This research based on the premise that marketing activities played an im-portant role in increasing the company’s sales volume. Company needed to run markets strategy to achieve sales target which have been set. Therefore, this research aimed to described the positive influence of word of mouth through brand ambassadors, taglines, television advertisements with brand awareness as the mediation that was carried out to consumers of Wardah products in the Lotte Mart Center Point Medan. Population of this study was the number of customers at Wardah Counter in Lotte Mart which cannot be known certaintly. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people. Data collected by questionnaires that were assessed on a Likert scale, each of which was tested and met the requirements of reliability and validity. Data analyzed based on structural equation modeling (SEM) method. The results obtained and at the same time concluded that brand ambassadors, taglines, television advertisements had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Brand ambassadors, taglines, television advertisements had a positive and significant effect on positive word of mouth. Brand awareness mediated taglines and advertisements for positive word of mouth. Brand awareness did not mediate brand ambassadors for positive word of mouth.

Indonesia is very rich in various resources, one of which is natural resources, one of which can be utilized in increasing non-tax state revenue. In addition, it can also be used as a support for economic activity both micro and macro, therefore company profits are used to support the company's operational activities in order to achieve the goals of the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity (Current Ratio), Leverage (Debt to Assets Ratio), Activities (Total Assets Turnover) on Profit Growth. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, namely sampling based on criteria, from these criteria there were 25 samples of mining companies, with a 2016–2018 research period, and the data analysis technique used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the observations can be concluded that the Current Ratio and Debt to Assets Ratio variables have significant results with a negative relationship direction to mining sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016–2018, besides that the Total Assets Turnover variable shows insignificant and negative results for mining sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016–2018.

The number of business people who started from a family business in Indonesia were quite large. But the number of companies that prepare successors to continue and develop the family business could be counted on fingers. This study aimed to determined the effect of Perceived Parental Reward, Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy, which was moderated by Family Business Involvement on Entrepreneurial Intention. This study used quantitative research by distribute 200 questionnaires and tested using PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to evaluate the reliability and validity of measurement models and structural models. The results showed that there was a positive influence between the Perceived Parental Reward, Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy, which was moderated by Family Business Involvement on Entrepreneurial Intention. From these results it was hoped that the campus could form a supportive environment for the development of family businesses. It did not always form the mindset to form a new business so that a growing family business was not abandoned or no longer want to build a family business

Along with the development of the internet which has followed the rapid advances in technological development, people need fast and efficient payments due to the increasing number of financial transactions. Internet banking is one of the digital banking of the bank products that facilitate financial transactions. However, the use of internet banking cannot be separated from operational risks that will occur. As one of bank risks, operational risk plays an important role toward the im-plementation of digital banking. Hence, it is important to study the customer percep-tion on banks operational risk in providing digital banking services. The population in the study were customers of Bank Central Asia and Bank Rakyat Indonesia who used internet banking services. The samples taken in this study were 100 respon-dents from Bank Central Asia and 100 respondents from Bank Rakyat Indonesia in the area and the technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. This analysis included the average differ-ence test, validity test, and reliability test. It was processed using the SPSS program version 20. The findings showed that both banks had low operational risks according to their surveyed customers. Although BCA was perceived to have lower operational risks than BRI, some areas such as system risks needed more attention.

This research was motivated by a decrease in sales and market share of An-droid smartphones in a certain period that identified the phenomenon of the shift of smartphone users with certain brands that have Android operating system to other brands of smartphones with other operating systems. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product attributes, consumer dissatisfaction, and Brand Image and price perception on the shift of the Xiaomi Android smartphone brand to other Samatphone. The population in this study was the Xiaomi user at WTC (World Trade Center) Surabaya. Sampling in this study used the nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The statistical analysis method used was the analysis technique Partial Least Sqaure. The results of the analysis showed that consumer dissatisfaction had a positive and significant influence on brand switching. Brand Image had a significant and significant influence on brand switching. Price perception had a negative but not significant effect on brand switching.

Seperti perusahaan kebanyakan, dalam kegiatan operasional bank mempunyai misi dalam memperoleh laba secara maksimal. Maka bank wajib menjaga rasio keuangan yang setara dengan kebijakan Bank Indonesia serta memperhatikan kapabilitasnya supaya selalu dipercaya oleh nasabah dan investor. Tujuan dari observasi ini yakni untuk mengetahui pengaruh CAR, BOPO, NPL, NIM, dan LDR pada ROA perusahaan perbankan go public yang tercatat di BEI pada rentan waktu 2014-2018.Populasi dalam observasi ini terdiri dari 37 perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat di BEI. Teknik pemilihan sampel yang dipakai dalam observasi yakni purposive sampling, maka didapat 27 perusahaan perbankan untuk sampelnya. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai pada observasi ini yakni analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah didapat bisa simpulkan yakni Beban Operasional dan Pendapatan Oprasional, Net Interest Margin, dan Loan to Deposit Ratio memiliki kontribusi pada Return On Assets. Dan untuk Capital Adequecy ratio serta Non Performing Loan tidak memiliki kontribusi pada Return On Assets. Kata kunci: CAR, BOPO, NPL, NIM, LDR, dan ROA.

The company was founded with the aim of getting maximum and sustainable profits. Profitability can be used to assess how well a company can survive in its business. So, the purpose of this research was to find out the effect of liquidity, leverage, and activities in increasing profitability. The sample selection technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Samples obtained were 17 food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015–2018 period. The data used in this research were secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of research that had been investigated, it can be concluded that leverage calculated using Debt to Assets Ratio was not able to contribute to profitability. Liquidity calculated using Current Ratio and Activities calculated using Total Assets Turnover Ratio can contribute to profitability.

Employee performance affects how much employees contribute to the organization. Performance affects the results or goals of the organization if performance is poor then organizational goals cannot be achieved. Many things that greatly affect an employee's performance include internal and external factors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of work culture, work environment and performance benefits on job satisfaction and employee performance at the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office.This type of research uses quantitative research, which was carried out within the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Hypothesis testing using t test. The analysis technique used to test and prove hypotheses is structural equation modeling analysis with Smart PLS statistical tools.The results showed that work culture and performance benefits were statistically proven to have an influence on employee satisfaction. While the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee satisfaction at the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Work culture, work environment and performance benefits are statistically proven to have a significant influence on employee performance. And employee job satisfaction is statistically proven to have a significant effect on employee performance at the Mojokerto Regency Ministry of Religion Office.
