This study evaluates the effect of 8 weeks of the stable and unstable resistance training on muscle power. Thirty-three healthy men recreationally trained in resistance exercises, randomly assigned into two groups, performed resistance exercises either under stable or unstable conditions for 8 weeks (three sessions per week). Before and after 4 and 8 weeks of the training, they underwent squats and chest presses on either a stable surface or on a BOSU ball and a Swiss ball respectively with increasing weights up to at least 85% 1RM. Results showed significant improvements of mean power during chest presses on a Swiss ball at weights up to 60.7% 1RM after 4 and 8 weeks of the instability resistance training. Mean power increased significantly also during squats on a BOSU ball at weights up to 48.1% 1RM after 4 but not 8 weeks of instability resistance training. However, there were no significant changes in mean power during bench presses and squats on a stable support surface after the same training. These findings indicate that there is no cross effect of instability resistance training on power produced under stable conditions. This confirms and complies with the principle for specificity of training.

The main goal of the study is to determine the direction of transformation of “SibADI” FSBEI HE as a center of attraction for all concentrated knowledge, skills and abilities in the development of the road industry, within the framework of the development conditions established by the scientific and technological revolution. This takes into account synchronization of all efforts on the part of scientific communities and industrial partners. Today, the Siberian State Automobile and Highway University faces the task of transforming from an industry-specific university with an accumulated scientific base. It includes transport construction, into an entrepreneurial University with commercialization of scientific, technical and educational and results in the following areas: “Creation and testing of intelligent composite materials”; “Creation of automated complexes for modeling multicomponent new road materials, including those of technogenic soils”; “Informational modeling of road objects with data transmission system”; “New methods of road diagnostics and defect recognition”; “Digital control, monitoring, forecasting systems”; “Intelligent logistics and design of network road configurations, as well as the development and transfer of entrepreneurial competencies into educational сontent”. The specificity of training of engineers requires reaching a qualitatively new level, which makes it possible to enter the number of international recognized specialized universities, to solve ambitious tasks.

In the context of the information volumes continuous growth, the digitalization of education is considered a necessary tool for the modernization of the educational system. There is a pronounced specificity of training specialists in the various fields of science - natural, humanitarian, technical and exact. How does work differ in the different forms of training specialists - full-time and part-time. There are peculiarities, opportunities and traditions in every particular university. In this regard, the problem arises of the need to digitalize education, determining the measure, and sufficiency in each case. The functioning of the current digital educational environment is due to both the psychophysiological capabilities of the human body, moral and ethical principles. The purpose of the study is to identify the saturation of digital educational technologies in the process of full-time training of students-psychologists and conflictologists at FEFU. Research methods: problematization, survey, observation. The author examines two components of digitalization at the university - the learning process, and its organization and concludes the sufficiency of the information technologies use in the training of psychologists and conflictologists at FEFU. The author also draws attention to the active use of technical means in the educational process - the formalization of education, which manifests itself in a decrease of students’ motivation, loss of interest, involvement, “non-appropriation” of information. Prevents direct transfer of distance learning formats to full-time. Requests the need for informational support of teachers. Emphasizes attention to ensuring the high-quality functioning of technical means.
