Abstract Object:To explore the correlation between serum vitamin D level and the occurrence and pathological grade of gastric cancer.Data sources:Search the PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane,Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CNKI), Wanfang Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database, Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database (VIP), Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), All articles about the correlation between serum vitamin D levels and gastric cancer published before July 2021.Results:10 trials with 1159 cases of gastric cancer patients and 33387 cases of normal control patients were analyzed. The serum vitamin D level of the gastric cancer group(15.56±7.46ng/ml) was lower than the control group (17.60±1.61ng/ml), and the difference was statistically significant (MD=-8.28, 95%CI: -14.32~-2.23, P <0.00001). The patients with gastric cancer clinical stage III/IV(16.19±8.04ng/ml) is lower than that of patients with stage I/II (19.61±9.61ng/ml), and the patients with low differentiation of gastric cancer is (17.5± 9.5ng/ml) is lower than that of well or moderately differentiated patients (18.04±7.92ng/ml), and the patients with lymph node metastasis (19.41±8.63ng/ml) is lower than that of patients without lymph node metastasis (20.65± 7.96ng/ml), the difference is statistically significant; Conclusions:Vitamin D levels are negatively correlated with the occurrence of gastric cancer. Vitamin D levels are significantly correlated with different clinical stages, degrees of differentiation and lymph node metastasis, suggesting that low vitamin D levels may be a predictor of poor prognosis in gastric cancer.

The article studies the functioning of the verbal hesitation marker ni / nei ‘whatchamacallit’ in Bashkir spontaneous speech. Goals. The research aims to analyze and identify the main functions of the investigated hesitation marker in the process of organizing spontaneous discourse. Materials and Methods. The study explores dialectal materials included in the text database of the dialectological cluster within the Digital Corpus (lit. ‘Machine Fund’) of the Bashkir Language (https://mfbl2.ru). The total of the studied materials is 209 dialectal texts. The database contains 718 tokens of the investigated hesitation marker. The selection of examples for analysis was carried out through the method of continuous sampling. The employed research methods are those of discourse and contextual analysis, as well as the statistical method. Results. Asemantization of the basic meaning of the interrogative pronoun in spontaneous speech results in the emergence of a pragmatic meaning, and the lexeme begins to function as a filler for hesitational pauses. The multifunctionality of this hesitation marker is confirmed by numerous examples of its use. In spontaneous speech, the verbal hesitation marker performs the hesitative (fills in pauses in speech production), discursive (as a means to organize speech) and search (temporary substitutions in search for a speech unit corresponding to the original intention) functions. The uniqueness of this hesitation marker is that in spontaneous speech it can replace any notional word that one has ‘on the tip of the tongue’ and, thus, help avoid the occurrence of long pauses or interruptions in utterances. The analysis of materials reveals the main methods of correcting problem areas in speech production. Being a characteristic attribute of spontaneous speech, the lexemes can also be stylistically used in fiction works as instruments to reveal the author’s intention — depicting a psychological portrait of the character through the latter’s speech features.

This chapter investigates the threshold of context memory on numbers 300 through 500 regarding perspective with assumption experiment and theories of cognitive semantics and short-term memory. Context generation became possible with text database with lexical engineering system on artificial intelligence (AI). It was realized an infinite and continuous presentation of context. Several context presentations realized the limitation of context memory on the process of continuous context presentation on numbers 500 and 2,000, as well as the representation process with judgement for memory. The first report studied the context generating machine for Japanese pun generation. This was termed “Class B engine” or “Dajare Machine.” This study focused on the examination of the context threshold using an experiment of human brain mapping on an auditory evoked magnetic field (AEF) of a magnetic encephalogram. It also focused on the analysis of the theory of cognitive semantics and folk biology, using a theory of short-term memory of the “magical number seven.”

IntroductionAbout 85% of stroke survivors have upper extremity dysfunction, and more than 60% have continuing hand dysfunction and cannot live independently after treatment. Numerous recent publications have explored brain-computer interfaces technology as rehabilitation tools to help subacute and chronic stroke patients recover upper extremity movement. Our study aims to synthesise results from randomised controlled trials to assess the effectiveness and safety of brain-computer interface technology in the treatment of poststroke motor disorders(PSMD).Methods and analysisEnglish and Chinese search strategies will be conducted in eight databases: the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese Scientific Journal Database, Wanfang Database, China Doctoral Dissertations Full-Text Database, China Master’s Theses Full-Text Database, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, PubMed and Embase. In addition, manual retrieval of research papers, conference papers, ongoing experiments and internal reports, among others, will supplement electronic retrieval. The searches will select all eligible studies published on or before 8 June 2020. To enhance the effectiveness of the study, only randomised controlled trials related to brain-computer interface technology for poststroke motor disorders will be included. The Fugl-Meyer Motor Function score will be the primary outcome measure; the Modified Barthel Index, Modified Ashworth Score and the upper extremity freehand muscle strength assessment will be secondary outcomes. Side effects and adverse events will be included as safety evaluations. To ensure the quality of the systematic evaluation, study selection, data extraction and quality assessment will be independently performed by two authors, and a third author will handle any disagreement. Review Manager V.5.3.3 and STATA V.15.1 will be used to perform the data synthesis and subgroup analysis.Ethics and disseminationThis systemic review will evaluate the efficacy and safety of brain-computer interface technology combined with routine rehabilitation treatment for treatment of poststroke motor disorders. Since all included data will be obtained from published articles, the review does not require ethical approval. The review will be published in a peer-reviewed journal.PROSPERO registration numberCRD42020190868.

PALAVRAS-CHAVE: dança, bailarino, saúde ocupacional e medicina do trabalho.

The history of Egyptian lexicography is marked by the early twentieth-century Wörterbuch der ägyptischen Sprache (Wb). The decades after the appearance of the Wb saw the publication of many specialized dictionaries of language phases and corpuses. Ancient Egyptian lexicography is conditioned by sampling issues and the discontinuous nature of the artefactual record, by cultural distance, and by the nature of the writing systems of Egyptian. Current studies in Egyptian lexicography develop a variety of approaches, ranging from the more philological to the more linguistic. Since the publication of the Wb, many new texts have been published and many new words and meanings have been attested, while the lemmatization of the Wb (i.e. the process of grouping together the inflected forms of a word so that they can be analysed as a single item, identified by the word’s lemma, or dictionary form) appears in need of partial revision. The debate as to whether to produce a new comprehensive dictionary or a general text database based on the lexicon has been decided in favour of the latter in the 1990s. While digital textual databases based on the lexicon are being built, several voices call for a new dictionary, observing that a thesaurus does not replace a lexicographer’s work.
