Zakat funds are a mandate of Allah SWT that must be distributed to mustahiq. This study aims to measure the feasibility of a village to be assisted by using zakat funds. The method used is a qualitative method using the Village Zakat Index (IDZ) model. The IDZ measurement includes five dimensions: economy, health, education, humanity, and dakwah. The research was conducted at Curug Depok. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, questionnaires, and expert judgment consisting of village officials, RT, and the community. The results showed that the IDZ value in Curug was categorized as functional with a score of 0.79. This finding indicates that Cukug is not prioritized to be assisted by zakat funds. The dimensions with the lowest IDZ value are the economic and human dimensions of 0.61 and 0.78. This data shows that zakat institutions can implement empowerment programs focusing on economic and humanitarian programs.

Further scientifically finding of total logistics costs model during execution the cement projects in Indonesia, the consecutive further tasks are how to examine the best logistics' provider to perform the logistics' works. This is the ultimate goal of this chapter. The methodology developed is by case study, elaborate techniques of focus group discussion (FGD), expert judgment (EJ), and enriched by the analytical hierarchical process (AHP) to obtain the best decision. The finding is the total costs of ownership (TCO) as the best tool to examine several considerations to select the best provider's candidates can be applied. Data as sources of this chapter are consolidated from the cement projects in Indonesia from 2010 to 2018. During the period, cement projects in Indonesia were rampant, and certainly, it demanded logistics providers. The TCO in practical fits during procurement-processes, it is also valuable during the selection of the logistics' providers. The TCO is fair enough as the best tool to build governance during procurement to avoid miss-discrimination-treated.

The objective of this study was to design an instrument to evaluate parental involvement in the education of their children, and, subsequently, to investigate the content validity of that instrument. The questions on the questionnaire have been written according to the dimensions that shape the construct of parental participation: parenting, learning supervision, communication, parental networks, and relationships with the community. Further, for the study of content validity, expert judgment has been used, and the Aiken V coefficient has been estimated. The results indicate a wide degree of agreement among the judges, showing evidence of content validity regarding the criteria of clarity, relevance, and sufficiency of the questions with Aiken V values that ranged between 0.73 and 1, with confidence intervals of 99 %. It was concluded that the instrument can be used successfully in the evaluation of parental involvement in education.

The practice of gross motor coordination allows the infant to perform experiential actions to reach maturity, evidencing the passage from practical action to the action of thinking. In this way, feelings and sensations are promoted; discovering one's own body, space and time. The objective of the research was to describe the level of gross motor coordination presented by five-year-old children from I.E.I. N° 0345, Lima and I.E.I. N° 166 "Warma Kuyay", Callao, 2020. The research approach was quantitative, basic type and comparative descriptive design. The technique used was observation and the instrument was the checklist validated through the expert judgment technique and the reliability was 0.911, according to Cronbach's alpha. The results obtained describe the differences presented by five-year-old students in relation to gross motor coordination; the main indicators being the prioritization of the body through movement and the orientation to the development of motor activities, especially in the first years of life. This, because it favors the physical, emotional, socio-affective and cognitive levels, which evidences the differences between the samples investigated.

Abstract Objectives Closer reading of computed tomography pulmonary angiography (CTPA) scans of patients presenting with acute pulmonary embolism (PE) may identify those at high risk of developing chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). We aimed to validate the predictive value of six radiological predictors that were previously proposed. Methods Three hundred forty-one patients with acute PE were prospectively followed for development of CTEPH in six European hospitals. Index CTPAs were analysed post hoc by expert chest radiologists blinded to the final diagnosis. The accuracy of the predictors using a predefined threshold for ‘high risk’ (≥ 3 predictors) and the expert overall judgment on the presence of CTEPH were assessed. Results CTEPH was confirmed in nine patients (2.6%) during 2-year follow-up. Any sign of chronic thrombi was already present in 74/341 patients (22%) on the index CTPA, which was associated with CTEPH (OR 7.8, 95%CI 1.9–32); 37 patients (11%) had ≥ 3 of 6 radiological predictors, of whom 4 (11%) were diagnosed with CTEPH (sensitivity 44%, 95%CI 14–79; specificity 90%, 95%CI 86–93). Expert judgment raised suspicion of CTEPH in 27 patients, which was confirmed in 8 (30%; sensitivity 89%, 95%CI 52–100; specificity 94%, 95%CI 91–97). Conclusions The presence of ≥ 3 of 6 predefined radiological predictors was highly specific for a future CTEPH diagnosis, comparable to overall expert judgment, while the latter was associated with higher sensitivity. Dedicated CTPA reading for signs of CTEPH may therefore help in early detection of CTEPH after PE, although in our cohort this strategy would not have detected all cases. Key Points • Three expert chest radiologists re-assessed CTPA scans performed at the moment of acute pulmonary embolism diagnosis and observed a high prevalence of chronic thrombi and signs of pulmonary hypertension. • On these index scans, the presence of ≥ 3 of 6 predefined radiological predictors was highly specific for a future diagnosis of chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH), comparable to overall expert judgment. • Dedicated CTPA reading for signs of CTEPH may help in early detection of CTEPH after acute pulmonary embolism.

