Environmental quality evaluation contains some procedures such as determination of environmental evaluation factors, Environmental monitoring, evaluation of the standard, approach of the evaluation, identification of environment and so on. With the development of the society, the living standard of the people has improved, and the better living condition and living environment has been put forward. It has boosted the living environment of the residents to get to humanization. Theoretical basis and scientific foundation have provided for the environment evaluation of the living environment. Therefore, it is very necessary and urgent for the applying and meaning of the living environment. This paper has a goal to test and verify the estate in Anhui based on studying the environment evaluation, for building the environmental estate lay the foundation.

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang : Pencemaran di udara salah satunya dapat disebabkan oleh emisi buangan gas kendaraan yang dapat melepaskan zat timbal ke udara. Salah satu orang yang dapat beresiko terpapar logam timbal adalah pekerja supir bus. Pajanan logam timbal dapat terakumulasi di dalam rambut dan dapat menyebabkan efek toksisitas. Tujuan penelitan untuk mengetahui kadar logam timbal (Pb) pada rambut supir bus di tiga rute berbeda yang berangkat dari Terminal Poris, Tangerang. Ketiga rute tersebut adalah Tangerang-Padang, Tangerang-Surabaya, Tangerang-Yogyakarta. Metode : Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan jumlah korespondensi setiap rute bis sebanyak 8 orang. Penentuan kadar logam timbal pada rambut supir bus menggunakan spektrofotometer ICP-OES. Hasil : Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa semua sampel rambut supir bus diketiga rute teridentifikasi logam timbal. Kadar logam timbal terbesar pada rambut supir bus rute Tangerang-Padang yaitu 2,28 mg Pb/100 g dengan masa kerja 25 tahun. Sedangkan kadar logam timbal terendah pada rambut supir bus rute Tangerang-Surabaya yaitu 0,17 mg Pb/100 g dengan masa kerja 3 tahun. Berdasarkan uji statistic analisis korelasi diperoleh nilai r = 0,82 mendekati 1 yang menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang kuat antara masa bekerja supir bis dengan paparan logam timbal yang terdeteksi. Kesimpulan : Seluruh supir bus diketiga rute teridentifikasi logam timbal dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda-beda dengan masa kerja yang bervariasi. Kata kunci : Logam timbal, rambut supir bis, spektrofotometer   ABSTRACT   Background : One of the causes of air pollution is vehicle exhaust emissions which can release lead metal into the air. One of the people who can be at risk to the exposure of lead metal is bus driver workers. Lead metal exposure can accumulate in the hair and can cause toxicity effects. The objective of this research is to determine the level of lead (Pb) in the hair of bus drivers on three different routes departing from Terminal Poris, Tangerang. The three routes are Tangerang-Padang, Tangerang-Surabaya, Tangerang-Yogyakarta. Methods : The method used in this research is experimental research with 8 correspondences for each of bus route. Determination of the level of lead metal in the bus driver's hair is using an ICP-OES spectrophotometer. Results : The results showed that all the hair samples of the bus drivers in the three routes were contaminated as lead metal. The largest concentration of lead metal in the hair of bus drivers on the Tangerang-Padang route is 2.28 mg Pb / 100 g with 25 years of working periods. Meanwhile, the lowest level of lead in the hair of bus drivers on the Tangerang-Surabaya route is 0.17 mg Pb / 100 g with 3 years working periods. Based on statistics result corelation analysis showed value r=0,82 approximately 1 indicate positif corellation between working periods and level of lead metal that detected in driver bus body. It has been demonstrated that cross sections of bundles of hair can be effectively studied using image analysis. These studies can help to elucidate morphological differences of hair from one region of the body to another. The purpose of the present investigation was to use image analysis to determine whether morphological differences could be demonstrated between male and female human Caucasian terminal scalp hair.Hair samples were taken from the back of the head from 18 caucasoid males and 13 caucasoid females (Figs. 1-2). Bundles of 50 hairs were processed for cross-sectional examination and then analyzed using Prism Image Analysis software on a Macintosh llci computer. Twenty morphological parameters of size and shape were evaluated for each hair cross-section. The size parameters evaluated were area, convex area, perimeter, convex perimeter, length, breadth, fiber length, width, equivalent diameter, and inscribed radius. The shape parameters considered were formfactor, roundness, convexity, solidity, compactness, aspect ratio, elongation, curl, and fractal dimension.

We are traditionally used Microscope in clinical laboratory for determination of white blood cells of human blood smear. Now, in this study we were used Foldscope with Smartphone in the place of Microscope and examine many samples of human blood smear which was collected from local diagnostic centers. We were very easily quantity & morphology analysis of all types of WBC cells such as Neutrophils, Lymphocytes, Monocytes, Eosionophils, Basophils in blood smear with the help of Foldscope & image taken by Smartphone. The main objective of this study is to use Foldscope for quantity & morphology analysis of human WBCs at field level especially poor resource area where healthcare services or centers is not available & where carry of microscope is not possible.

The research entitled "Myths in the Si Kabayan Film Titled Didi Petet's Betting" aims to uncover a number of myths that actually occur in Sundanese society and analyze them about Roland Barthes's semiotic approach to the meaning of denotation and connotation. In the film Si Kabayan: Bet there are a number of myths which are a blend of myths that have lived in society and myths that were created by Si Kabayan's ingenuity. Si Kabayan's figure is always identified with the character of silly, lazy, but a lot of sense that can often defeat the antagonist he faces. Likewise, this film was produced in 1991. The Kabayan can fool the characters who become antagonists for himself with a number of myths he made. Even so, interpreting the myths that are found in the film Si Kabayan: Bets are needed interpretations from the people who live in Si Kabayan's living environment, because a number of these myths are mostly special myths that are rarely heard in real life. Some myths can also be broken by Si Kabayan himself.
