User profiling refers to inferring people’s attributes of interest ( AoIs ) like gender and occupation, which enables various applications ranging from personalized services to collective analyses. Massive nonlinguistic audio data brings a novel opportunity for user profiling due to the prevalence of studying spontaneous face-to-face communication. Nonlinguistic audio is coarse-grained audio data without linguistic content. It is collected due to privacy concerns in private situations like doctor-patient dialogues. The opportunity facilitates optimized organizational management and personalized healthcare, especially for chronic diseases. In this article, we are the first to build a user profiling system to infer gender and personality based on nonlinguistic audio. Instead of linguistic or acoustic features that are unable to extract, we focus on conversational features that could reflect AoIs. We firstly develop an adaptive voice activity detection algorithm that could address individual differences in voice and false-positive voice activities caused by people nearby. Secondly, we propose a gender-assisted multi-task learning method to combat dynamics in human behavior by integrating gender differences and the correlation of personality traits. According to the experimental evaluation of 100 people in 273 meetings, we achieved 0.759 and 0.652 in F1-score for gender identification and personality recognition, respectively.

Identification systems that use biometric characteristics to solve the problem of access to information systems are becoming more common. The article proposes a new method of biometric identification of computer systems users, based on the determination of the integral Volterra model of the human oculo-motor system (OMS) according to experimental research "input-output" using innovative eye tracking technology. With the help of the Tobii Pro TX300 eye tracker, the data of OMC responses to test visual stimuli were obtained, displayed as bright dots on the computer screen at different distances from the start position in the "horizontal" direction. Based on the data obtained, the transition functions of the first, second and third orders of the OMS for two people were determined. To construct a personality classifier, the informativeness of the proposed heuristic features, determined on the basis of the transition functions in terms of the probability of correct recognition (PCR), is investigated. Pairs of features are established that are resistant to computational errors and have a high PCR value - in the range 0.92 - 0.97. Fig.: 8. Table: 5. Bibliography: 30 items. Based on the openness and accessibility of user data, personality recognition is widely used in personalized recommendation, intelligent medicine, natural language processing, and so on. Existing approaches usually adopt a single deep learning mechanism to extract personality information from user data, which leads to semantic loss to some extent. In addition, researchers encode scattered user posts in a sequential or hierarchical manner, ignoring the connection between posts and the unequal value of different posts to classification tasks. We propose a hierarchical hybrid model based on a self-attention mechanism, namely HMAttn-ECBiL, to fully excavate deep semantic information horizontally and vertically. Multiple modules composed of convolutional neural network and bi-directional long short-term memory encode different types of personality representations in a hierarchical and partitioned manner, which pays attention to the contribution of different words in posts and different posts to personality information and captures the dependencies between scattered posts. Moreover, the addition of a word embedding module effectively makes up for the original semantics filtered by a deep neural network. We verified the hybrid model on the MyPersonality dataset. The experimental results showed that the classification performance of the hybrid model exceeds the different model architectures and baseline models, and the average accuracy reached 72.01%.

An important direction of increasing the security and expanding the functionality of modern information systems is the introduction of face recognition tools and user emotions by their keyboard handwriting. The expediency of improving the indicated recognition means by introducing modern neural network solutions into them is shown. A way has been developed for using a convolutional neural network for recognizing a user's face and emotions from keyboard handwriting, the features of which are the procedure for adapting the structural parameters of a convolutional neural network of the VGG type to the expected conditions of use and a procedure for determining the input field, which provides the representation of the parameters of colored channels. After adapting the structural parameters, the VGG network was implemented using the MATLAB R2018b application package, which made it possible to carry out computer experiments aimed at verifying the proposed method. As a result of the conducted computer experiments, it was determined that the use of the proposed method of applying a convolutional neural network makes it possible to achieve a user face recognition accuracy of about 82% with 50 learning epochs. The need for further research in the direction of the formation of a training sample is shown, which will ensure high-quality training of the neural network model.

Machine Learning has made significant changes in the world making our life more easier and comfortable .One of the most exciting applications is the prediction of Personality automatically using different algorithms. Personality computing and emotive computing, where the popularity of temperament traits is important, have gained increasing interest and a spotlight in several analysis areas recently. These applications can powerfully predict the personality of a Person. The aim of this paper is to use a more rigorous construct Validation system to extend the potential of machine learning approaches to personality assessment. We have reviewed multiple recent applications of Machine Learning to recognize personality, thus providing a broader context of fundamental principles of constructing, validating, and then providing recommendations on how to use Machine Learning to advance the level of our understanding and applying our learnings to develop advanced personality recognition applications. araphrased Text Output text rewrite / rewrite We use deep neural network learning to recognize characteristics independently and, through feature-level fusion of these networks, we obtain final predictions of obvious personalities. We use a previously trained long-term and short-term memory network to integrate time information. We train large-scale models comprised of specific subnetworks- modalities through a two-stage training process. We first train the subnets separately for and then use these trained networks to fit the overall model. We used the ChaLearn First Impressions V2 challenge dataset to evaluate the proposed method. Our method achieves the most effective overall "medium precision" score, with an average score of for 5 personality characteristics, which is compared to the state-of-the-art method.

Machine learning has been an effective tool to connect networks of enormous information for predicting personality. Identification of personality-related indicators encrypted in Facebook profiles and activities are of special concern in most research efforts. This research modeled user personality based on set of features extracted from the Facebook data using Map-Reduce Back Propagation Neural Network (MRBPNN). The performance of the MRBPNN classification model was evaluated in terms of five basic personality dimensions: Extraversion (EXT), Agreeableness (AGR), Conscientiousness (CON), Neuroticism (NEU), and Openness to Experience (OPN) using True positive, False Positive, accuracy, precision and F-measure as metrics at the threshold value of 0.32. The experimental results reveal that MRBPNN model has accuracy of 91.40%, 93.89%, 91.33%, 90.43% and 89.13% CON, OPN, EXT, NEU and AGR respectively for personality recognition which is more computationally efficient than Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). Therefore, personality recognition based on MRBPNN would produce a reliable prediction system for various personality traits with data having a very large instance.  Keywords— Machine learning, Facebook, MRBPNN, Personality Recognition, Neuroticism, Agreeableness.
