Raising the level of digital education is one of the main challenges facing the education system now and in the future. The use of modern technical means in the learning process is an important prerequisite for achieving this ambitious goal. However, this must go hand in hand with the introduction of new scientific methods and teaching approaches. This article presents different approaches which the author has applied in her practice with high school students. It proves the benefit of their implementation in the educational process.

The COVID-19 pandemic imposed a quick introduction of distance learning for many students. In Bulgaria, the Ministry of Education and Science obliged schools to work synchronously with their pupils using video conference rooms. After the easing of the containment measures, regular classroom education was restored. However, the problems with quarantined students persisted. School principals had to solve new organizational challenges. The hardest and most frequent issue was the split of a given class into students present in school, and students learning online. The article introduces an organizational model of a hybrid classroom where teaching is carried out in a physical and an online classroom at the same time. The authors describe their experience with specific hardware and software used for the first time in Bulgaria for educational purposes. They also show their experience with the organization of traineeships for university students as primary school IT teachers using a hybrid classroom.

This article presents a theoretical study of the ebook for teaching mathematics in a mixed environment, which became ubiquitous as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The paper shows the typical features of ebooks, which reveal the advantages and disadvantages of their use. The main opportunities for their development are presented, such as training techniques and additional support materials to improve the maths lesson. In literature, the ebook in mathematics education is considered in various forms and aspects, with the main advantage being their ability to illustrate dynamic mathematical learning content with the help of ICT, while respecting the principles of multimedia and the requirements for accessibility, ergonomics and visual design.

Nowadays, we know how important it is for a country to have a good telecom infrastructure, including Kosovo. The purpose of this paper is to plan the telecommunications infrastructure based on the geographic information provided by GIS. By using these systems, we can draw analyses and conclusions on the possibility of planning the extension of this infrastructure in the future, consequently conveying ideas to different sectors of development or for using telecommunications infrastructure. The data by which the scenarios of this study have been drafted, are real and generated in Prishtina. They are employed to illustrate the use and techniques of GIS.

Code generation is basically about writing programs that write programs. Given today’s complex code-intensive frameworks, such as Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Microsoft’s. NET and Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC), it is becoming increasingly important that we use our skills to create programs which aid us in developing our applications. Generally speaking, the more complex the framework is, the more appealing you will find a code generation solution. Many object-oriented programming (OOP) languages lack reusability and flexibility, and require a similar code to be written repeatedly. This paper reviews the code generators that are most useful for implementation in applications for automatic code generations, their pros and cons, where they are most widely used nowadays, as well as their versatility. In Visual Studio we use the term “scaffolding” when we want to generate identities automatically. When we start a new ASP.NET project, it genrates a template where we start from.
