Distortion of information is one of the inherent accounting risks in financial statements. Financial statements are one of the fundamental sources of information that can be used in investment decision making in the Indonesia stock exchange. If investors use this information, then investors also have the same risk that is the distortion of information contained in financial statements. This research tries to test whether stock prices can be more explained through alternative accounting information or information contained in financial statements. This research was conducted using a sequential explanatory mixed method. Using data on companies listed in the Business 27 index, tested using path analysis through multiple regression models, the results of this research indicate that alternative accounting information has not been able to explain variations in stock price changes compared to accounting information contained in financial statements. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis using qualitative data indicate there is a match between the results of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Pendahuluan: Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) di Indoneisa masih tinggi. Survei Demografi Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) tahun 2012 menunjukkan AKI di Indonesia 359 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup. Di Jawa Barat pada tahun 2016 terdapat 797 kasus kematian ibu. Subang merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Jawa Barat. Jumlah kematian ibu di Kabupaten Subang pada tahun 2017 terdapat 27 kasus. Diperlukan intervensi sesuai akar permasalahan untuk membantu pengambilan kebijakan sebagai bagian dari upaya menurunkan kematian ibu di Kabupaten Subang. Tujuan penelitian: Menganalisis sebaran kematian ibu di Kabupaten Subang; menganalisis peta permasalahan kematian ibu di Kabupaten Subang; menganalisis intervensi berbasis masalah yang dibutuhkan untuk menurunkan kematian ibu di Kabupaten Subang. Bahan dan metode:  Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran kuantitatif dan kualitatif (sequential explanatory mixed method). Hasil penelitian: Kasus kematian ibu di Kabupetan Subang tahun 2013 (10 kasus), 2014 (11 kasus), 2015 (30 kasus), 2016 (34 kasus), dan 2017 (27 kasus). Peta permasalahan kematian ibu terbanyak tahun 2017 adalah Puskesmas Kalijati ( 4 kasus) dengan penyebab hipertensi dalam kehamilan (HDK), asma, dan hypertyroid; Puskesmas Binong dengan penyebab HDK, hypertyroid, dan decompensasi cordis; Puskesmas Sukarahayu (3 kasus) dengan penyebab emboli, hypertyroid dan DIC. Berdasarkan penyebab, HDK paling banyak menyumbangkan kematian. Berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan, paling banyak kematian ibu terjadi pada ibu dengan tingkat pendidikan SD. Berdasarkan status kematian, paling banyak terjadi pada masa nifas. Berdasarkan penolong, paling banyak ditolong oleh dokter. Berdasarkan tempat kematian, paling banyak terjadi di RSUD. Berdasarkan 3 terlambat paling banyak terlambat memutuskan. Berdasarkan 4 terlalu, paling banyak terlalu tua. Kesimpulan: Intervensi penurunan kematian ibu di Kabupaten harus berdasarkan masalah.

