ABSTRACT. In the development of the world of education, education management is needed, one of which is the placement of human resources. Global Art as one of the companies engaged in the world of education requires Education Administrator staff for this reason, employee selection is carried out to fulfill the administrator position. In the selection, selection is carried out using the psychological test method or psychological examination. The research was conducted to find out how education management uses psychological tests in placing employees according to needs. Psikotest results found that prospective employees meet the requirements for the position of Education Administrator at Global Art

COVID-19 requires unprecedented mobilization of the health systems to prevent the rapid spread of this unique virus, which spreads via respiratory droplet and causes respiratory disease. There is an urgent need for an accurate and rapid test method to quickly identify many infected patients and asymptomatic carriers to prevent virus transmission and assure timely treatment of the patients. This article aims as an outcome of review of the evidence on viral load and its virulence of SARS-CoV2, so that it will help in further understanding the fact useful for investigating and managing the COVID-19 cases. A search of available evidence was conducted in pub-med “COVID-19 viral load and virulence” and its associated characters world-wide and Google Scholar to capture the most recently published articles. The WHO and Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) database of publications on novel coronavirus were also screened for relevant publications. Abstracts of 55 articles were screened by two authors and 15 were included in this study based on the inclusion criteria. SARS-coV2, the causative agent of COVID-19 falls under the coronavirus family but it has higher infectivity compared to SARS and MERS with higher reproduction numbers (Ro). Virulence has been found to be different throughout the world, however lower compared to SARS and MERS, till date. The most common clinical features have been found to be cough and fever. RT PCR remains the most sensitive and specific method for the diagnosis of COVID-19 although it is time consuming, costly and requires highly skilled human resources. Hence, newer modalities like RT- LAMP can be alternative for point of care diagnosis as this is both cost effective and requires less skilled human resources. Despite recent advances in disease diagnosis and treatment outcomes using latest technological advances in molecular biology, the global pandemic COVID-19 remains a major headache for governments across the world due to limited testing capacity and lack of appropriate treatment and vaccine.


In every institution, it is definitely needed employees workers who manage the company so that it can run the activities of companies that use HR (Human Resources) one of them is in the education field, it needs workers who manage it, so that it can run teaching and learning activities well. In the procurement of labor or employees that must be really selective, to maximize performance in their respective duties. The development of technology is very possible that the information system is not only used as a tool for the implementation of the lecture process but it can also be used in the implementation of the web-based recruitment test. A web-based information system will be designed and developed to enable the employee selection process in a psychological test to be more selective and easier.

Abstrak Permasalahan di dunia pendidikan non formal dan pengajaran pada umumnya sering terjadi pada pendidik tata rias pengantin antara lain 1) lemahnya peran serta pendidik tata rias pengantin dalam melaksanakan tugasnya masih menganggap hal yang rutinitas tanpa perubahan, baik dalam strategi, metode, teknik, media, dan lain-lain, serta 2) permasalahan tentang peran pimpinan lembaga kursus sebagai motivator dan manajer dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang tidak berjalan sebagai mana mestinya. Jalan keluar untuk mengatasi hal ini antara lain dapat dilakukan oleh pimpinan lembaga kursus sebagai pemimpin tertinggi menerapkan sistem pembinaan terhadap pendidik tata rias pengantin agar berkualitas dan dapat ditingkatkan. Manajemen pembinaan pendidik tata rias pengantin merupakan langkah yang tepat dalam mengatasi permasalahan diatas. Langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan adalah pimpinan lembaga kursus dan jajarannya membuat perencanaan pembinaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan pembinaan, dan evaluasi hasil dari pembinaan. Dengan langkah ini akan diketahui hasil dan kemajuan dari kinerja pendidik tata rias pengantin dan tujuan dari pendidikan tata rias pengantin itu sendiri. Teori yang dipakai dalam menunjang penelitian dan pembinaan profesionalitas pemimpin kursus antara lain adalah teori tentang manajemen pendidikan, manajemen pimpinan lembaga kursus, serta teori tentang pembinaan. Teknik penelitian menggunakan studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi, dengan metode dan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah pimpinan dan pendidik tata rias pengantin di lembaga kursus. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa di lembaga kursus selalu secara rutin melaksanakan 1) perencanaan pembinaan pada setiap tahunnya; 2) pengorganisasian sesuai dengan tugas pokok dan fungsi; 3) pelaksanaan pembinaan secara rutin; dan 4) melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil dari pembinaan. Kata kunci : Manajemen Pimpinan Kursus; Pembinaan; Pendidik Perias Pengantin Abstract Problems in the world of non-formal education and teaching in general often occur in bride cosmetology educators, among others 1) the weak participation of bride cosmetology educators in carrying out their duties still considers routines without change, both in strategy, methods, techniques, media, and etc., and 2) issues regarding the role of the course leader as a motivator and manager in the management of human resources that are not working properly. The way out to overcome this can be done among others by the leadership of the course institution as the supreme leader to implement a system of guidance for bride cosmetology educators to be quality and can be improved. The management of bride cosmetology educators is the right step in overcoming the above problems. The steps that can be taken are the leadership of the course institutions and their staff to make coaching plans, organizing, implementing coaching, and evaluating the results of coaching. With this step we will know the results and progress of the bride cosmetology educator's performance and the goals of the bride cosmetology education itself. Theories used in supporting research and coaching professionalism of course leaders include theories about management education, management of course leaders, and theories about coaching. The research technique uses documentation studies, interviews and observations, with descriptive qualitative methods and approaches. The subjects in the study were the leaders and educators of bridal make-up in the course institutions. Based on the findings of the research it can be concluded that in the institute the course always routinely carries out 1) coaching planning every year; 2) organizing according to the main tasks and functions; 3) regular coaching implementation; and 4) evaluating the results of the coaching. Securing religious and multicultural character values ​​is very important to be instilled as early as possible through education. This is due to education not only providing increased intellectual ability, but also is responsible for integrating character values ​​in students. At least there are some aspects that need to be developed in the education phase of school children including intellectual aspects, emotional aspects, social aspects, physical aspects, aspects of movement, aesthetic aspects, and moral aspects. Based on this opinion it can be seen that the cultivation of religious and multicultural character values ​​in madrasa ibtidaiyah level students needs to be done in order to realize a future generation of adults and character. On the other hand, the cultivation of multicultural values ​​is also an urgent matter to do.This study aims to find a character education management model based on the integration of religious and multicultural values ​​in MI Banyumas Regency. The research method with research and development methods. The results of the study of the character education management model based on the integration of religious and multicultural values ​​that were developed effectively for use in character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The results of the t test through the paired t test method showed that there were significant differences between the character values ​​before and after the implementation of character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. These results reinforce that character education is effectively used in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah.

