Digital Platforms and Computer Utilization for Advertising

The purpose of this research is to look at the business development strategies in the digital era through digital advertising promotion media. To support this research, we used descriptive method by analyzing digital advertising in social media to find a valid data and in accordance with the research conducted. The result of this research is that using digital advertising is more effective for the company as it is more appealing for the customers.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Rekam Medik Studi Kasus: UPTD Puskesmas Padamara Kabupaten Purbalingga

Computer is the one of technology that can make people activity easier. To maximize the computer utilization it need a computerization system. Like on UPTD Puskesmas Padamara that give health service. The service that given are outpatient, inpatient and emergency unit. Until now, medical records procedure at UPTD Puskesmas Padamara still done by hand, one of them is on outpatient procedure. The filing of medical patient data was recorded on paper that susceptible to damage and data loss. Besides that, the history of medical patient start form anamnesis, diagnose and therapy wrote on paper too. The Medical patient checkup data of inpatient still on the document. The data have done randomly archived, so it needs a long time for seeking for data and manage the report. As a health unit that serves the worldwide community, UPTD Puskesmas Padamara needs an information system that can accelerate performance and increase redundancy, data loss, and data detriment. The information system also can make archived and data searched easily and can block access from uncompetent people. Therefore, it’s necessary to make medical records information system on UPTD Puskesmas Padamara. A computerization system besides accelerate performance also can make data reporting easier.Keywords: Medical Records Information System, Medical RecordsAbstrak: Komputer merupakan salah satu teknologi yang dapat mempermudah aktivitas manusia. Agar dapat memaksimalkan penggunaan komputer maka perlu dibuat sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Begitupun pada UPTD Puskesmas Padamara yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan. Pelayanan yang diberikan meliputi rawat jalan, rawat inap dan UGD. Sampai saat ini prosedur rekam medik pada UPTD Puskesmas Padamara masih dilakukan dengan manual salah satunya pada prosedur pendaftaran rawat jalan. Data pasien yang akan melakukan pendaftaran dicatat dalam sebuah dokumen yang rentan terhadap kerusakan atau hilangnya data. Selain itu riwayat pasien mulai dari diagnosa, anamnesia, dan terapi juga dicatat dalam dokumen. Pencatatan data pemeriksaan pasien rawat inap masih dilakukan dalam lembaran kertas. Data diarsipkan secara tidak terstruktur, sehingga akan membutuhkan waktu lama ketika melakukan pencarian data dan membuat laporan. Tempat arsip yang tidak dijaga dengan ketat sehingga terdapat kemungkinan pihak yang tidak berwenang mengakses data. Sebagai unit kesehatan yang melayani masyarakat umum, UPTD Puskesmas Padamara membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang dapat mempercepat kinerja dan mengurangi redudansi, hilangnya data dan kerusakan data. Sistem informasi juga dapat mempermudah pengarsipan dan pencarian data serta dapat menghalangi pengaksesan data oleh pihak yang tidak berwenang. Oleh karenanya perlu dibuat sistem informasi rekam medik pada UPTD Puskesmas Padamara. Sistem informasi akan membantu setiap prosesnya dapat berjalan dengan baik dan terstruktur.Kata kunci: Perancangan Sistem Informasi, Sistem Informasi Rekam Medik

Skills of Computer Utilization Among Islamic Education Teachers in The Higher Secondary Schools

This aim of this study is to examine the level of the computer utilization among Islamic education teachers during teaching and learning at SMAN Bandar Padang. The explanatory mixed method design was used. This study was conducted into two phases, the first phase used quantitative approach and the second phase used qualitative approach. There were 64 Islamic education teachers involved in the study. The first data were processed and analyzed using SPSS for windows. The second data was processed and analyzed using NVIVO 7. The first phase answered three research questions and found out : The skill level using computer was on the low level with total mean score 2.32 and Standard deviation 0,22, the attitude of the Islamic education teachers towards using computer utilization in teaching and learning were very enthusiastic and positive with the total mean score 3, 95 and standard deviation 0, 36 and the problems faced by the teachers in using computer utilization during teaching and learning process was in average level with the mean score 3, 07 and standard deviation 0, 35. The second phase showed that the problems faced by the teachers in using computer were : the lack of self-skill in application of the computer, the computer facility was inadequate, the school did not have adequate software of computer course for Islamic education, the difficulties in providing the software in Islamic education course based on computer and the work overload faced by the teachers at school.

Encoding the Record Database of Computer Based Test Exam Based on Spritz Algorithm

Computer utilization in the execution of the computer-based test is currently no strange. Almost all government agencies and companies at the time of conducting the test acceptance of new employees have been using computer-based test system online or often referred to as Computer Based Test (CBT). One of the important aspects to be considered and must be maintained in the execution of computer-based exams is the problem of question security and exam answers to abuse actions. One technique that can be done to solve the problems above is the use of cryptographic techniques. This research describes the use of spritz algorithm which is one of the cryptographic algorithms to encode the text database record of the computer-based test. The results of the encoding process can make it harder for the attackers to know the original text of the exam, so as to minimize the abuse of the exam.

Influence of Computer Anxiety and Knowledge on Computer Utilization of Senior Secondary School Students

Introducción. El uso de ordenadores se ha expandido con rápidez y también ha generado nuevos retos. Este estudio investiga la influencia de la ansiedad ante los ordenadores, y el conocimiento de su uso en estudiantes del último ciclo de secundaria en el Estado de Ogun, Nigeria.Método. Participó en el estudio una muestra de cuatrocientos alumnos elegidos aleatoriamente de entre veinte centros de educación secundaria.Resultados. La ansiedad ante los ordenadores y el conocimiento de su uso, considerados en conjunto, predecían la utilización del ordenador de forma significativa (R Cuadrado=0,079, p<0.05). Existía una relación significativa entre el conocimiento de ordenadores y su utilización (r=+0,276, p<0.05). No hubo diferencias significativas entre hombres y mujeres en cuanto a la ansiedad ante los ordenadores (t=1,005, p>0.05)Conclusión y recomendaciones. La ansiedad ante los ordenadores es un constructo psicológico negativo que, de ninguna manera, favorece la utilización del ordenador. El conocimiento, sin embargo, está relacionado de forma positiva con la utilización del ordenador. Por lo tanto, para que el gobierno nigeriano realice sus metas de Desarrollo para el Milenio, mejorando el nivel de alfabetización digital, existe una necesidad de fomentar deliberadamente la enseñanza del uso de ordenadores.
