A Creative and Practical Study on the Theory of Developing Work Process

In the developing process of an applicative system or a professional knowledge system, first we collect the required information by investigation, next study fully all kinds of rules, information, methods, programs and tasks, then abstract a general logic pattern so as to develop a matching applicative system or a professional knowledge system, finally perfect and optimize the system by means of relevant assessment criterion and methods. The system developed as above can efficiently imitate, reflect and realize the real work process. As for improving the efficiency of system and its development, improvement and creation of the theory and method of gaining and analyzing the required information in its developing process, the formation of the system’s general logic model, the system’s actual development and the design, assessment and perfection of the system are needed. Combined with practice, this article has showed some related creative research in every step in the base of the developing theory.

The paper reviews the main requirements fulfilled by a cylinder head or cylinder block and outlines the common modes of failure met with in practice. The relative importance of the various loads applied to the head in operation are assessed and a method of predicting their influence on the structural integrity of the component described. The theoretical results obtained from a range of cylinder heads covering engines in the bore range 4 3/8 in (110 mm) to 17 in (430 mm) are shown and the experimental data obtained from verification tests presented. A quick design-assessment criterion is derived and the design-optimization procedure evolved is discussed. It is concluded that on highly rated engines the critical section is usually located at the narrow flame-plate section between adjacent exhaust-valve ports. Failures are mainly due to thermal overload. The cylinder head's rating can be extended by reducing the bottom-deck temperatures and the axial stiffness of the head and by adopting more advantageous materials for the bottom deck. Typical examples are illustrated.

Improving the ability of predictive thinking is conducive in seeking the future and mastering initiative. In order to improve the ability of predictive thinking, it is necessary to strengthen the spirit of active exploration to give full play to people’s subjective initiative. Scientific methodology is the basis for improving this ability. It is necessary to learn and apply dialectical materialist methodology and to master advanced methods in specific subject areas. A deep and broad knowledge system is the fundamental for the development of predictive thinking, hence a deep professional knowledge system and a broad multifield knowledge reserve must be formed. The development of science and technology provides traction in discovering new forecasting directions, more advanced tools for forecasting research, and philosophical epistemological guidance for forecasting. Therefore, there is a need to pay great attention to the development of science and technology.

The issues of implementation of the project "Engineering class in Moscow school" are discussed. The results of the pre-professional examination in three areas of training are presented, the low level of pre-professional knowledge was noted. The research course of solving applied problems of engineering practice with the use of modern software has not been studied. Based on the analysis of the results of pre-professional examinations in the areas of research, technology and programming, conclusions about the weak information support of the project and the unwillingness of school graduates to expand the fields of training are obtained.

he report explores and analyzes the application of the most popular programming languages from different organizations: GitHub; Stackoverflow; the TIOBE's Community index. The main client technologies: HTML; CSS; JavaScript; Typescript are presented and analysed. Features are characterized and the advantages and the disadvantages of the server technologies are described: Java; PHP; Python; Ruby. The application areas for web site development technologies have been defined. The creation of a quality web site is a complex and complicated process, but by observing some guidelines and recommendations in the work process can help to select the tools and the technologies in its design and development.

Abstract The aim of this article is to identify the role and the identity of the young Romanian dramatist within the context of the collaborative theatre in our country. The main means of research have been the interview and the participatory assistance by actual involvement in the making of a performance. We started from the premise that the difficulties met throughout the work process begin as early as the study years at the faculty, as a result of the lack of communication between the departments from the Faculties of Theatre.
