Indian Railway has launched on 26th November, 2020 entirely digitized online Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The 100 per cent digitised online Human Resource Management System (HRMS) has been launched by Indian Railways in an attempt to increase its productivity and ensure employee satisfaction. This attempt is said to be a major step towards making the country digitally empowered. As a step towards employee interface, Indian Railways has introduced the HRMS. This initiative targets to bring all the railway employees on the employee portal so that all the processes of personnel management starting right from hiring to retiring will be on the digital platform. Indian Railways has already launched other modules of the Human Resource Management System including the Employee Master module, Electronic Service Record module, Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) module, Electronic Pass module and Office Order Module. Railway Board has launched following modules of HRMS and User depot useful for railway employees and pensioners on 26th November, 2020 via video conferencing-such as Employee Self Service (ESS) module, Provident Fund (PF) Advance module, Settlement module. The Human Resource Management System (HRMS) can impact over twenty seven lakh families of serving Railway workers further those that have retired. It can facilitate improvement within the potency and productivity of the Railways. The system will herald transparency and increase answerability within the operating of Railways. This paper tries to present the digital aspect of HRMS of Indian Railways and suggestions for successful implementation of the digital HRMS.

Landslide is a serious disaster that frequently occurs in several places in Indonesia. One effort to reduce victims and economic loss is to increase community preparedness. In 2018 Centre for Disaster Risk Reduction Technology – Agency for The Assessment and Application of Technology (PTRRB – BPPT) has developed a Landslide Early Warning System (LEWS) that was installed at Jatiradio Kampong of Cililin Village, Cililin District, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province. The System was consisted of a master module (coordinator), a slave module (node) and a data centre. The data centre acts as a control system and data and information monitoring centre through SMS gateway application and a website application namely Si Benar. This developed LEWS had capabilities to detect rainfalls, soil moistures, land slope changes, to measure the acceleration of ground movement and to provide an early warning. The data from the node has been collected by the master module and than sent to the data centre.  Based on rainfall and piezometric ground water level data from 25 to 28 February 2019, the two parameters were analyzed to determine the performance of the LEWS equipment. The result showed there was a positive / proportional correlation between rainfalls and the Ground Water Levels. Keywords: Landslide, Disaster, Early Warning System, Preparedness, SMS Gateways ABSTRAKBencana longsor merupakan bencana penting yang seringkali terjadi di beberapa kota di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi korban dan kerugian ekonomi adalag dengan meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat. Pada tahun 2018 Pusat Teknologi Reduksi Risiko Bencana – Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (PTRRB – BPPT) telah mengembangkan sistem peringatan dini longsor (LEWS) yang telah terpasang di Kampung Jatiradio, Desa Cililin, Kecamatan Cililin, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Sistem ini terdiri dari modul induk (coordinator), modul anak (node) dan pusat data. Data center berfungsi sebagai sistem pengendalian dan monitoring data dan informasi menggunakan aplikasi SMS gateway dan aplikasi website Si-Benar. LEWS  yang dikembangkan ini mampu mendeteksi curah hujan, kelembaban tanah, perubahan kemiringan tanah, mengukur percepatan pergerakan tanah dan memberikan peringatan siaga dini. Data-data tersebut dikirimkan ke data center untuk kemudian dikirimkan ke pusat data. Berdasarkan data curah hujan dan tinggi muka air (TMA) piezometrik pada tanggal 25 sampai dengan 28 Februari 2019, maka dilakukan analisis pada kedua parameter tersebut untuk menjelaskan tentang kinerja peralatan LEWS. Hasil dari analisa tersebut menunjukan bahwa adanya korelasi positif/sebanding antara curah hujan dan TMA piezometrik.Kata kunci: Longsor, Bencana, Sistem Peringatan Dini Longsor, Kesiapsiagaan, SMS Gateways

This paper attempts to integrate the wireless sensor network (WSN) into the smart home system. To this end, a smart home system was developed based on the basic radio frequency (RF) WSN. First, the author introduced the architecture, nodes and features of the WSN. Then, the design process of the smart home system was detailed. The hardware of the system consists of such three parts as the master control, wireless transceiver and sensor terminal; the software of the system includes the basic-RF WSN program and the master module STM32 programme. After that, the established system was applied to temperature collection and control. The results show that the collected temperature agreed well with the temperature measured by the thermometer. Finally, the temperature control effect of the system was successfully simulated with a potentiometer and an LED lamp. The research findings shed new light on the design of smart homes.

A sliding magnetic clamp is used to hold a thin aluminum panel during a milling operation. The design includes a permanent magnet group follower (slave module) which slides laterally over the panel attracted by another permanent magnet group (master module) attached to the industrial robot end effector from the machined side of the panel. The lateral sliding motion of the slave module in response to the master module motion is studied using a transfer function based motion model established considering the lateral magnetic stiffness. The model is validated experimentally.

The article describes the testing results of module "The organization of educational process in preschool organization" in a basic professional educational master program in some universities of Russia. It proves the necessity to develop the program of the educational module "The organization of educational process in preschool organization". We approved its theoretical originality and practical significance and analyzed the module structure as an integrated set of compulsory general scientific and professional subjects, workshops, practical training and research. The article also contains basic educational adjusted results of the module, describes testing results of preparatory and main module stages. We summarized the data of intermediate and summative assessment for the development of modules learning outcomes; the testing results of the module in the universities participating in the project. Finally, we concluded about using the module in an integrated model of professional teachers training for preschool education.

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of traditional irrigation systems as well as the pay difficulties, a new design scheme of intelligent irrigation system based on RFID is proposed. GPRS module, RFID module, the power measurement module being controlled through Master module completes the intelligent irrigation. The presented method shows convenience, stabilization, reliability and application value.

Based on the labVIEW platform, speed measuring system is constructed by using data acquisition card for photoelectric coder. Both method M and T are showed by labVIEW. At the same time, this paper introduces the construction and principle and the implementation of the program of the whole system. The whole system is expanded around data acquisition card, motor driver uses data acquisition card to transmit pulse to drive motor. At the same time, the signal of photoelectric coder converted by transition circuit is received by the different ports of data acquisition card. In terms of hardware, data acquisition card is the core of the system; In terms of software, motor driver, the program of method M and method T are main modules of whole program. The program adopts modular thought to design, and system uses a master module to coordinate the various modules to achieve the desired effect.Keywords: labVIEW; photoelectric coder; speed measuring; data acquisition card.
