The high potential of fisheries in Banyuwangi has caused many canned sardine processing industries to be established, one of which is PT. Sumber Yalasamudra in Muncar District. In recent years the population of lemuru fish has decreased so that PT. Sumber Yalasamudra must be able to carry out good supply chain management so that the production process continues to run smoothly. This study aimed to analyze the supply chain flow and supply chain performance of PT. Sumber Yalasamudra. The research method used descriptive analysis to explain supply chain flow and SCOR analysis to measure supply chain performance of PT. Sumber Yalasamudra. The results of the analysis showed that the supply chain flow of PT. Sumber Yalasamudra are divided into 3 streams, namely (a) product flows from fishermen to final consumers (buyers), (b) financial flows flowing from downstream to upstream in cash with a period of time and (c) information flows flowing from upstream to downstream and vice versa, and supply chain performance of PT Sumber Yalasamudra based on 5 attributes of SCM (Supply Chain Management) it can be concluded that PT Sumber Yalasamudra has a good performance because it is in a superior position.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan rantai pasok yang digunakan pihak UMKM Kering-kering Bu Ameni yang berlokasidi Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini penting untuk dilakukan mengingat UMKM turut andil dalam membuka kesempatan kerja yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan perekonomian suatu Negara. Agar dapat bersaing dilingkungan bisnis yang sangat kompetetitif seperti saat ini, UMKM dituntut untuk semakin meningkatkan kinerja melalui manajemen rantai pasok yang dimiliki. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan survei dan observasi secara langsung mengenai rantai pasok di pihak UMKM Kering-kering Bu Ameni di Sidoarjo masih bersifat konservatif dan sistem kerelasian yang erat.   Kata kunci : Supply, Chain, Management, UMKM   ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to describe the supply chain used by Kering-kering Mrs. Ameni’s in Sidoarjo. This research is important to do because UMKM also contributes to opening employment opportunities which in turn can improves a country’s economy. In order to compete in a highly competitive business environment as it is today, UMKM is demanded to further improve their performance through supply cahin management. SMEs’ contribution to Indonesia’s national GDP is quite high. However ineffective supply chain management causes the competitiveness of food SMEs company is low. The purpose of this research is to determine the appropriate criteria for supplier selection to improve the competitiveness of food SMEs company. This research method using a combination of DEMATEL and ANP called DEMATEL-Based ANP. This method is used to generate supplier selection criteria and their weight, which are obtained from the judgment of seven experts. This research resulted in the 20 criteria considered important from the results of the expert judgment. Criteria with the greatest weight is the communication openness with the weight value of 14%.

The Research method used is multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The research result showed that supply chain management and kaizen togethers react positive and significant effect on production. This study aims to analyze the dropship strategy in the context of supply chain management in order to meet the desires of consumers to obtain products that are fast and useful. The research method used is qualitative research are methods to explore and understand the meaning of a number of individuals or groups of people ascribed to social or humanitarian problems. The results of the study revealed that the dropship strategy activities have been carried out by ordering online and manually. Dropship strategy involves 3 (three) elements, namely first, the buyer in this case the customers who come from domestic and abroad. Second, the seller (ceramic craftsman), and third, is the person who markets the ceramics (the craftsman cooperates with UPTD Plered). The obstacle that was found was in the case of the durability of the ceramic packaging that would be sent both domestically and abroad. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi dropship dalam konteks supply   chain   management dalam rangka memenuhi keinginan konsumen memperoleh produk yang cepat dan bernilai guna. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif  merupakan metode-metode untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami makna yang oleh sejumlah  individu atau sekelompok orang dianggap berasal dari masalah sosial atau kemanusiaan. Unit analisisnya adalah para pengrajin keramik. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah : studi literatur, observasi dan wawancara dengan para pengrajin keramik dan cross cek dengan Dinas UMKM  Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kegiatan Strategi dropship telah dilakukan secara pemesanan online maupun secara manual. Strategi dropship melibatkan 3 (tiga) unsur yaitu pertama, pembeli dalam hal ini para pelanggan yang berasal dari dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Kedua, penjual (pengrajin keramik), dan ketiga, adalah orang yang memasarkan keramiknya (pengrajin bekerjasama dengan UPTD Plered). Kendala yang ditemukan adalah dalam hal ketahanan kemasan  keramik yang akan dikirim baik dalam maupun luar negeri.
