<p>這項研究主要調查台灣非英語系主修的大學生英語閱讀焦慮,英語自我效能以及閱讀能力等三者之間的關係。本研究對象為209名非英語系的大三學生。此次研究採用兩份問卷,外語閱讀焦慮問卷和英語學習自我效能問卷,以及多益閱讀測驗來了解這三項變數之間的關係。研究者在兩份問卷各加入開放式問題,以了解學習者對自身英語學習自我效能和英語閱讀焦慮的認知。結果顯示,學生英語學習自我效能與閱讀能力之間的關係呈正相關,但與英語閱讀焦慮之間則是負相關。另外,學生英語閱讀自我效能和英語學習自我效能呈現高度相關。然而,英語閱讀焦慮與不同程度的閱讀能力並無任何關聯。就閱讀焦慮的因素而言,大多數學生在閱讀陌生的詞彙和句子結構時都會經歷閱讀焦慮。學生英語學習自我效能越高者,在閱讀理解上的表現則愈佳。而閱讀能力在中間的學生,其英語學習自我效能和閱讀焦慮則呈現顯著差異的負相關。總而言之,這項研究增加對於非英語系主修學生在英語學習自我效能以及閱讀焦慮認知上的了解,以及這些因素在英語閱讀能力上產生的影響,同時提供語言教師非英語系主修學生的閱讀焦慮來源。教學建議則提供教師未來於課堂參考,以有效提升學生的英語學習自我效能及降低閱讀焦慮。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>EFL learners’ reading performances can be greatly influenced by affective factors, such as anxiety and self-efficacy. This study investigates the effects of non-English major EFL learners’ reading anxiety and overall-English-learning self-efficacy on their reading proficiency. 209 non-English majors participated in the study. Two questionnaires, the Foreign Language Reading Anxiety Scale and the Questionnaire of English Self-Efficacy, and a TOEIC reading subtest were utilized to examine the relationship between the three variables. Open-ended questions at the end of two questionnaires were added to obtain learners’ perceptions of overall-English-learning self-efficacy and reading anxiety. Results showed that the relationship between overall-English-learning self-efficacy, reading self-efficacy, and reading proficiency was positive respectively whereas that between overall-English-learning self-efficacy and anxiety was negative, particularly for the students in the middle group. Reading anxiety, however, was not correlated with reading proficiency at different levels. Students had the highest level of reading self-efficacy when comparing to the self-efficacy of other language skills. They mostly experienced reading anxiety when reading unfamiliar vocabulary and sentence structures. To conclude, this study can be of importance in understanding the relationship between the three factors and provide language teachers with non-English major students’ sources of reading anxiety. Pedagogical implications are provided for language teachers’ future references.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>教育部《十二年國民基本教育課程綱要總綱》強調學生是自發主動的學習者,學校教育應誘發學生的學習動機與熱情,並培育學生成為具有社會適應力與應變力的終身學習者。因此,本研究旨在探討專業西班牙文翻譯課程實施自主學習之成效,並實施問卷調查,了解學生對於翻譯教學結合自主學習之看法,包括課程設計、合作方式、成績評量及學習成效等面向。研究結果指出,藉由翻轉課堂上教師與學生之角色、鬆綁教學控制與結合控制動機等方式可誘發學生的學習動機並提升翻譯能力。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Curriculum Guidelines of the 12-Year Basic Education of the Ministry of Education emphasize that students should be spontaneous and motivated learners. Thus, the role of schools is to stimulate students’ learning motivation and enthusiasm in order to prepare them for future societal adaptation and obtain the ability to be a life-time learner. Thus, this study aims to analyze the effects of integrating autonomous learning into the specialized Spanish translation class. The survey findings cover the following aspects: 1) course design: curriculum planning and didactic methodology and process; 2) translation assignments: individual and team work, semester-end learning projects; 3) translation assessment; 4) learning effectiveness. According to the students’ feedback from the questionnaires, the research demonstrates that students’ learning motivations and translation competences can be fostered in autonomous learning by the following methods: changing the roles of teachers and learners in the classroom, allowing students to decide their own learning strategies, and combining controlled motivational factors to encourage students.