Knowledge graph can effectively analyze and construct the essential characteristics of data. At present, scholars have proposed many knowledge graph models from different perspectives, especially in the medical field, but there are still relatively few studies on stroke diseases using medical knowledge graphs. Therefore, this paper will build a medical knowledge graph model for stroke. Firstly, a stroke disease dictionary and an ontology database are built through the international standard medical term sets and semiautomatic extraction-based crowdsourcing website data. Secondly, the external data are linked to the nodes of the existing knowledge graph via the entity similarity measures and the knowledge representation is performed by the knowledge graph embedded model. Thirdly, the structure of the established knowledge graph is modified continuously through iterative updating. Finally, in the experimental part, the proposed stroke medical knowledge graph is applied to the real stroke data and the performance of the proposed knowledge graph approach on the series of Trans ∗ models is compared.

To address the objectives of the adaptive learning platform, the requirements of the system in terms of business, functionality, and performance are mainly analysed, and the design of functions and database is completed; then, an updatable learner model is constructed based on the cognitive diagnosis model and resource preference attributes; then, the construction of the knowledge map is completed based on embedding to achieve knowledge point alignment, and based on this, the target knowledge points of learners are located with the help of deep learning; at the same time, the target knowledge points are taken as the starting point to generate the best learning path by traversing the knowledge map, and the corresponding learning resources and test questions are recommended for them with the help of the architecture; finally, the adaptive learning platform is developed in the environment using the architecture. Also, the target knowledge point is used as the starting point to traverse the knowledge map to generate the best learning path, and the corresponding learning resources and test questions are recommended for the learner in combination with the learner model; finally, this study adopts an architecture for the development of an adaptive learning platform in the environment to realize online tests, score analysis, resource recommendation, and other functions. A knowledge graph fusion system supporting interactive facilitation between entity alignment and attribute alignment is implemented. Under a unified conceptual layer, this system can combine entity alignment and attribute alignment to promote each other and truly achieve the final fusion of the two graphs. Our experimental results on real datasets show that the entity alignment algorithm proposed in this paper has a great improvement in accuracy compared with the previous mainstream alignment algorithms. Also, the attribute alignment algorithm proposed in this paper, which calculates the similarity based on associated entities, outperforms the traditional methods in terms of accuracy and recall.

Most of the research on stressors is in the medical field, and there are few analysis of athletes’ stressors, so it can not provide reference for the analysis of athletes’ stressors. Based on this, this study combines machine learning algorithms to analyze the pressure source of athletes’ stadium. In terms of data collection, it is mainly obtained through questionnaire survey and interview form, and it is used as experimental data after passing the test. In order to improve the performance of the algorithm, this paper combines the known K-Means algorithm with the layering algorithm to form a new improved layered K-Means algorithm. At the same time, this paper analyzes the performance of the improved hierarchical K-Means algorithm through experimental comparison and compares the clustering results. In addition, the analysis system corresponding to the algorithm is constructed based on the actual situation, the algorithm is applied to practice, and the user preference model is constructed. Finally, this article helps athletes find stressors and find ways to reduce stressors through personalized recommendations. The research shows that the algorithm of this study is reliable and has certain practical effects and can provide theoretical reference for subsequent related research.

Fluorine has a useful positron transmitting isotope and it enjoys broad application in the medical field. It is utilized in fluorinated agents, therapeutic sciences and steroid field. Fluorine incorporation viafluoroalkylation is a useful approach in the development of new functional materials and in drug design. Fluorine also plays its role as an anticancer agent and is a successful chemotherapeutic agent for certain sorts of malignant growth. 5-fluorouracil plays a vital role in the treatment of cancer. 18 Facts as a radio label tracer atom in PET imaging. 19 F has the second most sensitive and stable NMR-active nucleus.

Abstract Job satisfaction has been an important topic of focus in the organizational setting for the last few decades. This research aims to validate job satisfaction scale in medical practitioner population. The 10 items in this scale consist of 4 extrinsic facet items and 5 intrinsic facet items. This intrument was adapted into Bahasa Indonesia as suggested by Beaton, et al. (2000) and analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis. The study conducted among 287 participants working in the medical field. The study showed that the reliability of intrinsic facet is .811 and extrinsic facet .729. Further analysis found that there is correlation between intrinsic and extrinsic job satisfaction. This study concluded that the job satisfaction scale used in this study is valid and reliable to be applied in medical practitioner in Indonesia.
