This study wants to know the development of applications created by Islamic banking in order to be able to utilize FinTech in an effort to accelerate the financing process. This technology is expected to facilitate services to customers in terms of financing products in Islamic banks. The variety of financing products in Islamic banking requires a more applicative system to make it easier for customers to understand, understand, and use these financing products with an application. But the development of this fintech application turned out to have several disadvantages. One of them is the need for an internet network that supports the efficiency of financing activities in Islamic banks and also the existence of cyber crime activities that make the interest of customers to use this application to be reduced. This type of research is qualitative research using the SWOT analysis method on 4 Islamic banks in Medan City. Based on the results of the research analysis, it is suggested that from the outset prepare regulations relating to FinTech financing. The risk can be minimized and customers increase their understanding and knowledge for transaction convenience and security in Islamic banking.

Shiwilu (Kawapanan, Peru) exhibits a prolific applicative system that comprises seven constructions involving distinct affixes. The present article offers the first account of this feature. In so doing, it seeks to expand our typological knowledge of linguistic systems with multiple applicative constructions and shed light onto the ways applicative constructions relate to word derivation. The suffix -tu is particularly intriguing. It modifies the verb valency by either adding or suppressing an object, depending on the base to which it attaches. Comparable affixes that perform these seemingly opposite functions are found in other languages of the world (see instances of applicative / antipassive polysemy, Malchukov, ms.). What makes Shiwilu special is that -tu is also required in certain types of applicative constructions simultaneously to the dedicated applicative. This double derivation strategy has not been reported for other languages of the region and is unattested in Shawi, Shiwilu’s only sister language.

In the developing process of an applicative system or a professional knowledge system, first we collect the required information by investigation, next study fully all kinds of rules, information, methods, programs and tasks, then abstract a general logic pattern so as to develop a matching applicative system or a professional knowledge system, finally perfect and optimize the system by means of relevant assessment criterion and methods. The system developed as above can efficiently imitate, reflect and realize the real work process. As for improving the efficiency of system and its development, improvement and creation of the theory and method of gaining and analyzing the required information in its developing process, the formation of the system’s general logic model, the system’s actual development and the design, assessment and perfection of the system are needed. Combined with practice, this article has showed some related creative research in every step in the base of the developing theory.
