The article analyzes the results of pilot field tests and the technological assessment of the introduction of technology for simultaneous and separate injection at Kalamkas field of Mangystaumunaigas JSC. The functional tasks of simultaneous-separate injection and the requirements for the technical conditions of the equipment used for transfer to simultaneous-separate injection are considered A relevant and significant point in the implementation of technology for simultaneous-separate injection is that the injection into two layers is carried out through one wellbore using special equipment, the main element of which is a packer that separates the layers from each other and provides the possibility of operating each of them in accordance with the specified technological mode.

Представлены результаты экспериментальных исследований реагентной очистки сточных вод трехкомпонентной композицией (коагулянт, флокулянт, щелочной реагент), которые проводились в ООО «ДальВОДГЕО». Экспериментально подобрано соотношение реагентов в композиции, причем флокулянт растворяется в кальцинированной соде и вводится после коагулянта. Испытания на стоках от пищевых производств (с высоким содержанием органических и минеральных взвешенных веществ) при недостаточном щелочном резерве подтверждают большую эффективность очистки и меньший объем осадка в случае применения композиции по сравнению с раздельным вводом реагентов. Ключевые слова: сточные воды, интенсификация реагентной очистки, коагулят, флокулянт, подщелачивающий реагент, коагулирующая-флоккулирующая щелочная композиция The results of experimental studies of reagent wastewater treatment with a three-component composition (coagulant, flocculant, alkaline reagent), which were carried out at DalVODGEO LLC (from 2015 to 2018, when one of the authors, S.B. Kundenok, worked as a chief project engineer in this organizations), then jointly with the Far Eastern Federal University (2017–2020). The ratio of reagents in the composition was experimentally selected, and the flocculant is dissolved in soda ash and introduced after the coagulant. Tests on effluents from food production (with a high content of organic and mineral suspended substances), with an insufficient alkaline reserve, confirm the greater efficiency of purification and a smaller volume of sediment in the case of using the composition in comparison, with the separate injection of reagents. Vaccination is one of the most successful strategies to prevent human infectious diseases. Combinatorial adjuvants have gained increasing interest as they can stimulate multiple immune pathways and enhance the vaccine efficacy of subunit vaccines. We investigated the adjuvanticity of Aluminum (alum) in combination with rASP-1, a protein adjuvant, using the Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus MERS-CoV receptor-binding-domain (RBD) vaccine antigen. A highly enhanced anti-MERS-CoV neutralizing antibody response was induced when mice were immunized with rASP-1 and the alum-adjuvanted RBD vaccine in two separate injection sites as compared to mice immunized with RBD + rASP-1 + alum formulated into a single inoculum. The antibodies produced also significantly inhibited the binding of RBD to its cell-associated receptor. Moreover, immunization with rASP-1 co-administered with the alum-adjuvanted RBD vaccine in separate sites resulted in an enhanced frequency of TfH and GC B cells within the draining lymph nodes, both of which were positively associated with the titers of the neutralizing antibody response related to anti-MERS-CoV protective immunity. Our findings not only indicate that this unique combinatorial adjuvanted RBD vaccine regimen improved the immunogenicity of RBD, but also point to the importance of utilizing combinatorial adjuvants for the induction of synergistic protective immune responses.

In order to improve the oil displacement effect of alkali/surfactant/polymer (ASP) solution in low-permeability oil layers, Daqing Oilfield has proposed a separate injection technology. The objective of separate injection technology is to reduce the viscosity of ASP solution through a different medium injection tool and increase the injection amount of ASP solution in low permeability oil layer, thus improving the oil displacement effect. In order to study the effect of the different medium injection tool on ASP solution, SEM is used to observe the changes in molecular micromorphology before and after the ASP solution flows through the tool. Then, the influence of the tool on viscosity and the first normal stress difference of the solution are studied through static shear experiments. Finally, the storage and loss modulus of the solution are measured through dynamic mechanical experiments and the relaxation time and zero shear viscosity of the solution are verified and compared. The results show that molecular chains are obviously broken and the grid structure is destroyed after the ASP solution is acted on by the different medium injection tool. The viscosity and elasticity of ASP solution decrease, and the influence degree of the different medium injection tool on viscosity is greater than elasticity. The results of the steady shear experiment and dynamic mechanics experiment are consistent. Therefore, the different medium injection tool can achieve the purpose of use, which is conducive to the injection of displacement fluid into low-permeability oil layers and enhance the recovery ratio.

