Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran zakat, infak dan sedekah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan sebuah perekonomian masyarakat yang ada di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kejadian yang terjadi secara aktual. Sehingga dalam penulisan artikel optimalisasi pengelolaan dana zakat sebagai pemberdayaan umat mengupayakan untuk menjelaskan dan menggambarkan bagaimana peran negara dan lembaga amil zakat dalam mengelola dana zakat hingga mereka salurkan dengan orang yang lebih membutuhkan. Sumber data diperoleh dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah yang ditemukan pada basis data situs web https://scholar.google.co.id. Pengindeksan menggunakan kata kunci.  Zakat, infak, dan sedekah ialah salah satu bentuk amal ibadah seorang muslim dengan tujuan untuk mencari rida dari Allah Swt.. Dalam melakukan zakat, infak, dan sedekah dapat mengurangi jumlah kemiskinan yang ada. Maka dari itu perlu adanya badan pengelolaan yang mengurus zakat, infak, dan sedekah yang dapat mengelola dengan baik, dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of fundraising communication strategy or Islamic philanthropic institution association and the effectiveness of Islamic philanthropic institution fundraising communication. This research method is a qualitative case study type with the object of research in Islamic philanthropic institutions in Jepara, Central of Java, Indonesia. Data mining uses observation, documentation, in-depth interviews and Forum Group Discussion (FGD) techniques. The results showed that the fundraising communication strategy carried out by Islamic philanthropic institutions used interpersonal communication, public communication, involvement of figures, involvement of donors in massive activities and advertisements. The effectiveness of communication in the fundraising of Islamic philanthropic institutions uses persuasive communication techniques, getok tular (in Java means sharing information to others by mouth) in group communities and massive advertising.

This paper aims to identify key insights from the available literature review on blockchain in the sukuk market and provide a commentary of its prospects specifically in its application within the sukuk market advantages and challenges. The paper primarily applies a qualitative approach and literature review as a research method. The result showed that smart sukuk has the potential of becoming the future for sukuk issuances and may contribute to the spread of sukuk more widely, leading to the expansion of Islamic funding. The advantages of smart contracts could facilitate transactions in convenient way and hence would contribute to wellbeing of the ummah, thus achieving the maslaha. The use of smart contracts designed to protect against fraud is also consistent with maqasid al-Shariah (purposes of Shariah), which is the protection of al-mal (property).

This study aimed at determining the implementation of Islamic values in the recruitment process (Case Study at University of Muhammadiyah Malang-UMM). This research applied qualitative method through a phenomenological approach. The informants of this study were (1) University Leaders; (2) Employees. Further, the data collected were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques, namely: Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The results of this study indicated that the recruitment process at UMM: 1) in accordance with Islamic values sourced from the Qur'an and Hadith; 2) UMM leaders have accomplished the mandate that was showed in selecting employees and establishing the law fairly according to Q.S. An Nisa [4]: 58 and Q.S. Al Maidah [5]: 8. UMM Leaders appoint the most worthy and appropriate employees as in Q.S. An Nisaa [4]: 59; 4) UMM leaders choose employees of the highest quality selectively in accordance with the words of the Prophet Muhammad in HR. Baihaqi; 5) UMM Leaders choose capable and trustworthy employees according to Q.S. Al Anfaal [8]: 27.

Cash waqf is one of model of waqf.  Cash waqf empowerment program GERWAKU SENA by Nahdlatul Ulama is one of many programs to support reducing poverty program in Indonesia. Due to its purpose this program must be supported by valuable research. The objectives in this research to find the main problem and the best solution to optimize Gerwaku Sena NU using ANP analysis. By using ANP Analysis, we composed the problem and solution in entrepreneur aspect into two groups namely internal and external. The research finding that the most influential problems on the waqf activity is lack of entrepreneur skill to solve operational cost problem and managerial aspect. In line with this problem, supporting entrepreneur skill for human resource is the key factor support the program.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam perilaku konsumen muslim dalam menggunakan uang elektronik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi, di mana sumber data primer didapatkan melalui wawancara terstruktur yang dikumpulkan dari 17 konsumen muslim, yang terdiri dari 15 pengguna uang elektronik di Indomaret Klaling dan 2 karyawan Indomaret Klaling. Adapun temuan penelitian bahwa penggunaan uang elektronik oleh konsumen semakin diminatinya karena faktor kemudahan dan manfaatnya sehingga volume transaksi uang elektronik meningkat. Partisipan memandang penggunaan uang elektronik sebagai alat transaksi sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam. Di mana manfaat yang diberikan sesuai dengan prinsip maslahat, prinsip keamanan yang sesuai dengan prinsip menjaga harta, dan tidak menggunakan sistem ribawi. Dari sinilah partisipan muslim menganggap bahwa uang elektronik baik konvensional maupun dengan layanan syariah sama dan seimbang sehingga minat mereka dalam menggunakan uang elektronik layanan syariah pun minim.

