Employee performance is the results achieved and the achievements shown by employees that help the company achieve the goals it sets. One way that can be done to print these professional resources is to conduct or include employees in a training. This study aims to analyze the effect of job training on employee performance at PT. Publisher Erlangga Branch Samarinda. Data processing in this study used SPSS 17 for windows software, while for testing using a questionnaire in the validity test and reliability test before the study. The classic assumption test used is the normality test. The hypothesis test used is simple linear regression. After analyzing the data obtained from the respondents, the researcher concludes that job training has an effect on employee performance at PT. Erlangga Publisher, Samarinda Branch.

Service Quality Analysis of Swiss-Belhotel Borneo Samarinda. “The purpose of this study is to analyze, prove and describe the comparison between expectations and services quality performance of Swiss-Belhotel Borneo Samarinda. The type of observation used was quantitative with sample of 114 respondents. The analytical tool used the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Importance Analysis - Performance Analysis Cartesian’s Diagram and Paired T test. Data collection methods are using questionnaires. The data processing method uses  SPSS Software Version 17 for Windows. Based on the results of observations stated that there is a significant difference between expectations and service quality performance. This can be seen from the significant level of 0,000 <0.05 which means that there is a difference between expectations and quality performance of Swiss-Belhotel Borneo Samarinda customers

The Influences of Financial Compensation and  Non-Financial Compensation on Working Satisfaction and Working Performance in PT. Cindara Pratama Lines Balikpapan.  The purpose of this research is to identify the influences of Financial Compensation and  Non-Financial Compensation on Working Satisfaction and Working Performance in PT. Cindara Pratama Lines Balikpapan. The respondents of this research are 50 employees of PT. Cindara Pratama Lines Balikpapan. All of the questioners collected are examined to ensure all the items are valid and reliable. Path Analysis instrument been used for analyzing the research. Smart PLS and SPSS Software would be used for examining the path coefficient. The result of this research are : 1. Financial Compensation (X1) has a significant effect on Working Satisfaction (Y1), 2. Financial Compensation (X2) has a significant effect on Working Performance (Y2), 3. Non-Financial Compensation (X2) has a significant on Working Satisfaction (Y1),  4. Non-Financial Compensation (X2) has a significant effect on Working Performance (Y2), and 5. Working Satisfaction (Y1) has a significant effect on Working Performance (Y2) in PT. Cindara Pratama Lines Balikpapan

The identification of Business Administration graduates absorption is one of the types of policy research that leads to the process of finding data and facts about the phenomenon of the absorption that most of graduates that are not maximized in accordance with their scientific fields with several phenomena lead to it. Based on the results of tracer studies of alumni majoring at Business Administration department in 2019 who have worked in various types of industries in East Kalimantan have shown a pretty good compared to the several years before were about 74% of alumni absorbed in various industry sectors and the rest worked in government agencies and entrepreneurship reaches (10%). The determine of the level of uptake the graduates in industry in accordance with the field of science, is largely determined by the availability of resources and have competencies  that are in accordance with the level of skill requirements of each job related to administration and offices.

The Effect of Work Environment on Job Satisfaction and Its Implications on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam This research aims were to determine the effect of work environment on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam. With the subject of this study were all employees of PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam with a total of 40 people. Data collection used in this research was a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability while data analysis was done using multiple linear regression analysis. with Path Analysis tools using Smart PLS, and SPSS. The results showed that: 1) Work Environment Variable (X1) had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y1) at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam, 2) Work Environment Variables (X1) insignificant effect on Employee Performance (Y2) at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam, 3) Job Satisfaction Variable (Y1) significantly influenced the Employee Performance (Y2) at PT PLN (Persero) UPDK Mahakam.

This Research aim was to analyze how much the influence of the Lecturer Quality, Teaching Facilities, Service Quality and Learning Achievement on Waiting Time. The independent variables in the study were Lecturer Quality, Teaching Facilities, and Service Quality, while Learning Achievement as Intervening variable and Waiting Time as the dependent variable. This research used 85 respondents and it was conducted at Samarinda State Polytechnic. This study used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis tools with the help of PLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.20 and SPSS version 24.The results of this study stated that the quality of lecturers had a significant positive effect on Learning Achievement, then teaching facilities had a significant positive effect on learning achievement,then the quality of service had a significant positive effect on learning achievement, then the quality of lecturers had a significant positive effect on Working Waiting Time, then Teaching Facilities had no significant positive effect on Working Waiting Time, then Service Quality was not a significant positive effect on Working Waiting Time, then Learning Achievement had a significant positive effect on Work Waiting Time.
