Real-time stereo semi-global matching for video processing using previous incremental information

This paper presents an incremental stereo algorithm designed to calculate a real-time disparity image. The algorithm is designed for stereo video sequences and uses previous information to reduce computation time and improve disparity image quality. It is based on the semi-global matching stereo algorithm but modified to reuse previous calculation information. Storing and reusing this information not only reduces computation time but improves accuracy in a cost filtering scheme. Some tests are presented to compare the computation time and results of the algorithm, which show that it can achieve better results in terms of quality and time than standard algorithms for some scenarios.

Deformation prediction and anti floating analysis of a raft foundation

This paper mainly studies the deformation and stress of the concrete plat under the uniform load considering the thickness of the compression layer of layered ground. Firstly, the load characteristics and the ground strategy are discussed in detail to clarify the boundary condition. Then the deformation of the ground in each layer is calculated by GEO-Cal program and the final settlement and uneven deformation is also predicted using consolidation theory. Ground stress and settlement is also calculated by FEM to verify the previous calculation.

Improved Sampling in Carrier-Based Discountinuous SVPWM Simulation

In this study, a circuit was designed to improve sampling in discontinuous SVPWM simulations using Quartus II software. The v_beta_sin unit was successfully simulated using the waveform editor. The results displayed are in accordance with previous calculations, if the input is 000000001 then the output is 100000011 and so on. The v_alfa_cos unit is also successfully simulated using the waveform editor. The simulation results if the input is 000000001 then the output is 111111111 and so on, according to the previous calculation. The unit counter was successfully simulated using the block diagram in Quartus II. The output of this unit counter is in the form of 9 bits to retrieve v_beta_sin and v_alfa_cos data. The v_beta_sin, v_alfa_cos and counter units used as reference signals are successfully simulated and can be used as a supporting circuit in the simulation of the discontinuous SVPWM method. The results of the simulation show an increase in sampling or sampling by 512.

O CIRCUITO CRÍTICO DA CIRCULAÇÃO DE NOTÍCIAS SOBRE OS ACONTECIMENTOS POLÍTICOS NO BRASIL ENTRE JOVENS DA PERIFERIA DE BELÉM

A midiatização da cena política brasileira sofreu intensa aceleração entre 2016 e 2017, marcada pela irrupção de uma sucessão de acontecimentos no sentido que lhes é atribuído por Quéré (2005). Acontecimentos que excederam qualquer possibilidade de cálculo prévio e provocaram rupturas nas condutas habituais dos sujeitos. O propósito do artigo é examinar como os recentes acontecimentos políticos brasileiros afetaram e como se deu a sua contra-efetuação por parte de jovens da periferia de Belém. Pretende-se elucidar os deslocamentos provocados pelas dinâmicas de interfaces, na apreensão contemporânea dos acontecimentos políticos pelos atores sociais desse segmento etário, a partir das múltiplas referências de sua experiência. ABSTRACT The mediatization of the Brazilian political scene underwent intense acceleration between 2016 and 2017, marked by the irruption of a succession of events in the sense attributed to them by Quéré (2005). Events that exceeded any possibility of previous calculation and caused ruptures in the habitual behaviors of the subjects. The purpose of this article is to examine how the recent Brazilian political events have affected and how its counter-effect was given by young people from the periphery of Belém do Pará. The aim is to elucidate the dislocations caused by the interface dynamics, in the contemporary apprehension of political events by those of social actors of this age group, from the multiple references of their experience. Tax planning is a legally used method by companies to save its tax payment. Income tax planning article 21 is a tax planning applied based on employee’s salary. It is an expense borne by companies and will disserve the company due to its inability to be made deductible fiscal expense. The research’s objective is to find out the influence of income tax planning related to article 21 borne by the company with gross up methode. The results conclude that the company does not use gross up method in calculationg its article 21 income tax. This is why the author made a revsion the fiscal income statement used in previous calculation. Based on this revision, the company will be able to save Rp 1.665.028 obtained as a difference between fiscal correction on article 21 tax expenses and the increase of article 21 tax income after being grossed up. This means the company can save its expenditure.

Anomalous chromomagnetic moment of quarks

We do a perturbative calculation of the anomalous chromomagnetic dipole moment (CMDM) of quarks at one-loop, considering the effect of a small mass of the gluon. We find partial agreement with a previous calculation, as well as a divergence. We explain these results by noting that perturbation theory is not valid at the energy scales where these calculations were done, and proceed to give the results at the [Formula: see text] scale. We find significant variation, of the anomalous moment of the light quarks, as a function of gluon mass.

QUANTUM ELLIPTIC STATES OF ALKALINE ATOMS

We generate the Hartree–Fock Rydberg wavefunctions of alkaline atoms using the/break B-spline finite basis method and then construct the coherent elliptic states from these spherical wavefunctions. We calculate the lifetimes of the elliptic states as a function of the eccentricities. The results are consistent with previous calculation using the quantum defect theory. The core effects play an important role for the elliptic states of high eccentricities.

QUANTUM CORRECTIONS TO THE ELECTROWEAK SPHALERON TRANSITION

We have performed a new exact evaluation of the fluctuation determinant κ of the electroweak sphaleron with ΘW = 0. The results differ significantly from a previous calculation of this quantity by Carson et al. We find that κ is of order 1 in units (gυ)6 while the previous results indicated a strong suppression of the sphaleron transition by this factor.

The gas-liquid transition for 12-6 argon: a grand ensemble Monte Carlo calculation

New grand canonical ensemble Monte Carlo calculations of the gas-liquid transition for a Lennard-Jones 12-6 fluid confirm the validity of the previous calculation by Adams.

Chapter I. The Home Economy

In this review our forecast is extended by a further complete year to the end of 1981. Our forecast for 1980 is in several respects rather more pessimistic than we suggested in August, but the addition of the forecast for 1981 shows that some improvement in real GDP and real disposable income is then expected. Unemployment on the other hand continues to increase but is now likely to be rather lower during 1980 than had previously been thought. As a contrast, inflation in consumer prices is forecast at a rather higher level for 1980, falling only by 1981 to the level previously anticipated for 1980. The current account balance is considerably worsened, not just for 1980 and 1981 but also for the current year, largely as a result of the higher level of imports following their rapid increase in the first two quarters of the year. The borrowing requirement remains very close to our previous calculation and is expected to fall slightly in 1981-2.
