With the continuous development of social economy, sports have received more and more attention. How to improve the quality of sports has become the focus of research. The computer digital 3D video image processing is introduced in this paper, taking shooting as the starting point, in which computer digitization technology is used to collect images of sequence targets through combining the operation flow of shooting, monitor the results and data of shooting and process 3D video images, conduct the analyze and mine according to the corresponding statistical processing results, and evaluate the corresponding training. The simulation experiment proves that the computerized digital 3D video image processing is effective and can scientifically support sports-assisted training.

The existing optimization methods have the problem of image edge blur, which leads to a high degree of shadow residue. In order to address this problem, reduce the shadow residual degree, this paper designs a 3D video image processing effect optimization method supported by virtual reality technology. Coding was used to eliminate redundant data in video and eliminate image noise using median filtering. The virtual reality technology detects the image edge and determines the motion offset between the image frames. According to the motion parameters of the camera carrier obtained from the motion estimation, the feature point matching algorithm constructs the video image motion model, and uses the camera calibration technology to set the processing effect optimization mode. It is optimized by perspective projection transformation. Experimental results: the average shadow residual degree of the optimization method and the two existing optimization methods are 3.108%, 6.167% and 6.396% respectively, which proves that the optimization method combined with virtual reality technology has higher practical application value.

Digital sports training based on digital video image processing promises to reduce the reliance on the experience of coaches in the table tennis training process and to achieve a more general physical education base. Based on this approach, this paper describes the specific forms of exercise content, movement characteristics, and skill levels in the table tennis framework and specifies the calculation methods of motion capture and movement characteristics suitable for table tennis. Meanwhile, to further improve the accuracy of the inertial motion capture system in restoring the position posture of the trainees, this paper improves the original inertial motion capture system from two aspects: contact judgment of both feet and correction of the position posture based on the contact position constraint. The simulation results show that the corrected human posture has good action smoothness. This paper first proposes a knowledge-based generic sports-assisted training framework based on generalizing the traditional sports training model. The framework contains four main modules: domain knowledge, trainees, sport evaluation, and controller. The domain knowledge module is a digital representation of the knowledge of the exercise content, improvement instructions, and skill indicators of the sport; the trainee module is the active response of the trainee to the exercise content and improvement instructions; the motion evaluation module uses motion capture technology to obtain the raw motion data of the trainee and further calculates the motion characteristics; the controller module proposes improvement instructions to the trainee or makes him/her practice new content based on the results of the motion evaluation. Based on the results of the motion evaluation, the controller module proposes improvement instructions or makes the trainee practice new content until the trainee achieves the desired goal.

The development and application of mobile portable video capture and image processing systems, as well as the development and improvement of computer multimedia courseware technology have made image processing technology widely used in football project scientific research services. This research mainly discusses the value of video image multiprocessing based on vision sensors in the field of football scientific research. The development and conduct of this research work require the application of sports video image processing technology software to conduct scientific experimental research and analysis on the athletes’ technical and tactical level, evaluate the athletes’ technical and tactical performance through qualitative and quantitative tests, and give different sports items at the same time. Humans can exchange information with the outside world through vision, hearing, and language and can express the same meaning in different ways. However, current intelligent machines or computers require programs to be written in strict accordance with various machine languages. Only in this way can the machine run. In order to enable more people to use complex machines, it is necessary to change the past situation where people adapt to machines. Instead, let the machine adapt to people’s habits and requirements and exchange information with people in the way people are used to, that is, let the machine have the ability to see, hear, and speak. At this time, the machine must have the ability of logical reasoning and decision-making. Use sports video image processing technology and use examples to study and explore practical methods and means that are most in line with the scientific work of the project, and build the most scientific and useful sports video image processing system.. The CCD visual image sensor is used for signal acquisition and image processing when the motion video image processing system is established. Through logical analysis and induction, discuss and prove the intuitiveness, practicability, efficiency, and scientificity of the application of video image processing technology in the field of football scientific research. Finally, in the mathematical statistics method, the statistical software Excel 2003 in the office system is used to perform statistical analysis on all data results and analyze and compare the key kinematic parameters of some sports events. Analyzing the video images of the 2016 European Cup, the average possession rate of the Welsh team is 48%, and the average pass success rate per game is 82.7%. This research helps to improve the ability of football players to analyze, research, and evaluate sports skills.

