The purpose of this research is to explain the role of the Web Series in discussing and delivering messages to audiences about the "value" of the product, where the web series published on digital media such as Youtube that becomes the attractive promotional strategies for the consumers. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that explains the promotion strategy and brand engagement through the web series that became a new content marketing campaign. The results of this study are the increased proximity between customers and brand as well as the increased understanding brand which leads to brand awareness because attractive promotional strategies can attract the attention of consumers. The use of web series to build engagement with customers also has its own added value, where the web series can also be used as a product campaign such as Ax Indonesia, which released a Web Series Axelerate the series: Kostan AX/3 that is in conjunction with the launch of their new product, Pomade, and Facial Wash. This study concludes that the approach to consumers must be adjusted to the characteristics of consumers themselves so that messages can be conveyed more effectively and on target.

The purpose of this study is to describe the advantages of Web-based survey for Users as Consumers. The method used in this study was a qualitative method in which the data presented are data from phenomena. The results of this study proved that Web-based survey had advantages to the users as consumers viewed through how the survey team gave rewards to users after finishing surveys, the features of the web and users would help the companies by their surveys. The conclusion obtained in this study is relationships between other companies, survey teams and users as consumers have benefit to each other.

The purpose of this research is to help marketplace providers utilize E-commerce to improve their business. The method used in this study is a survey and literature study from research that has been done before. The results show that the role of the e-commerce market in online business transactions is useful to attract buyers. Starting from product marketing through media such as social media, websites, and advertisements. The role of E-commerce marketplace in online business transactions provides many benefits such as fast access to transactions, availability of goods, and ease of accessing the site.

The research aims to specify the effect of the expansion of e-commerce on the ticket booking business. The method used in this research was descriptive analysis, which was a method that presents a complete picture of the phenomena that occur in the case raised. Besides that, this study identifies the extent of the impact resulting from the development of e-commerce on the ticket booking business, as well as the benefits to be gained from the results of the ticket booking. The results of this study prove that booking tickets online is very efficient and makes it easy in the transaction process. Based on the analysis conducted, the impact of the development of e-commerce on the online ticket booking business has a major effect on the development of e-commerce. The research concluded that the effect of e-commerce development has a big influence on people's interest in booking tickets online.

E-Commerce is a buying and selling activity, where the activities of sellers and buyers are carried out through the internet. This study aims to illustrate the impact of using E-Commerce, especially for the benefits of E-Commerce for business strategies. There are several ways to develop business both manually and computers. But in this era of the global economy, not only is the work process computerized, but the sales process also utilizes these facilities. The goal is to use e-commerce to attract more consumers because it can reach wider consumers. This research uses descriptive qualitative method and literature study based on previous research. So is it enough to make E-Commerce an industry that will experience an increase in sales results? Of course not, but the more quality E-Commerce that is created will further increase profits for the company

The purpose of this study, to meet the needs of Muslim women to carry out exercise activities so that Muslim women do not struggle to find clothes that fit their style in everyday life, using Social media as a tool for promotion. This study used a descriptive method to describe the efforts of Muslim women's sports clothing through social media as a promotional tool because nowadays many women who already use hijab during exercise. The results obtained from this research added employment opportunities. The reason to be accomplished and get noticed is the clarity of the utilization of social media and see what is being needed by women today. The conclusion of this research is young people especially those who have not opened the business, this business is used as an example or the first step of opening the daily effort to increase income and learn to become a professional entrepreneur

This study aims to determine the perceived influence of the existence of e-commerce for SMEs and how the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) businesses towards e-commerce. This study used descriptive method and literature review with interviews, reading, and quoting. After conducting research on SMEs, it had been proven that with e-commerce, SMEs had become more advanced and increasingly developed. The purpose of this study is to dicover the needs of identification in a business and design that uses e-commerce design in the fashion field. In e-commerce systems, there are key functional features of information that can provide satisfaction to consumers. This study used descriptive qualitative methods, which are methods that can be interpreted as stages of problem solving, which describes a situation in the subject or object in this study. Transaction activities between sellers and buyers are included in the form of trade in using online media that can save consumers' time in shopping. The results of this study were the facts to help reach wider customers than offline stores, and finding a market gap for businesses and products. With the existence of e-commerce applications in the development of this fashion consumers can obtain a product at a cheaper and practical price to get the desired fashion mode.

The purpose of this research is to look at the business development strategies in the digital era through digital advertising promotion media. To support this research, we used descriptive method by analyzing digital advertising in social media to find a valid data and in accordance with the research conducted. The result of this research is that using digital advertising is more effective for the company as it is more appealing for the customers.
