This study represents a collaboration between the Cancer Association of Anderson (CAA) and the Anderson University Center for Cancer Research (AU CCR), both located in Anderson, SC, with the assistance and support of Anderson University Professional and Lifelong Learning (AU PLL). The CAA began importing patient information in 2016 into a Microsoft Excel workbook to create a digital record that could store and provide more convenient searching and the production of reports. In a robust collaborative effort between CAA, the AU CCR, and Anderson University students, additional pertinent information from the previous paper files was gathered by contacting patients. The data was imported from the Excel system and put into a reporting system that allowed CAA staff and AU CCR students to refine the information needed to obtain an overview of cancer across Anderson County as a snapshot of those assisted by CAA. The Clemson University GIS data system and the database reports were used to plot the location of cancer incidents (the individual patient's locations) and to produce maps that aided the students in drawing initial conclusions. By working collaboratively from 2019 through 2020, the CAA and AU students have gathered local Anderson County cancer patient information and created maps to pinpoint different cancers by location. These maps indicate geographic trends of various cancers and support further investigation into the cause of those cancers. They also indicate increased or decreased rates of cancer over time.

PurposeThis paper aims to examine the professional skills and ethical values balanced to generate policies and procedures with significant guidance to give insights into systematic control of integrating simultaneous integrity between the use and maintenance in digital-based recordkeeping.Design/methodology/approachThe investigation was conducted using keywords responsibilities engagement, professional and ethical balance, and records management. Descriptive analysis was applied with the initiative on integrating, evaluating and interpreting the findings of multiple types of research from recent grounded theory.FindingsThe finding reveals that determining the potential value of foregoing effort to provide an ultimate application guideline as a counter measure against the emerging challenges of the dynamic records management system needs to adopt appropriate professional and ethical empowerment across the procedural stage in underlying the demand and the response with the express purpose of promoting appropriate and wise usage for the sustainable positive benefit of responsibilities on recording management.Originality/valueAs a pivotal role in determining the potential value of foregoing effort as aimed in this paper, the initiative to provide an ultimate application guideline as a counter measure against the emerging challenges of the dynamic records management system needs to bring along with urging for an appropriate professional and ethical empowerment across the procedural stage proposed referring to the demand and the response with the express purpose of promoting appropriate and wise usage for the sustainable positive benefit of responsibilities on recording management.

For privacy and security, a digital transactional record method plays a major role for its excellent nature of work. This digital method used to solve the check the problems like privacy and protection of data. It also had some unfit things like high bandwidth, computation complexity, latency and restricted scalability which are inadequate for internet of things. This research paper focuses on Efficient Lightweight Integrated Block chain model which is expanded to show the development of internet of things. Especially, this paper presents a model of a digital home which is attempted to prove the various applications used by internet of things. The benefits of this smart home are information transmission, activity of outgoing and incoming in every action. Efficient Lightweight Integrated Block chain model connected with digital transactional method with powerful provided sources to prove privacy and security. Algorithm, Certificate less Cryptography, Distributed Throughput Management schemes and Lightweight Consensus are used to present the Efficient Lightweight Integrated Block Chain model. Various methods are used to prove this model by using time processing, usage of energy and so on. This model saves 60% of time processing while consuming the energy of 0.08 Jm. Many parameters are used to show outcome done by this method.

This chapter reviews the history of blockchain from its ideation in the early 1990s to the widespread development efforts of private enterprise and governments two decades into the 21st century. The chapter covers the early developments in securing the digital record; the origins of the immutable, decentralized ledger; and trustless digital transactions. The key people in blockchain's development are addressed including the pseudonymous Satoshi Nakamoto, developer of the first cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, which became for a while synonymous with blockchain. The successes and failures of blockchain are covered in this history as well as its status and the problems that need to be solved for blockchain to have a global economic and cultural impact.

Blockchain is an information technology solution for distributed digital record. Its main properties are secure, traceable, and transparent. Blockchain was first proposed for bitcoin, a decentralized virtual digital currency. Recently, blockchain draws attentions of researchers, entrepreneurs, and investors, because people found that blockchain technology can revolutionize many business practices. This paper describes the fundamentals of blockchain technology, including data structure, data distribution, and transaction execution and validation. This paper also discusses the representative blockchain protocols and development platforms. In addition, this paper outlines the potential applications of blockchain technology and the broader impact it might bring to industry, business, and beyond.
