Some artificial intelligence algorithms have gained much attention in the rotating machinery fault diagnosis due to their robust nonlinear regression properties. In addition, existing deep learning algorithms are usually dependent on single signal features, which would lead to the loss of some information or incomplete use of the information in the signal. To address this problem, three kinds of popular signal processing methods, including Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) and directly slicing one-dimensional data into the two-dimensional matrix, are used to create four different datasets from raw vibration signal as the input data of four enhancement Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) models. Then, a fuzzy fusion strategy is used to fuse the output of four CNN models that could analyze the importance of each classifier and explore the interaction index between each classifier, which is different from conventional fusion strategies. To show the performance of the proposed model, an artificial fault bearing dataset and a real-world bearing dataset are used to test the feature extraction capability of the model. The good anti-noise and interpretation characteristics of the proposed method are demonstrated as well.

The way by which artificial intelligence is implemented is similar to the thinking process of the human brain. People obtain information about external conditions through five senses, namely, vision, hearing, smell, taste, and touch, and, through the further processing of the brain, it forms meaningful decision-making elements. Then, through the process of analysis and reasoning, further decisions are made. In the information age, the application of intelligent management information systems in various fields has promoted the modernization and intelligence of social development. From the perspective of intelligent decision-making, this paper analyzes the requirements of intelligent information systems and designs an intelligent information system based on mobile Internet management optimization, including system management optimization, and proposes an environment-based layer, network transport layer, and the three-tier system architecture of the smart service application layer. Finally, this paper considers the problem of data fusion after system expansion. According to the existing fuzzy fusion algorithm, a weight-based fuzzy fusion algorithm is proposed. The simulation analysis shows that the algorithm can be effectively applied in intelligent information systems.

Cognitive radio is a promising technology to solve the spectrum scarcity problem caused by inefficient utilization of radio spectrum bands. It allows secondary users to opportunistically access the underutilized spectrum bands assigned to licensed primary users. The local individual spectrum detection is inefficient, and cooperative spectrum sensing is employed to enhance spectrum detection accuracy. However, cooperative spectrum sensing opens up opportunities for new types of security attacks related to the cognitive cycle. One of these attacks is the spectrum sensing data falsification attack, where malicious secondary users send falsified sensing reports about spectrum availability to mislead the fusion center. This internal attack cannot be prevented using traditional cryptography mechanisms. To the best of our knowledge, none of the previous work has considered both unreliable communication environments and the spectrum sensing data falsification attack for cognitive radio based smart grid applications. This paper proposes a fuzzy inference system based on four conflicting descriptors. An attack model is formulated to determine the probability of detection for both honest and malicious secondary users. It considers four independent malicious secondary users’ attacking strategies of always yes, always no, random, and opposite attacks. The performance of the proposed fuzzy fusion system is simulated and compared with the conventional fusion rules of AND, OR, Majority, and the reliable fuzzy fusion that does not consider the secondary user’s sensing reputation. The results indicate that incorporating sensing reputation in the fusion center has enhanced the accuracy of spectrum detection and have prevented malicious secondary users from participating in the spectrum detection fusion

Image fusion is a sub field of image processing in which more than one images are fused to create an image where all the objects are in focus. The process of image fusion is performed for multi-sensor and multi-focus images of the same scene. Multi-sensor images of the same scene are captured by different sensors whereas multi-focus images are captured by the same sensor. In multi-focus images, the objects in the scene which are closer to the camera are in focus and the farther objects get blurred. Contrary to it, when the farther objects are focused then closer objects get blurred in the image. To achieve an image where all the objects are in focus, the process of images fusion is performed either in spatial domain or in transformed domain. In recent times, the applications of image processing have grown immensely. Usually due to limited depth of field of optical lenses especially with greater focal length, it becomes impossible to obtain an image where all the objects are in focus. Thus it plays an important role to perform other tasks of image processing such as image segmentation, edge detection, stereo matching and image enhancement. Hence, a novel feature-level multi-focus image fusion technique has been proposed which fuses multi-focus images. Thus the results of extensive experimentation performed to highlight the efficiency and utility of the proposed technique is presented.  The proposed work further explores comparison between fuzzy based image fusion and neuro fuzzy fusion technique along with quality evaluation indices.
