian Patent Agency.

Patenting of inventions is the basis of the independence of the Russian Federation in the sphere of high technologies, including dual-use ones. Th e purpose of this work is to review the main approaches to the legal protection of inventions in the Russian Federation. Th e ignorance of these approaches becomes one of the main obstacles to the eff ective patenting of inventions created at the scientifi c research institutes of the NBC Protection Troops. Th e paper is dedicated to the detailed consideration of particular problems, such as the correctness of the title of invention, the importance of clear indication of the purpose of the invention and its closest analogue, the danger of the confusion between technical problems and technical results ect. Th e ignorance of these aspects oft en leads to the delay in the substantive examination of patent applications. Special attention is paid to the procedure of patenting secret inventions and their status. Th e internal logic of the creation of intellectual property objects that should be taken into account during the patenting is shown at the example of patenting antidotes for organophosphorus toxic substances, based on hexahistidine-containing organophosphorus hydrolase. Th e Russian patent system is modern, incorporated into existing international agreements and provides Russian inventors and patent owners all the opportunities for competition in the Russian and world high technology markets. Th e reasons for delays in the substantive examination of patent applications, as well as for the ineffi ciency of patenting inventions in the NBC Protection Troops are purely subjective – poor knowledge of the Russian patent system and MoD orders, and the lack of motivation in opposing patent colonization of Russia

The author examines specific characteristics of patent information use in patent research and the major vectors of All-Russian Patent and Technical Library work. The author points to changes in collection development technology, user services in remote access mode, designing information products intended to orient users in multiple information resources on the Internet. She emphasizes that the Library’s patent law collection is relevant, very important and the most complete specialized collection on intellectual property issues.

In article outcomes of a research of 294 women with clinical displays of infringement menstrual cycle, shown developing as disfunctional changes in endometrium, resemble reminding polyps are submitted. For specification of character of a pathology is used the functional farmakodinamic oxytocin test (the Russian patent for the invention № 2126653). After statement of the diagnosis and assignment corresponding therapy during 36 months, restoration ultrasonography picture of endometrium was observed according to a phase of menstrual cycle.
