Stress management is a wide spectrum of techniques and psychotherapies aimed at controlling a person’s level of stress, especially chronic stress, usually for the purpose of and for the motive of improving everyday functioning. Although there are several stress management techniques, that of Job redesign, Job rotation, Social support, and Employee counseling were adopted from the work of Miller (2008). Stress management was aligned with the Behavioural school of management thoughts. First the paper delineated the importance of stress management in individual, group and organizational life, detailing the four techniques mentioned earlier. Secondly, the article evaluated the behavioural management philosophy ; which gives primacy to psychological considerations, but treats fulfillment of emotional needs, mainly as a means of achieving other primary economic goals, and finally the alignment of the behvioural management philosophy with stress management .In conclusion , the behavioural management philosophy provide the antidote foundation for the ultimate elimination of dysfunctional stressors, while it was recommended amongst other; management should utilize job redesign to check emotional exhaustion. This would ensure increased quality of work life and employee job satisfaction.

Global developmental delay (GDD) is an inability to attain developmental milestones within the anticipated age range. It comprises a delay in two or more of the developmental domains: gross and fine motor; speech and language; cognition; personal and social development; and activities of daily living. With a wide aetiology, GDD can have a major impact on growth and development; it may manifest itself in many diverse medical and dental complications, which necessitate the care from several multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. Of relevance to the paediatric dentistry, special needs dentistry, and orthodontics disciplines, this case report provides an example of a paediatric dental patient with GDD that was both severe and significant. The author outlines the findings, clinical and behavioural management, and future considerations.

Management of the severely destructed primary teeth poses a challenge for the paediatric dentist as three important considerations have to be kept in mind, patient’s behavioural management, preservation of the tooth structure and parental satisfaction. Various crowns have been introduced to the field of dentistry such as stainless-steel crowns and aesthetic crowns. Prefabricated stainless steel crowns (SSC) can be adapted to individual primary teeth and cemented in place to provide a definitive restoration. The SSC is extremely durable, relatively inexpensive, subject to minimal technique sensitivity during placement, and offers the advantage of full coronal coverage. SSC are often used to restore primary and permanent teeth in children and adolescents where intra-coronal restorations would otherwise fail. This article brings the update of this definitive restoration.

In this paper, we intend to address the most non-addressed issue among social and behavioural management, which is the psychological behaviour of firms toward their employees and therefore toward process performance. Apart from being socially and environmentally responsible, sustainability concept has underlined the importance of the psychological management of teems and individuals to bring together all ingredients that sustain the so awaited sustainability. Until today, the most successful firms strive to create the best productive work environment that can be offered, but still cannot reach the expected results. Yet, the most common mistake that firms tend to ignore is what stands behind minds because motivation is far from being material; it is a complex concept that appeals to leaders’ strategic awareness and intelligence.

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental condition if identified early can ensure less morbidity and better prognosis. It is important to help the child behind the problem and not to look at child as the problem. A holistic approach involving parents as active agents of change will serve the best interests of the child. Therefore, psychoeducation of family members is essential as it helps to improve parental understanding of the condition and reduce punitive responses toward the child. Parents also need to be empowered with behavioural management techniques to manage the problem behaviours stemming from the underlying condition. In this article, we present an illustrated model using a fictional character for psychoeducation of families about ADHD and give an overview of major psychosocial interventions with a focus on environmental modification.

Current trends in manufacturing, which are based on customisation and gradually customised production, are becoming the main initiator for the development of new manufacturing approaches. New manufacturing approaches are counted as the application of new behavioural management patterns that calculate the retained competencies of decision-making by the individual members of the system agent; the production becomes decentralised. The interaction of the members of such a system creates emergent behaviour, where the result cannot be accurately determined by ordinary methods and simulation must be applied. Modelling and simulation will, therefore, be an integral part of the planning and control of the processes of factories of the future. The purpose of the article is to describe the use of modelling and simulation processes in factories of the future. The first part of the article describes new manufacturing concepts that will be used in factories of the future, with a description of modelling and simulation routing in the frame of Industry 4.0. The next section describes how simulation is used for the control of manufacturing processes in factories of the future. The included subsection describes the implementation of this suggested pattern in the laboratory of ZIMS (Zilina Intelligent Manufacturing System), with an example of a metamodeling application and the results obtained.
