The topic of approximation with positive linear operators in contemporary functional analysis and theory of functions has emerged in the last century. One of these operators is Meyer–König and Zeller operators and in this study a generalization of Meyer–König and Zeller type operators based on a function τ by using two sequences of functions will be presented. The most significant point is that the newly introduced operator preserves {1,τ,τ2} instead of classical Korovkin test functions. Then asymptotic type formula, quantitative results, and local approximation properties of the introduced operators are given. Finally a numerical example performed by MATLAB is given to visualize the provided theoretical results.

This research is an effort to affirm the role and position of women in the family who are no longer on the sub-ordinate line. By carrying out a contextual study based on the rules of fiqh legal provisions depend on the god who follows and taghayyur, al-ahkam bi taghayyur al-azminah wa al-amkinah, the research has a significant point. To ensure the validity of this research, the research data is a scientific research method that can be accounted for. The data is extracted through the triangulation method, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data results were tested for the validity of the data through triangulation of sources and techniques. After the final data, the findings of the study were obtained. Namely, 1) on the economic aspect of the family, women work in a community by developing micro-enterprises; 2) in the social aspect, women provide counselling, socialisation, both online and offline; 3) in the spiritual aspect, women carry out halaqah on family resilience during the pandemic and socialise the MUI fatwa related to vaccination law; 4) in the education aspect, women provide services, education and education to the wider community in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract Considering that the existence of relativistic particles in the protostellar jet has been confirmed by the detection of linearly polarized radioemission from the HH 80-81 jet, we search for gamma-rays from the HH 80-81 system using ten-year {\it Fermi}-LAT observations.A significant point-like $\gamma$-ray excess is found in the direction of the HH 80-81 system with Test-Statistic (TS) value $>$100, which is likely produced in the HH 80-81 jet. The $\gamma$-ray spectrum extends only to 1 GeV with a photon index of 3.5.No significant variability is found in the gamma-ray emission. It is discussed that the properties of HH 80-81 jet suffice for producing the observed $\gamma$-rays.

The article analyzes the results of pilot field tests and the technological assessment of the introduction of technology for simultaneous and separate injection at Kalamkas field of Mangystaumunaigas JSC. The functional tasks of simultaneous-separate injection and the requirements for the technical conditions of the equipment used for transfer to simultaneous-separate injection are considered A relevant and significant point in the implementation of technology for simultaneous-separate injection is that the injection into two layers is carried out through one wellbore using special equipment, the main element of which is a packer that separates the layers from each other and provides the possibility of operating each of them in accordance with the specified technological mode.

Anchoring is a cognitive bias connected to the conception of information by every individual. The initial notion created becomes a significant point of reference for all future interpretations of the same object or data, so as to block any further re-elaboration to the initially defined information. The article presents a practical case of a false numerical conception due to anchoring

This article focuses on the delivery of two primary English workshops delivered on the BA Primary (with QTS) degree course to first year trainees studying in the School of Education at University of Brighton. These interactive sessions include practical activity, specifically drama, and are typically delivered on campus. This is a significant point for our first-year students in primary teacher education as they explore challenging texts through drama, positioning themselves as learners in the primary classroom. Transformative learning occurs as aspiring teachers negotiate their previous experiences of drama and develop their understanding of it as a tool for the classroom. This article, a jointly composed reflection upon adapted practice during the Covid 19 pandemic, considers how drama (as a practical, interactive pedagogical tool) was delivered and engaged with in digital form. Feedback was gathered through informal interviews to collate student and tutor perspectives on the experience.

This research was aimed to find the relationship between students’ ecological intelligence and Pro-Environmental behavior on mangrove ecosystem material. The populations of this research were Salamahu Junior School students, and the sample was the fourth-grade classes which randomly chosen. The result were showed that rcalculated = 0,761 dan rtable = 0,3338. Therefore 0,761 > 0,3338 so H0 accepted which means there is a positive relationship between variable X and Y. Significant point correlation (2-tailed) was 0,000 < 0,05 which means between ecological intelligence and pro-environmental behavior there is a significant’s relationship.

‘To learn about X, observe what happens to the system when X is removed.’ What happens to the higher education student experience when, during a pandemic, so many of the avenues for building a sense of belonging are radically and fundamentally disrupted? How should we respond as individuals, a collective and a sector, to redress this? The national student survey data in Australia has highlighted a significant drop in learner engagement and their sense of belonging as a result of the pandemic. Indeed, the pandemic has been a significant point of anxiety for students, educators, and universities globally. We see the pandemic as a unique opportunity to critically examine belongingness among university students in a climate where their normal avenues to feel they belong need to establish a new kind of normal. In this article, we seek to articulate what can be learned from the pandemic experience about student belongingness and what instructors can do to improve it, even under difficult circumstances. We found opportunities to strengthen a students’ sense of belonging in online environments, when necessary, and how responses within the constraints of lockdown and emergency remote teaching can still support student success.

The “Mafia capitale” trial marked a significant point in the interpretation of the specific elements of mafia-style association valid in Italian law. This paper will examine the various stages of the trial proceedings, focusing in particular on the final ruling of the Court of Cassation. This study thus further develops the structure of the crime referred to by art. 416 bis Italian criminal code, discussing in order the externalization methods of the so-called “mafia method.” Keywords: Mafia; Rome; Italian law; Corruption.

The ‘black box problem’ is a long-standing talking point in debates about artificial intelligence (AI). This is a significant point of tension between ethicists, programmers, clinicians and anyone else working on developing AI for healthcare applications. However, the precise definition of these systems are often left undefined, vague, unclear or are assumed to be standardised within AI circles. This leads to situations where individuals working on AI talk over each other and has been invoked in numerous debates between opaque and explainable systems. This paper proposes a coherent and clear definition for the black box problem to assist in future discussions about AI in healthcare. This is accomplished by synthesising various definitions in the literature and examining several criteria that can be extrapolated from these definitions.