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>詩歌是人類歷史上最古老的文體,它幾乎與人類文明同步出現。然而,由於歷史文化和民族性格的差異,中西方的文學作品往往風格迥異。即使是同一文學體裁,中西方文學的風格也可能大相徑庭。本文將選取西班牙黃金時代代表詩人加爾西拉索.德.拉.維加和中國第一位山水田園派詩人陶淵明的部分作品加以分析對比。分析詩歌的表現手法和內容等方面的異同點。結合各自的社會環境和文化傳統,最終得出結論&mdash;&mdash;影響異同點產生的因素。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>The poetry is one of the oldest forms of literature. It was born almost simultaneously with human civilization. However, due to the differences in historical culture and national character, the style of the same literary genre may be different in China and in the West. This work will analyse and compare some works of Garcilaso de la Vega, a Spanish poet of the Golden Age with some poems of Tao Yuanming, the first Chinese poet of idyllic poetry. The similarities and differences in the expression and content of poetry will be analysed, combining their respective social contexts and cultural traditions. Finally, the conclusion will be reached: what are the factors that contribute to the similarities and differences.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>東尼、克許納的普立茲得獎作品《美國天使,國家議題的同志幻想》探討同性戀、宗教、政治、同志恐懼症、和身份等重大議題,亦激發意識型態、畏懼、及焦慮等種種意見衝突。然而,探討本劇的學術研究,無論為關於政治、宗教、或文化的意識型態戰爭,都不經意地透露出某方面的忽略或迴避──肉體。肉體在本劇中不僅舉足輕重且一再地帶給觀眾深痛的衝擊。《美國天使》中無所不在的肉體展現,尤其是感染愛滋病的男同志病體,在在證實了劇中具強烈身體感官的言語、意象、和行動的重要性。本文深究《美國天使》中運用肉體的意識型態和䇿略意涵,並論述克許納將肉體政治化,透過展現怪誕醜陋的男同志愛滋病體、疾病敍述、及性暴露的方式,為男同性戀者和愛滋病患爭取平權,並激發同情心與善解的人性光輝。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>Tony Kushner’s Pulitzer Prize-winning Angels in America, A Gay Fantasia on National Themes (1992) brings ponderous issues such as homosexuality, religion, politics, homophobia, and identity together in a fascinating and profound clash of warring beliefs, ideologies, fears, and anxiety. However, the plethora of scholarship which the play has inspired on the wars of ideology, be they political, religious, or cultural, has betrayed an unwitting negligence or avoidance in one regard&mdash;corporeality, which not only abounds in the play but also insistently makes poignant impressions on the audience. The pervasiveness of corporeality in Angels in America, specifically the AIDS-infected male homosexual body, attests to the centrality of visceral language, imagery, and action in the play. This study delves into the ideological and strategic implications of corporeality in Angels in America and postulates that Kushner politicizes corporeality to strive for equity for homosexual males and AIDS patients and to inspire sympathy and understanding humanity through the AIDS-infected male homosexual grotesquery, illness narratives, and sexual explicitness.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>龔自珍為清代著名的詩人及思想家,而這樣一位「但開風氣不為師」的詩人,一生有過幾次自覺戒詩的經驗,而「戒詩」的現象在中國詩歌史上相當特殊的,詩人為何要戒詩,而又破戒?龔自珍內心「寫作的焦慮」之根源是什麼?本文試圖從兩個方面切入,其一、爬梳相關文獻,先行探求龔自珍的詩學觀,唯有如此,我們才能從中得知為何是戒「詩」。其二、切入相關詩歌文本,觀看龔自珍自己如何看待自己的「戒詩」與「破戒」的說法。最後,分析兩者之間的關係,以及變化。期能為龔自珍之相關研究做出一點貢獻。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>Gong Zizhen was a famous poet and thinker in the Qing dynasty. The era he lived was a turning point from flourish to the decadence, from tradition to modern. This phenomenon can be read in the works from Gong Zizhen and it’s also the key point for emancipation of the ideas in late Qing dynasty. Gong Zizhen who leaded the fashion but not stood under the spotlight, he had many experiences of quitting writing poetry. Quitting writing poetry is a special phenomenon in the history of the Chinese poetry, why did poet want to quit? The thesis studied these from two aspects. The first is to explore the poetry concept of Gong Zizhen through article review so that it may be understood why he choose to quit writing poetry? Second, it could be discovered how did Gong Zizhen treat his explain about quitting writing poetry and breaking it repeatedly by reviewing related poetries. Last, analyzing the relationship and transformation between the two. Expecting to offer some contributions for the study of Gong Zizhen.