Abstract Computer vision technology and video image processing technology in the visual rehearsal of sports dance is a hot research topic. Based on this research background, the thesis uses 3D mathematical modelling technology to interpolate and extract the captured sports and dance movement information to make the final synthesised human animation natural, smooth and lifelike. At the same time, the thesis realises the method of action cohesion through the definition of characteristic action unit attributes and association constraints. Then, it applies it to the visual rehearsal system of sports dance. Finally, the analysis of experimental results proves that the proposed method can improve the precision and recall of rehearsal.

Abstract With the rapid development of China highway transportation network, a lot of highways have risen in the mountainous areas. And the risk of geological disasters is also increasing. Due to the instability of the geological structure and geological changes, slope landslides and collapses frequently occur. However, there is a lack of effective means and tools in the field of highway slope disaster monitoring. For large and important slopes, various information-based monitoring methods are used, but the effects and practicability are not satisfactory. This paper proposes a highway slope disaster automated monitoring research method based on multi-camera video image processing to solve the previous engineering problems of slope video monitoring. It can quickly identify slope disaster events with centimeter-level monitoring accuracy, which can meet the application requirements of highway engineering. Correspondingly, the disaster emergency response capabilities of highway operators can also be supported and improved.

With the continuous improvement of science and technology, the substation remote control system has been constantly improved, which provides the possibility for the complete realization of intelligent and unmanned substation. However, due to the special substation environment, it is easy to cause interference, coupled with the low accuracy of today’s video image processing algorithm, which leads to the frequent occurrence of false alarms and missing alarms. Manual intervention is needed to deal with this, which inhibits the display of automatic intelligent substation processing functions. Therefore, in this paper, the most rapidly developed machine learning algorithm — deep learning is applied to the substation instrument equipment identification processing, in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of instrument equipment identification, and make due contributions to the full realization of unattended substation.

The subject of research in the article is the video processing processes based on the JPEG platform for data transmission in the information and telecommunication network. The aim is to build a method for processing a video image with the possibility of protecting it at the quantization stage with subsequent arithmetic coding. That will allow, while preserving the structural and statistical regularity, to ensure the necessary level of accessibility, reliability, and confidentiality when transmitting video data. Task: research of known methods of selective video image processing with the subsequent formalization of the video image processing procedure at the quantization stage and statistical coding of significant blocks based on the JPEG platform. The methods used are an algorithm based on the JPEG platform, methods for selecting significant informative blocks, arithmetic coding. The following results were obtained. A method for processing a video image with the possibility of its protection at the stage of quantization with subsequent arithmetic coding has been developed. This method will allow, while preserving the structural and statistical regularity, to fulfill the set requirements for an accessible, reliable, and confidential transmission of video data. Ensuring the required level of availability is associated with a 30% reduction in the video image volume compared to the original volume. Simultaneously, the provision of the required level of confidence is confirmed by an estimate of the peak signal-to-noise ratio for an authorized user, which is dB. Ensuring the required level of confidentiality is confirmed by an estimate of the peak signal-to-noise ratio in case of unauthorized access, which is equal to dB. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the results obtained is as follows: for the first time, two methods of processing video images at the quantization stage have been proposed. The proposed technologies fulfill the assigned tasks to ensure the required level of confidentiality at a given level of confidence. Simultaneously, the method of using encryption tables has a higher level of cryptographic stability than the method of using the key matrix. It is due to a a more complex mathematical apparatus. Which, in turn, increases the time for processing the tributes. To fulfill the requirement of data availability, it is proposed to use arithmetic coding for info-normative blocks, which should be more efficient compared with the methods of code tables. So, the method of using the scoring tables has greater cryptographic stability, and the method of using the matrix-key has higher performance. Simultaneously, the use of arithmetic coding will satisfy the need for accessibility by reducing the initial volume.
