Abstract The results of studies, conducted by a number of scientists, prove that chicken eggs can cause food poisoning, as well as poultry. To prevent foreign microfloraingress into egg products, scientists have developed a number of methods aimed at the pathogenic microflora inactivation on the surface of the table eggs shells; nevertheless, the search for new methods is an urgent task. The article describes the results of the studies on the effect of disinfecting the shells of table eggs using AQUALYTE NEUTRAL ANOLYTE (NA) on the eggs quality. NA disinfecting activity was studied using cambric test objects. For the purposes of studying NA disinfecting efficiency, an experimental contamination of the surface of the table eggs shells with a test culture of Salmonella enteritidis was made. It was established that disinfection of the table eggs shells with 100% (2 min exposure) and 50% (5 min exposure) NA solutions provides Salmonella inactivation on the shell, and it does not affect the veterinary and sanitary parameters of eggs.

The aim of this research is to know potention of the egg shells mill in ration toweard eggs production and Quality of the layer chiken. This research was conducted in August 2020 at Apitaik West Lombok, laboratory of Animal nutrition Animal Husbandri Mataram Univercity and laboratory of BPTP East Nusa Tenggara. 75 of layer chiken devide into 5 treatment was PI (0%  egg shells +50% yellow corn +16% rise bren and 36% KLKS consentrat), P1I (5% eggs shells +50% yellow corn +16% rise bren and 36% KLKS consentrat), P1II (7% eggs shells +50% yellow corn, 36% KLKS consentrat) +16% rise bren), 5 replicetes and each replicates use 5 layer chiken and all of treatment give iso protein and iso energy ration. The parameter in this reaserch was eggs production, feed comsumtion, feed convertion, eggs weight and eggs quality. The result of this research were analysis by varians analysis above completely randomized design (CRD). The result showed that eggs producktion, eggs weight, feed cosumtion and feed convertion non significant effect (P>0.05), but was significant effect (P<0.05) on weight and thick of eggs shell It was concluded that giving egg shells to a level of 7.5% in the feed had enough potential to increase egg production and quality of laying hens with relatively good feed efficiency.

<b>The aim of study was to analyze the impact of the utility type, age and rearing system of hens on egg quality traits and the enzymatic activity of egg albumen lysozyme (LA). The material consisted of 120 eggs from two genotypes of hens: Hy-Line Brown and parent stock of Ross 308. Laying-type hens were reared divided into 2 systems: intensive (litter, balanced feed) and extensive (open runs, farm fodders). The second source of material was hens age (29, 33, 41, 53 and 70 wks) of the parent stock.. Stocks were differentiated in terms of the hens age (29, 33, 41, 53 and 70 wks). Eggs quality traits and LA were evaluated. The LA of was higher in eggs from laying than from broiler breeder hens. It decreased with the hens’ age and increased with albumen mass, it was also positively correlated with albumen height and Haugh's units. The rearing system considerably modified mass of egg and albumen and the dense albumen height, but does not affect the LA.

AbstractSeveral indicators show that the world population is rapidly increasing with prospects of reaching close to 10 billion people in 2050. Optimal production of fish is a tentative goal to ensure human feeding and resources sustainability. The present study was performed on eggs of the silver carp, collected during the breeding season of consecutive years with different environmental temperature profiles at the Deroua Fisheries Station to evaluate the seasonal and inter-seasonal changes of eggs quality in order to promote a predictive marker for optimal production of silver carp. The viability of the obtained eggs was detected using ANOVA  followed by the Tukey test to analyze fertilization rate, embryos survival rate, and fry survival rate. Data analysis showed no significant difference in the fertilization and survival rate of the embryos during the two breeding seasons, and therefore these can not be used as an adequate criterion to predict the viability of the fry of silver carp. Although the survival rate of the fry did not change during the first season, it changed significantly during the second when there was an increase in the environmental temperature. This factor could be responsible for the disturbance of the females' oogenesis and consequently the degradation of the eggs' quality. The results showed that the fry survival rate could be used as a parameter to predict the yield of silver carp production rather than the success of fertilization and the survival of embryos. This paper discusses the importance and scope of this approach.
