The era of technology-based information encourages the world of education to take advantage of the process of learning activities. The best thing during the Covid-19 pandemic, the learning process is transforming from face-to-face learning in class to online-based. However, school factors, management, students, culture, and others affect the learning process, in the sense that it needs readiness in its implementation. The purpose of the study was to analyze the readiness of the application of the e-learning learning model in the subject of Geography. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The focus and sub-focus of this research is the readiness to apply online learning in the subject of Geography. The results showed that the components in the application of e-learning, namely the principal, subject teachers were ready to carry out the learning. This is indicated by the fulfillment of readiness indicators, including schools that prepare supporting facilities and infrastructure, teachers who undergo information technology training and can apply them in subjects. Indicators that are not met are students who have difficulty accessing internet services, and getting internet credit or study quotas, but students have been able to adapt to e-learning learning activities. The fulfillment of most of the indicators for the implementation of e-learning, shows that SMA Negeri 1 Kumelembuai, South Minahasa Regency is quite ready to implement e-learning in geography subjects.

This research aims to describe the average value of the competence of the skills of tsanawiyah madrasah teachers in utilizing information and communication technology in the learning and self-development process in the implementation of training in the work area (PDWK) at the office of the ministry of religious affairs mandailing Natal district with a sample of 30 participants. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with survey methods. The data taken is skill value data during the training process. From the results of secondary data processing, for the training eye of making blocks the average value is 87 with a good predicate and the most value of 90 as many as 5 participants; the eyes of the online class creation training using the popular application average score of 88 with a good predicate and the most value of 95 as many as 5 participants; eye training in making attractive percentages using popular applications average value 92 with excellent predicate and the most value of 93 as many as 17 participants; Interactive video content creation training eyes averaged 86 with good predicate and the most value of 80 as many as 15 participants. While the average skill score for all subjects and all participants is 88 with a good predicate and the most value of 86 as many as 6 participants. So the implementation of information technology training of tsanawiyah madrasah teachers in the working area of Mandailing Natal kankemenag conducted by Medan Religious Training Center has been good in improving teacher competence for skills to utilize ICT in the learning and self-development process.

<span>During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the learning process used by teachers is in the form of digital media. </span><span lang="EN">This research is focused on digital learning, barriers faced by teachers, and various approaches to overcome various obstacles faced by teachers in implementing digital learning during the covid 19 pandemic</span><span>. The type of research is qualitative research with a survey method. This research was conducted in Sumenep Regency with primary school teachers as the research object. </span><span lang="EN">The data collection consists of questionnaires given to 100 teachers and interviews to 9 teachers to describe information related to the focus of the research. The results of this study show that teachers do not directly utilize various digital platforms of various learning technologies implemented in online learning during covid 19. </span><span>The obstacles experienced by the teachers include the teacher's low ability in applying the information technology, parents' economic factor, unstable internet networks, and the absence of information technology training given by schools. On the other hand, as time goes by teachers are able to implement the digital learning independently and adapt to the surrounding environment and understand the various characteristics of students in making use of digital in learning during the COVID-19 pandemic.</span>

Digital developments make micro, small and medium enterprises must adjust to technological advances. the adoption of digital economic use of MSME actors is still relatively low. This is caused by several factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the use of digital economy in SMEs in the City of Jambi. This study uses primary data with a purposive random sampling technique. The number of samples is 105 respondents. The analytical tool used is binary logit regression. Dependent variables are business actors who use digital (score = 1) and those who do not use digital (score = 0). The independent variable is household characteristics and business characteristics. From the results of the study obtained factors that influence MSMEs in using the digital economy are business type variables, information technology training, partnerships, age, education level and internet network.

This article proposes the structure of the digital educational environment for radiation diagnostics, highlights a list of operating conditions, interrelated components, didactic principles of learning, organizational and pedagogical conditions. The results of the analysis of the didactic potential of modern information technologies for radiation diagnostics training, obtained using SWOT-strategy, allowed us to establish the strengths (S) and weaknesses (W) of the introduction of information technologies in the educational process in radiology, as well as opportunities (O), risks and threat methodology (T). In turn, this allowed distinguishing qualitative level`s indicators of efficiency using cloud technologies in educational activities in radiology and the factors of successfulness using information technology training.

Introduction. This study investigated librarians’ attitudes towards application of information technology in academic libraries and interrelationship between their attitudes and different factors of their professional and personal traits. Method. Primary data was collected from 288 academic librarians working across Pakistan. Analysis. Answers from 219 valid questionnaires were used for data analysis through frequency runs, cross-tabulation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and t-test.. Results. The findings revealed, overall, that respondents showed slightly positive attitudes towards information technology. However, several librarians were confused over the ownership of information technology applications in libraries. A significant relationship was determined between librarians’ information technology attitudes and availability and usage of information technology in libraries, expenditure on information technology, librarians’ expertise in information technology, their awareness about new technologies, experience in computer usage, information technology training, academic qualifications, and experience as librarians. No significant relationship was found between librarians’ information technology attitudes and library budget, size of libraries, type of libraries, location and librarians’ gender. Conclusions. One of the outcomes of this study is that the information technologyattitudes of librarians have been found to be positively associated with the libraries’ information technologyavailability level and librarians’ expertise in information technology. Therefore, a significant effort is needed to enhance the librarians’ positivity towards application of information technologyin libraries. This requires librarians’ exposure to, and experience of latest technologies. Librarians’ role in information technology-related decision making needs to be enhanced.

The article is devoted to the issues of increasing the efficiency of the training process in educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia through the use of computer simulation. The subject of the article is 3D-simualation in the software complex «Models of the FPS special equipment». The purpose of the study is to substantiate the high theoretical and practical significance of this software complex in teaching the discipline (module) «Special equipment». As a result of the work carried out, an approach to the educational process in the training of students of a departmental educational organization with the use of a software package that provides a possibility of work with consolidated information has been considered, the structure of the software complex, its functionality is described, its departmental specifics and the relationship with the practical activities of staff of the Russian FPS are reflected. It is concluded that the software package has a pronounced practical focus, since the introduction of 2D- and 3D-simulation in the educational process increases the effectiveness of training, enriches students with knowledge of technical disciplines. Key words: software package, special equipment, digital transformation, information technology, training.

This research aimed to identify the basic problems and gaps in the process of introducing information and communication systems and technologies in institutions of higher professional education and to outline the possibilities of their later use as the main component of e-education. Research methods: systematization, generalization, comparative analysis, systems analysis, logical approach, synthesis. Results. Based on the analysis of the results of the introduction of information and communication technologies during the organization of training in higher professional education establishments, the urgency of using information technology training technologies was proven; the advantages and disadvantages of e-learning and distance (distance) education platforms were considered; it was distinguished which technical means of information communication systems and technologies were most effective under the condition of a rational combination of the most recent and traditionally existing means of teaching.

In the conditions of the modern labour market, there is a need to determine the relevant competencies of the future specialist, IT specialist in particular. Currently, for more successful professional activities of a modern IT specialist, such competencies are important: professional and so-called “soft-skills”, namely interpersonal and communicative skills. The research purpose is to determine the relevant/significant and irrelevant/insignificant basic professional, interpersonal and communicative competencies of an IT specialist using the questionnaire method. The questionnaire analysis is practical for compiling modern educational programs and designing innovative methods in the field of information technology training. This work is carried out within the framework of the Ministry of Education and Science of Republic of Kazakhstan grant project “Developing and implementing the innovative competency-based model of multilingual IT specialist in the course of national education system modernization”.
