Nowadays, big data is directing the entire advanced world with its function and applications. Moreover, to make better decisions from the ever emerging big data belonging to the respective organizations, deep learning (DL) models are required. DL is also widely used in the sentiment classification tasks considering data from social networks.Furthermore, sentiment classification signifies the best way to analyze the big data and make decisions accordingly. Analyzing the sentiments from big data applications is quite challenging task and also requires more time for the execution process. Therefore, to analyze and classify big data emerging from social networks in a better way, DL models are utilized. DL techniques are being used among the researchers to get high end results. A novel Ant Colonybased Deep Belief Neural Network (AC-DBN) framework is proposed in this research. Drug review tweets are opted to perform sentiment classification by using the proposed framework in python environment. A model fitness function is initiated in the DL framework and is observed that it is attaining high accuracy with low computation time. Additionally, the obtained results attained from the proposed framework are validated with existing methods for evaluating the efficiency of the proposed AC-DBN approach.

Nowadays, an analysis of virtual media to predict society’s reaction to any events or processes is a task of great relevance. Especially it concerns meaningful information on healthcare problems. Internet sources contain a large amount of pharmacologically meaningful information useful for pharmacovigilance purposes and repurposing drug use. An analysis of such a scale of information demands developing the methods that require the creation of a corpus with labeled relations among entities. Before, there have been no such Russian language datasets. This paper considers the first Russian language dataset where labeled entity pairs are divided into multiple contexts within a single text (by used drugs, by different users, by the cases of use, etc.), and a method based on the XLM-RoBERTa language model, previously trained on medical texts to evaluate the state-of-the-art accuracy for the task of indication of the four types of relationships among entities: ADR–Drugname, Drugname–Diseasename, Drugname–SourceInfoDrug, Diseasename–Indication. As shown based on the presented dataset from the Russian Drug Review Corpus, the developed method achieves the F1-score of 81.2% (obtained using cross-validation and averaged for the four types of relationships), which is 7.8% higher than the basic classifiers.

Siddha medicine is an ancient and traditional system of medicine.. When the three humors (Vatham, Pitham, Kabam) are in proper balance then the person experiences good health; any imbalance of three humors leads to disease. Acute Nasopharyngitis defines an inflammation of the mucous membrane of the naso pharynx. It is characterized by rhinorrhea, nasal obstruction, sneezing, malaise, fever, headache, & myalgia. It may be correlated with Neerkana maantham, one of the 31 types of Maantham in children mentioned in Siddha literature Balavagadam. The symptoms of Neerkana mantham can be managed by Siddha herbal formulation Utthamani kudineer. The main ingredients of the Utthamani kudineer are Chukku, Milagu, Thippili, Omam, Sutta Vasambu, Utthamani leaf, Velai ver, Nochi thulir, Murungai eerku, Nuna eerku. The ingredients of this formulation possess anti-inflammatory, antiviral, anti microbial, antipyretic activities. All the ingredients of trial drug are purely herbals only. It is easily prepared, palatable, assimilates quickly and also safe for pediatric usage in the treatment of Neerkana maantham. Hence, this article gives an insight on the efficacy of Utthamani kudineer for Neerkana maantham (Acute Nasopharyngitis) based on review of various literatures and scientific studies. In Ayurveda, menstruation has been described in 3 phases as rajahkala (menstrual period) rutukala (fertile period) and rutuvyatitkal (premenstrual period) & Do’s and Don’ts regarding this has also been explained in detail. Due to so much physical and emotional stress women are suffering from so many menstrual problems, Asrugdara (menorrhagia) is one of them and in Samhitas its causes, Etiopathogenesis, treatment and complications are ex- plained in detail. Menorrhagia is being treated with hormonal combination have so many side effects in acute as well as chronic therapy. Kushamool churna with tandulodak (Rice water) as explained by Bhaishajya Ratnawali treats Asrugdara in 3 days. Due to its pharmacological properties, it breaks down the pathology of Asrugdara in the acute stage. So, we can formulate this combination for the acute condition of menorrhagia. Keywords: Rajahkala, Rutukala, Rutuvyatitkal, Asrugdara, Menorrhagia, Etiopathogenesis.

99 Background: New oncology drugs undergo detailed review of clinical, economic, and patient data. Thoroughly assessing these data can require lengthy review processes, in the absence of accelerated approval pathways. The aim of this study was to assess how cancer drug review times impact public funding recommendations. Methods: Drugs reviewed by Canada’s health technology assessment body, the pan-Canadian Oncology Drug Review (pCODR), from April 2012 to November 2020 were included in this study. Data was collected including Health Canada approval date, initial and final funding recommendations, treatment intent, drug class, clinical indication (tumour type) and incremental cost-effectiveness ratios (ICER). Univariable and multivariable analyses were used to determine the association between funding recommendations and review times. Results: Of the 227 applications submitted to pCODR, 168 had received positive funding recommendations. Amongst the total drug applications, 24 (14.3%) drugs were intended for the treatment of thoracic cancers, 19 (11.3%) for gastrointestinal cancers, 17 (10.1%) for genitourinary cancers, 17 (10.1%) for breast cancer, and 91 (54.2%) for other tumour sites. Median time from pCODR submission to final recommendation was longer for drugs indicated for the treatment of lung and breast cancer compared to those indicated for treatment of other tumours (223 vs. 212 vs. 203 days, respectively; Kruskal-Wallis p = 0.0322). Drugs with longer review times were more likely to receive a negative pCODR recommendation, even when adjusting for ICER (157 vs 298 days, Wilcoxon p-value = 0.0003). There was no association between positive or negative funding recommendation and tumour type. Conclusions: Oncology drugs with longer review times are less likely to receive recommendation for public funding in Canada. Addressing factors contributing to variance in review times and standardizing the review process can ensure equitable access to cancer drugs.

AbstractSelinexor developed by Karyopharm Therapeutics is the first orally available small-molecule inhibitor of exportin-1 (XPO1). XPO-1 is a protein transporter responsible for the export of macromolecules such as tumor suppressor proteins and oncoprotein mRNAs from the nucleus to the cytoplasm; its inhibition results in blocking of multiple oncogenic pathways. Overexpression of XPO1 is seen in multiple myeloma and various other malignancies and is a poor prognostic marker. Pivotal positive trials have resulted in the approval of selinexor for use in refractory or relapsed diffuse large B cell lymphoma and multiple myeloma. In this review, we briefly cover the drug development, mechanism of action, indications, and toxicities of the drug, and the major pivotal trials.