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>錢鍾書的《圍城》因其獨具一格的行文、諷刺和暗喻而聞名於世,該小說對中日戰爭初期的中國文人進行了辛辣且幽默的嘲諷及批評。然而,截至目前,學界鮮少討論錢鍾書在《圍城》中的旅行書寫。傳統上,旅行往往被視為是一個文化影響、發現他者及自我的過程;極端情形下,旅行甚至是征服的開始。本文認為,錢鍾書通過旅行的情節,揭露了人性的黑暗面,例如自大、虛偽、貪婪和算計,而這些陰暗面的存在無關種族、性別、階級、教育或地區。《圍城》的男主角方鴻漸本就是一個自卑且悲觀的人,經過數次旅行之後&mdash;&mdash;從歐洲到上海、從上海到湖南、從湖南回到上海,他的這些性格特徵愈發明顯。他的一生是由一個接一個的圍城所構成,而從此圍城到彼圍城的旅途給了他短暫的可以喘息的時間和空間,這些旅行也給了他轉瞬即逝的虛假希望,那便是,他在下一站將迎來更好的機遇。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>Famous for its masterful diction, satire, and metaphor, Qian Zhongshu’s Fortress Besieged is a sharp, humorous, and sarcastic criticism of Chinese intellectuals at the beginning of the Sino-Japanese War. Until recently, scant attention was paid to Qian’s travel writing in this novel. Travel is traditionally considered a process of cultural influence, the discovery of the other and the self or, radically, the beginning of conquest. This essay argues that Qian adopts the plot of travel to display a bleak picture of humanity, filled with pretentiousness, hypocrisy, greed, and manipulation, the existence of which is not impacted by race, gender, class, education, or region. For the novel’s protagonist Fang Hongjian, his habitual low-esteem and pessimism become more explicit after his several trips from Europe to Shanghai, from Shanghai to Hunan, and from Hunan back to Shanghai. His life consists of besieged fortresses one after another. The journey from here to there gives him temporary space and time for breathing, as well as a false and fleeting hope that he will have better chances in the next stop.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

<p>本文基於「COCT 書面語語料庫2017」對「忙」的語意特徵及認知概念進行分析。先以單字詞「忙」為單位,分析其語意特徵;再分析「忙得」後方的補語結構,研究「忙」的認知概念。本研究結果顯示「忙」的語意特徵有三類:投注大量心力和時間做某事、在有限的時間抓緊時間做事、表密集繁多,而各類能以不同的語意側重(profile)呈現。「忙」的認知概念類別為:事件狀態、生理表現、情緒。綜合上述兩個類別系統,能發現「忙」的意義具有三個特性:急迫性、消耗性、密集性。</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>This study utilized the written data from the &quot;2017 Corpus of Contemporary Taiwanese Mandarin&quot; to analyze the semantic features and cognitive concepts of m&aacute;ng &quot;busy&quot;. There were a total of 1,094 instances analyzed, after removing the meanings bāngm&aacute;ng &quot;help&quot;, and other four-character idioms. For analysis, the study firstly analyzed the semantic features of m&aacute;ng and its different semantic profiles. The results showed that the semantic features of m&aacute;ng can be sorted into three types: (1) to describe someone taking a great effort and time to do something; (2) to describe someone seizing the time to finish something urgently; and (3) a dense condition given a specific period of time. M&aacute;ng can be profiled according to these semantic features. Next, the complements following m&aacute;ng were analyzed for the cognitive concepts of m&aacute;ng. Three categories of cognitive concepts of m&aacute;ng were identified: the state of events, physical performances, and emotions. Together, the semantic features and the cognitive concepts of m&aacute;ng display its urgency, consumptiveness, and density. This study provides a detailed account of a frequently used word in Mandarin, a word so frequently used that we do not normally realize its different profiling of meanings.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
