The Online Examination Portal is a web application for taking an online test productively along with face recognition capabilities to perform live proctoring, and there is no time wasted for checking the paper. This report will incorporate all highlights and procedures which are required to develop this portal. This document incorporates details about the objective of the system, approximately targets of the system, system scope confinement, essential system requirements, group advancement, likely venture risks, schedule of the deployment, and finally observing and reporting mechanisms for the whole system. Online Examination Conducting Portal is exceptionally useful for Instructive Institute's to prepare a complete exam, conduct proctoring to prevent misconduct, secure the time that will take to check the paper, and plan check sheets. Online Examination Portal will help the Institutes to test understudies and develop their abilities. But the impediments for the Online Exam systems, it takes more time when the user prepares the exam at the primary time for utilization. To conduct the exam we require the number of computers with the same number of students. With the successful use of the Examination Portal, the facilitator can utilize this system to create the tests as their requirements and we can get accurate results and save time once deployed.

Damping performs essential function in format of earthquake resistant structures, which lower the change of the shape when they are subjected to lateral loads or earthquake. In the existing study fluid viscous dampers (FVD) are used to consider the response of RCC buildings on sloping ground. The important challenge of a structure is to endure the lateral loads and switch them to the foundation and to control the story displacement. In order to make structure earthquake resistant, (FVD) have been used. The building is modeled in ETAB 2018 and modeled with different location of FVD. After the study results show building with fluid viscous dampers (FVD) at diagonal bracing shows better performance.

Now a days, waste management is becoming a big issue. Due to improper waste disposal and management, society is facing environmental contamination problems which affects directly on human beings. Garbage separation is also a difficult task for the workers. People are not aware of these problems and do not dispose the garbage at proper places which leads to garbage accumulation at public places. So, to encourage people for proper garbage disposal this paper deals with the concept which will provide platform to dispose of waste in a more scientific and user-friendly. In return they will be rewarded in a cashless manner through means of digital payments and free coupons etc. The nature(wet or dry) and weight of garbage disposed in the machine will be sensed for segregating it in two section. The user will be rewarded according to the weight of garbage. Flow of the operations will be programmed in Arduino Uno micro-controller, sensors and GSM technology. This system leads to collection and segregation of waste at one place, for effective recycling and to reduce environmental. Also this will helps us to contribute in Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan scheme launched by the government of India.

Sphenocentrum jollyanum is a plant genus of the family Menispermaceae. It has high medicinal importance as it is used traditionally to treat various diseases such as jaundice, breast engorgement related to the menstrual cycle, tumour, fibroids and improve the health of people. The present investigation was carried out to analyze the bioactive compounds present in ethanol crude extract of Sphenocentrum jollyanum leaves using GC-MS analysis. GC-MS analysis of ethanol extract Sphenocentrum jollyanum was done using a 7890A GC system (Agilent Technologies), coupled with 5977B MSD (Agilent Technologies) while the mass spectra of the compounds found in the extract was matched with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) library. A total of 45 bioactive compounds representing 99.98% of the total extract based on the retention time, peak area, molecular formula, molecular weight, and biological activities were identified by GC-MS which ranges from high molecular weight to low molecular weight compounds. The major compounds identified with their peak area percentages were 2,4-Di-tertbutylphenol, (21.05%), Z-8-Methyl-9-tetradecenoic acid (19.12), Hexadecanoic acid, ethyl ester (7.86%), Diisooctyl phthalate (7.13%), Phytol, Oleic Acid (7.03), 6,9,12- Octadecatrien-1-ol (6.65%), 3-Eicosene, (E)-(4.63%), 2-Methyl-Z, Z-3,13-octadecadienol (4.24%), n- Hexadecanoic acid (4.09%), trans-13-Octadecenoic acid (3.81%), Cyclohexene, 4-(4-ethylcyclohexyl) -1- pentyl- (3.74%), Dibutyl phthalate (3.20%), and 9-Oxabicyclo (6.1.0) nonane, cis-(3.18%). The presence of these major phytoconstituents in the leaf extract provides various biological activities including antifungal, antibacterial, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-tumour which supports the ethno-medicinal uses of the plant in curing diseases. Cloud computing data centers are growing rapidly in both number and capacity to meet the increasing demands for highly-responsive computing and massive storage. Such data centers consume enormous amounts of electrical energy resulting in high operating costs and carbon dioxide emissions. The reason for this extremely high energy consumption is not just the quantity of computing resources and the power inefficiency of hardware, but rather lies in the inefficient usage of these resources. Virtual Machine [VM] consolidation involves live migration of VMs hence the capability of transferring a VM between physical servers with a close to zero down time. It is an effective way to improve the utilization of resources and increase energy efficiency in cloud data centers. VM consolidation consists of host overload/under load detection, VM selection and VM placement. In this century, composites have been discovered to be the most promising and discriminating material accessible. Composites reinforced with synthetic or natural fibres are becoming more popular as demand for light weight, high strength materials for specialized applications grows are on the rise in the market. In the current work Carbon fiber Reinforced Polymer Matrix Composite material is developed aiming wind turbine blade applications. This research demonstrates the successful development of a carbon fibre reinforced Epoxy matrix composite that can be utilized to make micro wind turbine blades and is very cost effective thanks to the utilization of a simple hand lay-up approach. The peak elongation varies from 12.248 mm to 14.417 mm, and the tensile strength varies from 939.472 N/mm2 to 960.910 N/mm2. It was observed that the Compressive Strength varies from 8.992 N/mm2 to 46.895 N/ mm2 and peak elongation varies from 1.808 mm to 3.462 mm. In three-point bending test, the peak load was found to be 509.96 N. Due to the presence of carbon fibre reinforcement, the bending strength of polyester resin has been greatly increased.

To effectively manage the diabetic mellitus type-II hyperglycemic problem, Gliclazide tablet is the sustained- release tablet that has been designed and fabricated for years. This research evaluated the effects of different grades of hydrophilic polymers in sustained release of Gliclazide tablets made with direct compression technique. HPC GF GRADE, HPMC K4M, and PARTECK® SRP 80 were used as the polymer, Avicel pH 101 (MCC) was used as the highly compressible diluent and Starch 1500 was used as insoluble tablet filler. Aerosil 300 and Magnesium Stearate was used as a Glidant and lubricant for improving the flow property of powder and to decrease the friction between dying wall and punches. Pre-compression characteristics were evaluated for angle of repose, bulk density, compressibility, tapped density, and Hausner's ratio and DSC, XRD, FT-IR. Tablets were prepared on a rotary tablet press machine (Eliza press) and after compression tablets were evaluated for weight variation, thickness, hardness, friability, drug content, and in-vitro drug release study. The physico-chemical properties of blends were estimated accelerated stability study was also developed formulations were kept for stability study for three months as per ICH guidelines and found to be stable. Advantages of formulating insoluble drugs such as Gliclazide is that if it is used in the preparation of capsules or tablets of the drug,its dose might be reduced which is economically beneficial.
