Today, there is no consensus about proper timing and conditions for integration of PowerPoint presentations into the educational process. But the model-based evaluation can make a decision-making process easier when it comes to using presentations. The purpose of this study is to build a formal model to evaluate presentations. In order to build a formal model, the authors suggest employing hierarchical structure consisting of aggregation operators, such as the weighted averaging operator, minimum operator, and fuzzy Choquet integral. The proposed formal model shows experts' knowledge of the interdependencies between the criteria. The experiment described in the paper demonstrates the effectiveness of such a model as it allows to formalize expert preferences gradually, which may include interdependencies between the quality criteria of a presentation. Thus, this model will allow to store, analyze, and compare presentations properties that are necessary for their successful application.

Recently, T-orderings, defined based on a t-norm T and infimum operator (for infinite case) or minimum operator (for finite case), have been applied as a generalization of the notion of crisp orderings to fuzzy setting. When this concept is extending to m-polar fuzzy data, it is questioned whether the generalized definition can be expanded for any aggregation function, not necessarily the minimum operator, or not. To answer this question, the present study focuses on constructing m-polar T-orderings based on aggregation functions A, in particular, m-polar T-preorderings (which are reflexive and transitive m-polar fuzzy relations w.r.t T and A) and m-polar T-equivalences (which are symmetric m-polar T-preorderings). Moreover, the construction results for generating crisp preference relations based on m-polar T-orderings are obtained. Two algorithms for solving ranking problem in decision-making are proposed and validated by an illustrative example.

Standard quadcopters are popular largely because of their mechanical simplicity relative to other hovering aircraft, low cost and minimum operator involvement. However, this simplicity imposes fundamental limits on the types of maneuvers possible due to its under-actuation. The dexterity and fault tolerance required for flying in limited spaces like forests and industrial infrastructures dictate the use of a bespoke dual-tilting quadcopter that can launch vertically, performs autonomous flight between adjacent obstacles and is even capable of flying in the event of the failure of one or two motors. This paper proposes an actuation concept to enhance the performance characteristics of the conventional under-actuated quadcopter. The practical formation of this concept is followed by the design, modeling, simulation and prototyping of a dual-axis tilting quadcopter. Outdoor flight tests using tilting rotors, to follow a trajectory containing adjacent obstacles, were conducted in order to compare the flight of conventional quadcopter with the proposed over-actuated vehicle. The results show that the quadcopter with tilting rotors provides more agility and mobility to the vehicle especially in narrow indoor and outdoor infrastructures.

Surface water samples were collected monthly from December, 2012 to November, 2013 at the middle part of Shatt Al-Arab Estuary at Basrah city during the low tide period to assess the organic pollution status using the Organic Pollution Index (OPI), and the aquaculture activities using Minimum Operator Concept (MOC). Results of biological oxygen demand (BOD5), ammonium, nitrite and orthophosphate were used to calculate OPI, while dissolved oxygen (DO), total phosphate and turbidity were used to calculate MOC. Results showed that OPI values range from 4.5 - 4.75 referred to weak organic–non organic pollution status. On the other hand, the water of Shatt Al-Arab Estuary can be considered as medium–excellent water for aquaculture activity according to the MOC range (66.67 - 93.33). Alat uji analog pengamatan perekaman video: stabilitas (kg) = 1482,91; Flow (mm) = 4,44; MQ (kg/mm) = 336,48. untuk alat uji digital menghasilkan stabilitas (kg) = 1508,36; Flow (mm) = 4,42; MQ (kg/mm) = 342,93. Berdasarkan analisa perbedaan tiga rata-rata menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan hasil pengujian menggunakan alat uji Marshall analog pengamatan langsung, perekaman video dan digital. Kata kunci: campuran AC-BC, karakteristik Marshall, alat uji marshall analog dan digital Abstract Marshall test-equipment is used to determine the stability of the flow and MQ of AC-BC pavement. It can be an analog and a digital test-equipment. Analog test-equipment reading the data manually dependens on the operator skills. While the digital test equipment uses a computer system produces maximum data with minimum operator. The research is conducted based on a mixture SNI 06-2489-1991 AC-BC with five variation of asphalt content. The presumptions of the test result of Marshall characteristic are found out as: the direct observation-analogue gets the stability (kg) = 1490.49; Flow (mm) = 4.48; MQ (kg / mm) = 335.55. The visualization analogue gets the stability (kg) = 1482.91; Flow (mm) = 4.44; MQ (kg / mm) = 336.48. The digital test-equipment gets the stability (kg) 1508.36; Flow (mm) = 4.42; MQ (kg / mm) = 342.93. Based on the three different analysis evenly show that there are no different significantly from the test result by using the direct observation-analogue, the visualization analogue, and the digital Marshall test-equipment. PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces the constituent components of HDD (Hard Disk Drive) products. One of the products produced by PT. XYZ made from rubber. The product has a strict specification, both for the accuracy of size and for display. One of the problems faced by PT. XYZ is the output of a 100% unstable check section even though the amount of human resources used is the same every day. There is a variation of the output / clock / operator from 650 to 714.4 pieces. This study aims to analyze the cause of the variation of output / hour / operator and to find solutions to minimize the output variation. The result of this research can be concluded that the cause of variation of output / hour / operator is the number of product type checked by operator not always the same every day. Where more and more types of products are checked then the smaller the output on that day. To get maximum results then the operator only do one type of product every day. If not possible then cultivated to a minimum operator change the type of product checked. It requires expertise from the supervisor to manage the work of the operator in an effort to get the maximum output.
