Paradigm Development is a process in development to achieve a change. Inequality of income distribution is a problem that is quite a severe concern in all regions and developed and developing countries. This proves that Yogyakarta Province still has a relatively high level of inequality in income distribution. Problems in income distribution inequality can be influenced by various factors, such as Regional Original Income to income distribution inequality in 5 Regencies/Cities in Yogyakarta Province for the 2010-2020 period. This study uses secondary data with panel data analysis method with a period of 2010-2020, using the Fixed Effect Model approach. This analysis shows that Regional Original Income has a positive and significant influence on the inequality of income distribution in 5 regencies/cities in Yogyakarta Province.

As wireless sensor networks have become more prevalent, data from sensors in daily life are constantly being recorded. Due to cost or energy consumption considerations, optimization-based approaches are proposed to reduce deployed sensors and yield results within the error tolerance. The correlation-aware method is also designed in a mathematical model that combines theoretical and practical perspectives. The sensor deployment strategies, including XGBoost, Pearson correlation, and Lagrangian Relaxation (LR), are determined to minimize deployment costs while maintaining estimation errors below a given threshold. Moreover, the results significantly ensure the accuracy of the gathered information while minimizing the cost of deployment and maximizing the lifetime of the WSN. Furthermore, the proposed solution can be readily applied to sensor distribution problems in various fields.

Epidemic blockade leads to increased uncertainty and dynamic supply network disruption. This study considers an uncertain optimization of dynamic supply networks with risk preference and order delivery disruption. Taking the subjective utility of downstream enterprises as a reference point for the utility measurement of order delivery disruption and risk preference, this study constructs a biobjective optimization model with the goal of maximizing the downstream firm’s subjective utility and minimizing the manufacturer’s cost. The influence of each parameter in the downstream firm’s subjective utility function on the integrated optimization was analysed. The research found that the uncertain optimization model with the risk preference of downstream firms for order delivery disruption better controls the actual manufacturer’s order allocation and distribution problems when considering the downstream firms’ behaviour preference characteristics under bounded rationality. When allocating orders, manufacturers should consider that changes in order delivery disruption will cause changes in the subjective utility of downstream enterprises. In the process of multiperiod cooperation between manufacturers and downstream firms, they can obtain downstream firm risk preferences through repeated investigations.

Retail sector is one of the economic sectors that drive the Indonesian economic growth. In 2020, this sector declined due to pandemic Covid 19. Minimarkets are one type of retail that can survive while many modern retailers had difficult times. It is an opportunity for businesses to compete in this sector. One of them is 212 Mart that focused on Indonesian muslim consumers is also affected by this pandemic. This study aims to formulate a 212 Mart business strategy using the latest information collected during the pandemic. This study discusses the environmental factors of 212 Mart using the IFE and EFE while the strategy is formulated uses a SWOT-QSPM analysis. The research results shows that there are management and distribution problems that occur in 212 Mart. The strategic priority generated in this study is to recruit new members or new investors as target consumers as well as business partners who are expected to improve the performance of 212 Mart.
