Economic development is an effort  to reduce poverty in order to achieve prosperity through increased income. Economic development can be influenced by economic, social and environmental factors. This study aims to identify the socio-cultural relationship with economic development through a literature study with the object of the Batak Angkola community in North Padang Lawas district. The results of the study indicate that in theory the socio-cultural environment has a relationship with economic development. The socio-cultural environment includes traditional ceremonies such as birth customs, marriage customs and death customs. In addition, poverty, human resources and capital formation are also related to the success of economic development. This local wisdom is still ongoing today because the Batak Angkola people adhere to the philosophy of Hamoraon, Hasangapon, Hagabeon

This study aims to determine the relationship between the influence of the product in terms of product form, product quality, product type, product utilization, and product durability. This research is a quantitative study where the research data processing uses SPSS 26. Found a low average value on information search indicators and post purchase behaviour, while the highest average value is found in the needs recognition indicator. In the product variable, the lowest average indicator is in the product form, while the product type has the highest average value. The regression equation test shows that the effect of the Product Features variable on the purchasing decision variable is positive and significant.

This study aims to determine the analysis of the factors that influence traders in the Panam-Pekanbaru Traditional Market, Indonesia. The sample in this study were 61 traders. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used SPSS version 25. Finding showed that partially the variables that had a significant effect were working hours and capital, while the non-significant variable was length of business. While the results of the research simultaneously that all independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Hotel Pekanbaru ''. The research method used is quantitative research. The sampling technique used incidental random sampling, with samples taken using the Slovin formula as many as 97 people. Finding Based on the partial test (test) it was found that there was a significant influence between service quality and Pekanbaru Hotel consumer satisfaction. It was also found that service quality contributed 95.3% to customer satisfaction while 4.7% was determined by other variables not included in this research.

This study aims to analyze the effect of internal marketing and service quality on student satisfaction at the Sekolah Tinggi ilmu Ekonomi Sakti Alam Kerinci (STIE-SAK). The sample is 135 students. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by using non-probability sampling method. Data analysis using SPSS Version 25. Results the F test shows that the internal marketing and service quality variables simultaneously have a significant effect on student satisfaction. the effect of internal marketing and service quality on satisfaction is 48.8%.
