Rural governance is described as a continuous improvement of internal self-management in rural areas as well as the proper resolution of rural development issues. This article believes that effective rural governance must be achieved. Persist in the initial combination of autonomy, the legal system and the “three governance” system of the rule of virtue, and promote the complete and effective advancement of the rural social governance system. Continuously improve the level of spiritual civilization in rural areas through effective rural governance, and strive to promote rural revitalization.

As we all know, material civilization and spiritual civilization depend on three factors: race, environment, and times. [1] As a kind of culture, modern Chinese landscape painting has undergone new changes, mainly because the "soil" and "climate" on which it depends for survival have changed. In order to clarify how the changes of modern Chinese landscape painting in recent years are affected by three factors, this article will take the modern Chinese landscape painting as the research object, and study its influence on modern Chinese landscape painting from three aspects: race, environment, and times. The author hopes that this article can provide a reference for the future development of Chinese landscape painting.

Chu Culture includes material civilization and spiritual civilization created by Chu people in their working life, and it is an important part of Chinese civilization. Besides Lisao and Tianwen, Tao Te Ching by Lao Tzu is also deeply influenced by Chu culture. Under the guidance of eco-translation theory, this paper takes Chapter two of Tao Te Ching as an example, selects Lin Yutang’s and James Legge’s translations as the research objects, and analyzes them from the perspectives of language, culture and communication, respectively. The purpose is to explore whether the eco-translation theory can apply to the previous English translations of Tao Te Ching, and to further understand the implicit relationship between Chu culture and Tao Te Ching.

Foshan city of Guangdong province, who enjoys the reputation of Ceramics’ Capital in South China is one of the largest and most important ceramic production bases in China. Foshan ceramic works of art have a long history and have a great influence in the whole country. In this paper, we try to change the design of the simple historical figure, zodiac animal image and vase purely for daily necessities. To enrich the theoretical results of Foshan ceramic doll art research, Foshan ceramic doll insists taste-oriented design so as to further strengthen the research of interesting design, better adapt to the psychological needs of the audience, create the popular literary and artistic works, lead to the improvement of people’s consuming taste, and finally promote the construction of social spiritual civilization and the development of cultural industry in Foshan.

With the passage of time, people’s lifestyle and life philosophy have changed a lot; people began to pursue a higher quality of life. Chorus art is a spiritual civilization that shows a harmonious beauty. Through the melody of music works and chorus art, students are resonated, and music is used to guide students to be active and to enjoy beauty from beautiful melodies and strong rhythms. This paper studies the edification of students’ aesthetics from the art of chorus. Through the development history of chorus art in Western countries and China, this paper expounds the diversified development process of chorus, further analyze the aesthetic characteristics of chorus art, and guide people to feel the connotation of chorus art from the perspective of music aesthetics, and provide countermeasures for the development of chorus art.

The article considers the pilgrimage in Judaism as an important part of the religious life of the Jews. The questions of the origin and development of this phenomenon are analyzed. Numerous examples show the diversity and importance of pilgrimage in Judaism. It is noted that the activities and heritage of pilgrims are a significant material for studying the culture of this spiritual civilization. The most visited religious objects are singled out: first of all, the Jerusalem Temple, sacred places, burials of the Prophets, graves of the experts of the Law. For millions of Jews, a reverent attitude to the object of worship serves the fulfillment of the will of the Creator. The purpose of the study is to reveal the peculiarities of pilgrimage in Judaism, to show the influence of historical, geographical, cultural factors on their formation. This work can be useful for solving pressing problems of interaction with representatives of the world of Jewish civilization, which significantly influenced the formation and development of Christianity and Islam.

By means of on-the-spot investigation and literature review, this paper combs the expression forms, historical and cultural origins of the two kinds of Tower Buildings: the Chinese style tower which represents the Han culture, the Dong Drum-Tower which represents the regional national culture, and analyse the evolution process of tower functions based on the principle of semiotics. As a kind of landscape type in garden environment, “tower” is not only the comprehensive product of politics, economy, culture and other factors in a specific era, but also the materialized form of social group spiritual civilization. Based on the Dong region, history, and cultural life, The researchers analyzes the architectural culture connotation of Drum-Tower in Dong village. We focus on the material and spiritual aspects of architecture and landscape characteristics, historical origins, religious characteristics, etc., and reveals the cultural symbol connotation of tower architecture in a specific landscape environment.
