ABSTRACT. In the development of the world of education, education management is needed, one of which is the placement of human resources. Global Art as one of the companies engaged in the world of education requires Education Administrator staff for this reason, employee selection is carried out to fulfill the administrator position. In the selection, selection is carried out using the psychological test method or psychological examination. The research was conducted to find out how education management uses psychological tests in placing employees according to needs. Psikotest results found that prospective employees meet the requirements for the position of Education Administrator at Global Art

The position of the career and technical education (CTE) administrator is generally well-known but the multitude of tasks (e.g., management/leadership) are not widely understood by those outside CTE. The purpose of this study was to operationalize and establish a set of knowledge and skill core competencies (KSCC) nested in specific focus areas for CTE leadership training in Pennsylvania. The study used triangulated multi-method research procedures to establish consensus. The resulting KSCC frame standards for CTE leadership training for administrator candidates in Pennsylvania and can be used to establish a national skill set. The KSCC compliments the NELP (2018) Standards.

The paper is a theoretical paper that examined the best practices being used by the Nigerian higher education administrator towards reducing the rate of disasters in the institutions. The article noted with dismay rising types of disaster in Nigerian higher institutions. However, the paper explains the concept, types of disasters, the importance of disaster management, the best practices adopted, the problems, and prospects. It was recommended that the institutions of higher learning need to adopt effective best practices to manage the available disasters in institutions to eradicate the risks of life and property destruction which constitute threats to the effective teaching-learning process and goals achievement of Nigerian higher education program.

One aspect that gets the main attention of every education administrator is regarding educational facilities and infrastructure. Etymologically (language) means a direct tool to achieve educational goals. Educational facilities generally include all equipment and equipment that are directly used and supported in the education process must be in accordance with the learning process such as buildings, classrooms or classrooms, educational equipment or media, desks, chairs, laboratories and so on. All the activities of the Administration of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure cannot run alone without being controlled and monitored, meaning that each activity will be monitored at any time by the leadership of the organization and the cooperation of each other is considered. Supervision is not a rigid arrangement and will limit the space for each management function, but is a coordination and acceleration for all administrative management functions, so that waste of time, energy and costs can be avoided.
