The purpose of this study, among others, is to partially determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions for Philips products at PT. Sumber Peni Karya Pekanbaru, to partly assess the impact of price on buying decisions for Philips products at PT. Sumber Peni Karya Pekanbaru, to determine the effect of promotion partially on purchasing decisions at PT. Sumber Peni Karya Pekanbaru, and to assess the impact of product quality, price, and promotion simultaneously on purchasing decisions at PT. Source of Peni Karya. The population in this study amounted to 47 people, while the sample obtained was 47 samples. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that product quality affects purchasing decisions, and the price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The promotion does not affect purchasing decisions, and product quality, price, and advertising have a simultaneous or simultaneous impact on buying decisions.

Every company has a payroll system that is designed in such away. Payroll system design is in line with system users. If the payroll system design is correct but the users are still difficult to run the system, it will complicate the decision-making process in the payroll.This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology and the participation of users of information systems on the performance. Types of associative research. The population of this research is all employees involved in the payroll process. Sampling using purposive sampling method of 35 respondents. Data processing using SPSS software. The results show that the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the payroll system. Information system user participation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the payroll system. The use of information technology and the participation of information system users have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the payroll system.

The mining industry is an important industry for the central government as a source of funds to finance the country's development. Therefore, the performance of companies in this industry has been being an interest of academics and practitioners. However, less attention has been given to the role of corporate governance in moderating the relationship between dividend policy and performance. with the uniqueness of Indonesia's corporate governance system, this study will enrich the dividend policy and corporate governance literature. This study aims to investigate the corporate governance role in moderating the relationship between dividend policy and performance. Besides, this study also looks at the effect of dividend policy and performance. with a final sample of 21 companies for 3 years, we use the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) Before the regression run, we conduct several analyses, such as normality. The means score of each variable Return On Assets, Dividend Payout Ratio, Public Ownership, Company Age, and Company size hows that 4.77%, 32%, 29.6%, 23 years, and Rp. 13,6 T. Testing the first hypothesis in this study shows that the dividend payout ratio is accepted in a positive direction, the second hypothesis is Public Ownership, Company Age, Company Size, is rejected and the third hypothesis is Return On Assets is accepted at 10%. The interaction of dividend policy and corporate governance on performance is explained by agency theory. In practice, companies must implement corporate governance effectively.

This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, and Activities Against Empirical Study of Financial Distress Basic Chemical Industry Sub-Sectors that registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange either simultaneously or partially. In this study for the Profitability variable using indicators: the ratio of Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE) , for the Leverage variable using indicators: the ratio of Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) , to Liquidity variables using indicators: The ratio of cash (Cash Ratio), and the ratio of fast ( Quick Ratio ) , for variable activity using indicators: Inventory Turn Over ( ITO ), and Total Asset Turn Over ( TATO ) , to the variable Financial Distress use indicators: Financial Long Ratio (FLR) , Z-Score . . The population in this research is the basic chemical sub-sector industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2018-2020 period as many as 14 companies and the sample in this study is 12 . Hypothesis testing in this research was carried out using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) program. PLS is an alternative method of analysis with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance. Outer Model Testing. Outer Model testing is done through Convergent validity, Discriminant Validity, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), Reliability Test. Inner Model Testing (Structural Model Evaluation). Inner model testing is done through the analysis of R Square (R2), Multicollinearity, F-Square (F2), Q-Square (Q2) and Analysis of Large Effects. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage and Activity can affect Financial Distress by 94.50% both simultaneously with the most dominant influence on Financial Distress partially derived from Profitability.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct effect of placement on the work discipline of the employees of the Jati Karya Sub-District Office, Binjai City. The research design in this research method includes explanatory research, which explains the causal relationship between the variables in the study. In conclusion, placement has a positive and insignificant effect on work discipline. These results indicate that better placement will not necessarily increase work discipline at the Jati Karya Sub-District Office, Binjai City. Work discipline in this study is influenced by placement through orientation / introduction, suitability of interests with work, suitability of abilities with work, suitability of knowledge with work, and knowledge possessed in accordance with work can improve work discipline in terms of complying with company regulations, working effectively, accept corrections, be present always on time and try to complete the work on time.
