Нами получен патент на полезную модель Республики Казахстан №5782 от 22.01.2021, который с большой эффективностью используется для обрезания крайней плоти. Для отсечения листков крайней плоти применяется устройство для пирографии Stayer, снабженный трансформатором, генерирующий напряжение от 0 до 5 В., с частотой тока 50Гц, мощностью 40Вт., с твердым рабочим наконечником, регулируемым температурой от 450ºС до 750ºС. Применение устройства для пирографии Stayer для обрезания крайней плоти позволяет сократить время оперативного вмешательства, уменьшить травматичность воздействия и улучшить косметический эффект. За 2018-2020 годы было выполнено 500 операций с применением устройства для пирографии Stayer. При этом, среднее время операции составляло 10 минут. У всех детей достигнут хороший непосредственный и отдаленный клинический результат. We have obtained a patent for a utility model of the Republic of Kazakhstan №5782, 22.01.2021., which is used with great efficiency in circumcision of the foreskin. To cut off the foreskin sheets, a Stayer pyrography device is used, equipped with a transformer that generates a voltage from 0 to 5 V., with a current frequency of 50 Hz, a power of 40 W., with a solid working tip, adjustable temperature from 450 ° C to 750 ° C. The use of the Stayer pyrography device for circumcision of the foreskin allows you to reduce the time of surgical intervention, reduce the traumatic impact and improve the cosmetic effect. In 2018-2020, 500 operations were performed using the Stayer pyrography device. The average operation time was 10 minutes. All children achieved a good immediate and long-term clinical outcome.

Wayame is one of the villages that did not get involved in the social conflict in 1999. The existence of a harmonious life process in the midst of diversity in Wayame village has hard efforts made by village governments, religious leaders, and especially people who have a love for Wayame village. Efforts and work to maintain harmony in Wayame village require the involvement of all elements of society, therefore Wayame village formed a TEAM 20 consisting of 10 Christians and 10 Muslims to maintain the stability of the village and the community so as not to get involved in the conflict at that time. In efforts to maintain harmony in the midst of a pluralistic society, it is necessary to understand the religions that exist in society, therefore the theology of religions is necessary to find a common goal as religious human beings in the midst of diversity.

The Traumatic Impact of Online Teaching of ELT in Universities of South Punjab due to MCO during COVID-19: The Post Humanist Paradigm for New Pedagogical Practices

Recently, during the current situation of pandemic COVID-19, human interaction has been restricted. Due to moment control order (MCO) enforcement, pedagogy had to undergo the phenomenon of posthumanist and digital blended mode. The present research is aimed to measure the traumatic impact of online teaching on university students during COVID019. The students' responses were measured through a questionnaire. The major theoretical insights have been taken from Bayley (2018)'s Post Human Pedagogies in Practice: Arts-Based Approaches for Developing Participatory Futures. It has been found that students had to undergo distressful experiences due to a lack of technological knowledge and insufficient resources. In the light of the analyzed data, it is suggested that there is a dire need the academic institutions should develop a digital support system. The findings of the current study establish that our non-preparedness of digital for digital space in classrooms would be traumatic by affecting teaching, which is considered as the essential element of progress in social theory.

Back in 1917, Professor Sigmund Freud highlighted the role of loss and bereavement in the development of melancholia. During the 1930s and 1940s, pioneering psychoanalysts such as Dr John Bowlby and Dr René Spitz underscored the ways in which profound separations might contribute to the genesis of depression, delinquency, and other forms of severe psychopathology. But what impact do brief, or even tiny, separations— micro-separations —have upon individuals and, moreover, upon partners in intimate couple relationships? In this essay, we shall offer a typology of the micro-separations which occur between the members of long-established couples, ranging from fleeting moments of misattunement, to periods of vanishing into laptops and mobile telephones, to those of a more overtly dramatic nature. We shall also explore the "frequent-flyer couple", in which one or both members of the pair might travel extensively for work. Above all, we will consider the cumulative traumatic impact of micro-separations upon the atmosphere and dynamics of the couple relationship and we will discuss how the powerful attentivity of the psychotherapeutic situation both exposes and heals this potentially toxic and, often, invisible pathogen.
