In article considered and investigated methods for reducing computational resource costs of iterative algorithms in the mathematical processor Wolfram Mathematica that based on preliminary preparation of initial data, management of intermediate data in the execution time, use and specific tuning of built-in functions: export to platform independent formats and dump files, compilation into Wolfram Virtual Machine code and machine code using a C-compiler, loop operators. Their nonobvious capabilities and features are shown. It has been proven that each of them, even individually, can significantlyaffect the reduction of such limited computer resources as amount of RAM and CPU time during calculations.

The problem of taking into account changes in the user’s behavior of the recommendation system whenconstructing explanations for recommendations is considered. This problem occurs as a result of cyclical changes in userrequirements. Its solution is associated with the construction of an explanation comparing the alternative choices of theuser of the recommendation system. The developed models of temporal patterns consist of a set of temporal relationshipsbetween the events of users’ choice of goods and services. The first pattern contains an alternative in the form of sequential selection in time of several objects or the selection of only a pair - the first and the last object. The second pattern,sequential-alternative choice, consists of a sequence of choices over time, which ends with the first pattern. The proposedapproach to the formation of patterns is based on the construction of data sets containing temporal dependencies betweena group of user choices for a given level of time detail. The temporal dataset is used to construct a temporal graph of therecommender system user selection process. The latter includes a set of temporal patterns with an indication of the timeof their beginning and end, which makes it possible to determine the duration of the implementation of these patterns. On the basis of the patterns, subsets of temporal relationships are formed to build explanations for the recommendedlist of goods and services. Experimental verification of the developed approach using the “Online Retail” sales data sethas shown the possibility of identifying temporal patterns even on short initial samples.

A mathematical model of the industrial water treatment process is built. The structural scheme of relationships of parameters of the process of extraction of ferromagnetic impurity is developed that has allowed to find the transitional characteristics, to carry out computer experiments and further to define the basic constructive parameters of the process. A study of the corresponding process was performed using the found transfer functions of the object through the control channels. A P-regulator has been developed for energy-efficient control of pollution concentration at the outlet of the treatment system. Based on experimental data and the developed transient characteristics, it is shown that the energy savings using the proposed regulator is at least 15%

The article is devoted the analysis of problem of creation of the intelligence systems, which allow to design at logical and vehicle levels economic decisions described mathematical operations above a human language, and which are the elements of multiple-valued of structural organization of informatively-intellectual technologies. A necessity and possibility of development of general theory of construction of intellectual management and intelligence systems is shown, which would become methodological basis of purposeful creation of new technologies of informations.

Adaptive test control is a computerized system of scientifically based verification and evaluation of learning outcomes, which is highly effective by optimizing the procedures for generating, presenting and evaluating the results of adaptive tests, based on methods of building and optimizing logical networks. Algorithms for selection and presentation of tasks are based on the principle of feedback, when the correct answer of the subject of training is the next difficult task, and the wrong answer causes the presentation of the next easier task than that to which the subject of training the wrong answer was given. It is also possible to ask additional questions on topics that the subject does not know very well to clarify the level of knowledge in these areas. The choice of testing algorithms is currently actually limited by the forms of presentation of test tasks and algorithms for evaluating test results. Achieving higher results and increasing the motivation to learn is ultimately the main goal of testing knowledge. To determine the basic algorithm, it is necessary to provide a scenario of the system. It is based on the model of taking the exam by a teacher as a model of adaptive testing. This choice of the scenario of the system is due to the fact that, firstly, this procedure is historically well formalized, and secondly, when designing tests, their developer must rely on common, known and used methods with minimal modification.

A method of credibilistic fuzzy clustering is proposed for problems when data are fed sequentially, in online mode and forms large arrays (Big Data). The introduced procedures are essentially gradient algorithms for optimizing the objective function of a special type, and have a number of advantages over known probabilistic and possible approaches and, above all, robustness to anomalous observations. The approach is based on similarity measure, parameters of that are determined automatically in the process of self-learning. The proposed procedures are a generalization of the known methods, characterized by high speed and simple in numerical implementation.

The relevance of this work is due to the fact that Node.js is rapidly becoming one of the most popular platforms for building fast, scalable web and mobile applications. In fact, the 2017 Node.js User Survey reveals that there are currently over 7 million Node.js instances online, with three in four users planning to increase their use of Node.js in the next 12 months. And it’s easy to see why: 68 percent of those users say Node.js improves developer productivity, 58 report it reduces development costs, and 50 percent say it increases application performance. As Node.js increasingly becomes the preferred technology for application development, the demand for expert Node.js developers will also continue to increase. The paper considers the problem of scaling and optimization of Node.js applications. Several approaches to developing Node.js applications have been proposed to help optimize code execution speed and develop solutions that are easy to scale.

The current paper covers the investigation of the current state of the existing tools for quantum programming includingQCL (Quantum Computation Language), quantum pseudocode, Q# programming language and Quipper. Since quantumcomputing is one of the main research areas today, the respective tools are being created quite often. They are aimed onsimplifying the development of quantum programs, on the one hand, and provide some platform for testing and runningthem, on the other hand. So, the authors investigated the currently available tools and provided the results in the article

The article substantiates and describes the use of the author's software products – the Text Analysis System and the Cognitive IT Platform «POLYHEDRON» in the prospective logical-linguistic studies of Ukrainian legislation. Authors use the complex logical and linguistic research of the Law of Ukraine "On special procedure for the removal of the President of Ukraine from office (impeachment) "No. 39-IX of September 10, 2019 as an example.

An approach to the creation of modular subsystems for intelligent processing and compression of spatial data as a part of GIS landscape-ecological monitoring is proposed. The functions and methods of implementing the tasks of these subsystems are determined. The main modules include: a module for preliminary processing of spatial data with the formation of digitized images; module of image segmentation and edge highlighting; module for categorical classification of images of landscape objects; image compression module using a fractal model and a genetic algorithm; a module for compressing and restoring noisy digitized images using a noise-canceling autoencoder.