This current study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Vocabulary Self-collection Strategy (henceforth VSS) on the students’ reading and vocabulary achievement. The quasi-experimental research was applied and the instruments were pretest-posttest. The independent variable of this study was VSS, while the dependents were reading skill and vocabulary mastery. To collect the data, pretest-posttest was assigned. The test for both reading skill and vocabulary mastery were validated through expert judgment and content validity. Moreover, the reliability of the instruments was measured using inter-rater reliability. The data were analyzed using parametric statistical technique of T-Test and MANOVA test using SPSS 22. Computer program. The findings of this study reveal that VSS had a significant effect toward students’ reading skill and vocabulary mastery. It was indicated by the significant value of T-Test for each reading skill and vocabulary mastery which were lower than 0.05. VSS and Lecturing-practice Strategy had different capability in influencing students’ reading skill and vocabulary mastery scores simultaneously. Also, it was indicated by the significant value of Pillar’s trace, Wilka’s Lambda, Hotellings Trace and Roy’s Largest Root tests are 0.004 which was lower than 0.05. Therefore, all of the hypothesis are accepted.

Abstract

Security specifications are very important for chat application development because they can determine the level of its security which, of course, will have an impact on user trust. However, the development of outstanding application security features is not all based on a clear security requirement specification. For example, the Mxit and QQ Mobile applications do not meet any of the seven security categories for secure chat issued by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF). In fact, Yahoo! Messenger has not implemented a good security design, for example, we cannot verify the identity of our contacts and do not apply perfect forward secrecy. This means that security features in some chat applications are developed not based on security specification designs. In this study, the design of security specifications for secure chat application development was carried out by referring to the Common Criteria for IT Security Evaluation Version 3.1: 2017. In the design results, 28 families of 7 classes of Secure Functional Requirements (SFR) have been determined that must be met in the development of secure chat applications. The design result has been validated using expert judgment method.

Background Cutaneous drug eruptions are a significant source of morbidity, mortality, and cost to the healthcare system. Identifying the culprit drug is essential; however, despite numerous methods being published, there are no consensus guidelines. Objectives Conduct a scoping review to identify all published methods of culprit drug identification for cutaneous drug eruptions, compare the methods, and generate hypotheses for future causality assessment studies. Eligibility criteria Peer-reviewed publications involving culprit drug identification methods. Sources of evidence Medline, Embase, and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials. Charting methods Registered PRISMA-ScR format protocol on Open Science Forum. Results In total, 109 studies and 26 reviews were included comprising 656,635 adverse drug events, most of which were cutaneous. There were 54 methods of culprit drug identification published, categorized as algorithms, probabilistic approaches, and expert judgment. Algorithms had higher sensitivity and positive predictive value, but lower specificity and negative predictive value. Probabilistic approaches had lower sensitivity and positive predictive value, but higher specificity and negative predictive value. Expert judgment was subjective, less reproducible, but the most frequently used to validate other methods. Studies suggest that greater accuracy may be achieved by specifically assessing cutaneous drug eruptions and using combinations of causality assessment categories. Conclusions Culprit drug identification for adverse drug reactions remains a challenge. Many methods have been published, but there are no consensus guidelines. Using causality assessment methods specifically for cutaneous drug eruptions and combining aspects of the different causality assessment categories may improve efficacy. Further studies are needed to validate this hypothesis.