Improving human resources in terms of quality can be achieved one of them through education. In the world of education life of students begins when entering school. And to maximeze service for student themselves, there is a system that regulates and covers all the scope needed by student to maximize their potential, which is called the administration of students. This article contains studiens from various sources of literature studies, both from books, journal and from order sources related to educational administration. Administration of students is an activity of recording students from the admission process until students graduate from school or out of school transfer or order causes. In administration of students there is a process carried out by the administrator, namely the activity of beginning of the school year, during the school year, and the end of school year. Instrumen in student administration are master books, book clusters, student condition lists, student attendance books and student file storage files.

Abstract: Islamic education institutions in Indonesia face two challenges, namely; internal and external. Internally, Islamic education is faced with the classic problem of the low quality of human resources in education management. The causes include poor quality and education staff development and selectivity of education personnel. Furthermore externally, Islamic education institutions faced three major issues; globalization, democratization, and liberalization. The issue of globalization that is identical with market orientation and mechanism also affects the world of education. That way in education also includes awareness about how to attract and convince the community of the type and model of education. From here, the education world is ready or not ready to be involved in competition to gain public trust. To face these challenges Islamic Education institutions must maximally manage and empower all elements of management in the management of educational institutions. Marketing departments, governments and policymakers all around the world have increasingly started embracing the field of behavioural sciences in improving the design of products and services, enhancing communications, improving managerial decision-making, encouraging desired behaviour by stakeholders and, more generally, creating a human-centric marketplace. Within organisations, the human resources management (HRM) function is perhaps the one place that acknowledges that humans are central to the organisation’s success, so it is critical that HRM too actively embraces the insights and methods of behavioural sciences. In this article, I provide an overview of the behavioural sciences, discuss how HRM can benefit from an in-depth knowledge of the science and illustrate specific examples from recruitment processes, training and communications, incentive design, employee-oriented processes, and diversity and inclusion initiatives that could benefit from evidence from behavioural sciences.

Teaching and learning process is an integral in the achievement of human resources who have the skills in the field in accordance with the goals of a college. Students who undergo the study other than he get the knowledge in the field that he studied, will also be given the learning experience given the task by the lecturer supervisor of the course and then the results are feasible for the percentage of campus forums with tools and complete electronic media. Nowadays, the percentage becomes the obstacle by students to get the perfect score, because the percentage is related to the presentation slide which is interesting and easy to understand by the audience. The percentage slide also becomes an assessment at the moment of presentation in front of the class forum, the student is not yet understand how to make an interesting and effective presentation so that the idea is well conveyed. In addition, students also difficult to make a presentation with a combination of images and writing because it has not got the skills to design the slide so much the results of the presentation of what is with a fairly satisfactory percentage value. In today's digital age, it can be said that any profession of someone in the world of organization, both business world and academic world can not be separated from the necessity to do the exposure to explain the purpose of a problem or information. Ability to present good information with an attractive means is necessary to get the ideas and ideas to the person who received the information. Good presentation skills, interesting and informative is needed everyone so that ideas or ideas can be easily understood. One of the media presentations to make the ideas submitted so more informative and interesting is to use Ms. Power point.
