The paper reports investigation variable speed Chemical pump Characteristic which includes flow, pressure, and power consumed and pump efficiency under condition of atmospheric pressure and temperature in Shuwaikh Kuwait. The experimental procedure will run on G.U.N.T Water system which permits the determination of characteristic curves –of a centrifugal pump by change the flow rate using a globe control valve. Digital displays show the speed and the electrical power consumption of the pump, the volumetric flow is shown by Rota meter the pressure reading from the suction and delivery pressure gauges. The results from the water system are compatible with that from experimental calculations with 5 % deviation, which mean that the system is appropriateness.

This paper firstly educes an energy-based ecological function (EF) which is a compromise between energy pumping rate (EPR) and dissipation of EPR for an endoreversible chemical pump (CP) cycle. By solving the equations of Euler Lagrange, the fundamental optimization relationships of the EF and coefficient of performance (COP) for the CP cycles with linear mass transfer (MT) law and diffusive MT law are derived. The numerical calculations to analyze the influences of the cycle parameters on the relationship between the EF and COP are provided, and the influence of two different MT laws on the EF and COP characteristic is discussed in detail. The maximum EF of the cycle with the linear MT law is bigger than that with the diffusive MT law. The results obtained in this paper can be applied to design a class of devices, such as photochemical, electrochemical and solid-state apparatus as well as mass exchangers, etc.

To solve the problems of manual management difficulty of chemical pump document in Sinopec Hubei Chemical Fertilizer Plant, a chemical pump document electronic management was developed based on PDM. Combined with the actual situation of the plant, the feasibility of the use of PDM in the Chemical pump documents management was analyzed in both necessity and possibility. Sinopec Chemical pump documents management system based on PDM was discussed in rights management, control management of documents and integration of designing software.

Particle Image Velocimetry combined with image processing method is used to measure the liquid-solid two phase flows with crystallization phenomenon in three different impellers. The experimental results indicate that: there is not any crystal particle during the delay period, and the performance of pump is not affected. After the delay period, the crystal nuclei are born from the supersaturating solution and growing larger with temperature decreasing. And it was found solid particles tend to move towards blade pressure surface. It is also observed that collision between solid particles with tail part of blade pressure surface is more intensive in impeller with large blade outlet angle.