This study aims to determine the literacy of the village community about agricultural zakat and what factors are behind the lack of village people in paying agricultural zakat. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Collecting data from this research are interviews, documentation, and observations. The sources of data obtained from primary data sources are from the head of Sidodadi Village, one of the hamlet heads, community leaders, and farmers. While the secondary data source is documentation obtained from the field. Zakat is a property that must be issued for Muslims to those who are entitled to receive it, such as the faqir, poor, amil, converts, slaves, gharim, fisabilillah, and ibn sabil. The agricultural zakat is all agricultural produce that is planted using seeds, the results of which can be eaten by humans and animals. Agricultural zakat can be in the form of grains, tubers, vegetables, fruits, flowers, and so on. The results of this study are the lack of public literacy about agricultural zakat, besides that there has been no socialization about agricultural zakat from community leaders and from the government which causes the people of Sidodadi Village to have low agricultural zakat literacy.

This study aims to reveal the characteristics of Islamic organizational culture at University of Muhammadiyah Malang as an effort to improve employee performance. This study uses qualitative method by applying phenomenology approach. It is conducted by examining the experience realized by the informant (conscious experience) and the instruments of data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation so that researchers can obtain more complete data about the characteristics of Islamic organization culture at University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The research subjects are: (1) university board; (2) deans; (3) employees. Moreover, the qualitative data analysis techniques in this study uses 3 (three) analyzes, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that perceptions of Islamic organizational culture can be seen from the perception of university board, lecturers and employees on the value of leadership, norms and management practices, stories and figures, traditions and rituals, as well as perceptions on symbols. It can be concluded that the characteristics of Islamic organizational culture include: (1) Shiddiq (truthfulness) to achieve personal excellence that is honest, transparent, and accountable, (2) Amanah (trustworthiness) to achieve inter-personal capital that is unprejudiced and commitment, (3) Tabligh (advocacy) to achieve visionary and communicative leadership that is communicative and open, (4) Fathonah (wisdom) to achieve professionalism and technical leadership that is smart, competent, and innovative.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik pricing pembiayaan murabahah di perbankan syariah dan memberikan tawaran solusi yang tepat terhadap studi kasus pricing pembiayaan murabahah tanpa benchmark pada perhitungan suku bunga bank konvensional. Riset kualitatif dengan metode grounded theory. Berdasarkan analisis Existing Pricing Murabahah Pada Bank Umum Syariah dan solusi Model Pricing Murabahah yang ditawarkan dari penelitian ini, terdapat implikasi praktis bagi pemerintah, memberikan alternatif baru dalam perhitungan pricing murabahah. Bagi praktisi perbankan syariah, memberikan kontribusi alternatif baru model perhitungan pricing murabahah sehingga tidak lagi benchmark pada perhitungan suku bunga konvensional. Sedangkan bagi masyarakat, dapat memberikan pengetahuan serta pemahaman tentang konsep perhitungan pricing pembiayaan murabahah, ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan perbankan syariah sebagai lembaga pengelola keuangan yang benar-benar syariah.

Berdasarkan teori Job Demand-Resources (JD-R), penelitian ini menguji pengaruh antara religiositas terhadap keterikatan kerja dan peran moderasi beban kerja pada pengaruh religiositas terhadap keterikatan kerja.  Hasil survei terhadap 64 karyawan di PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Kandatel Jombang mengungkapkan bahwa religiositas berpengaruh positif terhadap keterikatan kerja. Temuan penelitian juga menggambarkan pentingnya membedakan antara tuntutan tantangan dan rintangan dalam konteks stres kerja di mana beban kerja mempengaruhi manfaat religiositas terhadap keterikatan kerja.  Studi ini menyoroti penerapan teori JD-R dan memperluas kerangka teoritis dengan memeriksa hubungan antara religiositas dan keterikatan kerja. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur keterikatan kerja dengan memperkenalkan religiositas sebagai sumber daya pribadi yang meningkatkan keterikatan kerja dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan.
