Kata Kunci: modul, perencanaan pembelajaran, integrative learning, framework Abstract: This study aims: (1) To produce a learning planning module based on an integrative learning design framework that is suitable for use in learning; (2) determine the feasibility of an integrative learning design framework based learning planning module; (3) determine the effectiveness of the learning planning module based on the integrative learning design framework. This research is a research and development (Research & Development). This research and development consists of three stages, namely pre-module development, module development and module application where the research refers to the Borg & Gall R & D cycle. The research was conducted at the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program of UNIMED in the Learning and Development Planning course in the 3rd semester through expert validation, individual trials, small group trials, and main trials. The results showed that: (1) produced a learning planning module based on the integrative learning design framework used in learning; (2) the learning planning module based on the integrative learning design framework is suitable for use in learning; (3) the learning planning module based on the integrative learning design framework can effectively improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: modules, learning planning, integrative learning, framework

The case for demand-driven research and development has received important considerations among governments, donors and programme implementing partners in development planning and implementation. Addressing demand is believed to be a bottom-top approach for designing and responding to development priorities and is good for achieving development outcomes. In this paper, we discuss the concept and application of demand driven research for development (DDRD) in Africa. We use evidence of six projects implemented under the BiomassWeb Project in Africa. We focus on parameters on level of engagement of stakeholders - whose demand is being articulated, the processes for demand articulation, capacity building and implementation processes, innovativeness of the project, reporting and sustainability of the project. We find that the nature of the institutions involved in articulation and implementation of demand-driven research and development projects and their partnerships influence the impact and reporting of demand-driven projects.

Abstract Department of Energy (DOE) missions include scientific research and development, nuclear weapons stockpile stewardship, and cleanup of the environmental legacy from weapons production. Since the cold war’s end, changes in mission focus have placed considerable attention on the standards for performing work. For activities where risk is understood, the work force’s collective experience is codified in standards. For activities with unconventional risks, good practices and individual experience communicate what is known at the edge of technology and consensus Standards. This paper describes the basis for a Procedures standard, a principles-based enterprise approach for knowledge transfer that supports the unique missions of DOE.

The article examines the recent active public debate concerning the organization of expert activity in Russia. Along with terminological ambiguity in this area, there are significant issues related to the status of the expert, expert’s independence, and the general devaluation of expert opinion. The activity of expert councils formed under the executive authorities is subject to particular criticism both from the citizens and the state. At the same time, special attention is paid to the participation of the scientific community in the independent expertise of programs, projects, and decisions. In this connection, according to the results of the meeting of the Council on education and science, the list of instructions of the President of the Russian Federation provides for the introduction of amendments into the legislation concerning the concept “scientific (scientific-technical) expertise”. It is necessary to establish the criteria and mechanisms for this expertise, as well as the rules for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of budgetary allocations for state support of scientific research and development.