Detonation applied to propulsion could result in a promising increase of the thermodynamic efficiency of the engine cycle. Numerical simulations of the detonation propagating in the Continuous Detonation Wave Rocket Engine (CDWRE) are currently performed but still do not account for realistic injection process. The assumption of an ideal injected premix is generally chosen for convenience to obtain theoretical results. Comparison of the numerical results with experiments is difficult because of the clear difference of the injection configurations. Some physical aspects of the separate injection of the components used in experiments are not clearly assessed. This study is included in a wider numerical project aimed at designing and optimizing a realistic CDWRE. The optimization process is presently focused on the injector. One element of the injection hole pattern is considered assuming that this element is periodically repeated over the injector head. The aim of the work presented here is to model and analyze the refill process of the components in the combustion chamber behind the rotating detonation. The simulation starts just after the passage of the detonation over the considered injection element. This simulation gives information on the way the injected propellants recreate the reactive mixture for the next detonation. In the first step, two-dimensional (2D) computations helped us to set up the methodology and to study the dynamic response of the fresh components injected. A comparison between 2D homogeneous and separate injections is provided. In the second step, three-dimensional (3D) computations have been performed with a separate injection suitable for the CDWRE operation. Some performance parameters are evaluated such as mixing efficiency or filling of the domain.

In the article the brought results over of sharp and chronic toxicness of new preparation dextran of iron «Ferosel Т», that in the composition contains Iron and Selenium. It was set that preparation of «Ferosel Т» in prophylactic and therapeutic doses and in a dose in 3 times of any more than therapeutic, at peroral introduction a 3 twenty-four hours in succession did not show a toxic action laboratory rats. At the terms of hypodermic introduction of preparation the death of white rats it was not, it is only set brief oppression of laboratory animals, animals preparations were given that in a dose 10 ml/kg. It is set that in prophylactic and optimal therapeutic doses preparation did not influence on the detoxication function of liver. For rats, what was entered Ferosel T in maximal therapeutic and maybe toxic doses, duration of a dream from Hexenalum was on 32 and 35 percents more relation than control sizes. The toxicness of Ferosel Т was also studied on the indexes of irritating action(after dermic test and testis on conjunctiva), action of allergy (a method of applique on a skin) and determined the coefficients of mass of internalss at great while of introduction of preparation. For animals Ferosel Т was entered that in a dose 10 ml/kg during a 21 twenty-four hours, motive activity some went down. Research of emotional and behavior reactions of laboratory animals after introduction of Ferosel Т during a 21 twenty-four hours in therapeutic and maximally therapeutic doses did not show substantial influence on the nervous system. On the indexes of hyperemia and edema of skin and thickness of skin fold of Ferosel Т in prophylactic and therapeutic doses at an applique on the skin of crawls did not cause a local irritating action. Separate injection of preparation of «Ferosel Т» for 0,1 ml did not cause the filling out reaction of paws guinea-pigs. As a result of undertaken studies it is not educed allergen properties at preparation of «Ferosel Т». For laboratory rats, Ferosel Т was entered that in a prophylactic dose it is not set reliable changes of coefficients of mass of heart, liver, spleen and kidneys. For rats Ferosel Т was entered that in an optimal therapeutic dose, in comparing to control mass of spleen and liver was accordingly on 10.3 and 6.4% anymore. At introduction of Ferosel Т to the maximally therapeutic dose mass of spleen and liver was accordingly on 14.0 and 15.0% anymore. The got results of researches specify that preparation of Ferosel Т is safe at application for a prophylaxis and treatment of animals.