AbstrakDalam industri jasa keuangan, termasuk perbankan, kepercayaan merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terutama untuk mengambil keputusan dalam menetapkan pilihannya kepada salah satu perusahaan. Kepercayaan juga menjadi penting di dalam ranah internet, terutama ketika berbicara mengenai sebuah website. Melalui tampilan visual website, visitor akan membentuk persepsi terhadap website yang dikunjunginya. Ketika persepsi positif terbentuk di dalam diri visitor, maka ia tidak ragu untuk melakukan tindakan nyata kepada penyedia layanan website seperti membagikan data pribadi atau melakukan transaksi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tampilan visual website PT Bank Nusantara Parahyangan Tbk. (Bank BNP) menggunakan alat ukur VisAWI (simplicity, diversity, colorfulness, dan craftmanship) terhadap kepercayaan visitor. Penelitian ini menggunakan sequential explanatory mixed method. Metode pengumpulan data kuantitatif yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah survei dengan menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner yang disebar ke 135 responden yang memiliki usia 23-38 tahun. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif yang digunakan adalah wawancara terstruktur. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwa tampilan visual website Bank BNP berpengaruh 42,1% terhadap kepercayaan visitor. Selain itu, tampilan visual Bank BNP juga membentuk persepsi visitor akan kinerja bank tersebut dalam dunia nyata. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hanya craftmanship saja yang mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan visitor dibandingkan dengan elemen lainnya. Kata kunci: tampilan visual, website, kepercayaan, perbankan, VisAWI AbstractIn the financial service industry, including banking, trust is the most influential factor for making decisions in choosing a company to cooperate with. Trust also becomes significant to the use of the internet, specifically websites. Through the visual appearances of a website, a visitor will form perceptions of the website. When positive perceptions are formed, a visitor will not hesitate to take action, such as sharing personal data or making transactions with the website providers. This research was conducted to determine the influence of visual appearances of the Bank BNP website on visitor trust using VisAWI (simplicity, diversity, colorfulness, and craftsmanship). The method used in this study is a sequential explanatory mixed method. The quantitative data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire tool distributed to 135 respondents who were 23-38 years old, while the qualitative data were collected through structured interviews. The data analysis showed that the visual appearances of the website had an effect of 42.1% on visitors' trust. Visual appearances of the Bank BNP website also form visitors’ perceptions of bank performance in the real world. It also can be concluded that only website craftsmanship that has a positive and significant influence on visitors’ trust. Keywords: visual appearance, website, trust, banking, VisAWI

Kematian perinatal berhubungan dengan peristiwa obstetri seperti lahir mati dan kematian neonatal dini. Kasus kematian bayi di Kabupaten Garut menduduki peringkat kedua tertinggi kematian bayi di Jawa Barat. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk menurunkan kasus kematian perinatal namun, belum memperlihatkan hasil maksimal. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis penyebab kematian perinatal yang dapat dicegah. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah Sequential Explanatory Mixed Method. Tahap pertama melakukan teknik  kuantitatif dengan studi dokumentasi terhadap dokumen Otopsi Verbal Perinatal (OVP) berjumlah 78 kasus. Uji statistik menggunakan fisher exact. Tahap kedua dengan teknik kualitatif dengan indepth interview pada empat orang keluarga bayi yang meninggal, dua orang petugas kesehatan dan dua orang penanggungjawab pencatatan dan pelaporan dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) pada satu orang kepala seksi kesehatan keluarga Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Garut dan empat orang bidan koordinator puskesmas. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Oktober sampai November 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan jarak kelahiran, penyakit penyerta, ketersediaan fasilitas dan rujukan dengan kematian perinatal yang dapat dicegah (p<0,05). Jarak kelahiran dan penyakit penyerta masih berkontribusi terhadap kematian perinatal yang dapat dicegah terkait dengan keterbatasan pengetahuan ibu dan juga deteksi dini baik tingkat keluarga maupun tenaga kesehatan, sedangkan ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan terkait dengan keterbatasan alat dan sumber daya manusia kesehatan. Sebagian besar kematian perinatal dapat dicegah. Perlu kerjasama semua elemen masyarakat maupun pemerintah dalam upaya menurunkan kematian perinatal yang dapat dicegah.

Terdapat perbedaan antara sekolah dasar konvensional dengan sekolah dasar alam dalam upaya sekolah memenuhi kebutuhan dasar siswa sehingga terdapat perbedaan penilaian pada siswa tentang sekolahnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan school well-being antara sekolah dasar konvensional dengan siswa sekolah dasar alam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sequential explanatory mixed-method analysis serta teknik sampling convenience sampling. Berdasarkan uji beda terhadap 132 responden ditemukan terdapat perbedaan school well-being antara siswa sekolah dasar konvensional dengan siswa sekolah dasar alam. Siswa sekolah dasar alam memiliki school well- being yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan sekolah konvensional pada setiap dimensi.

Purpose This paper aims to assess the various impacts of tourism development in Chiang Mai on the local populace’s sense of well-being. The moderating effect of employment in and affiliation with the tourism industry on perception of tourism development is also examined. Design/methodology/approach A sequential explanatory mixed method design is adopted, beginning with the development of a conceptual model that links residents’ perceived impact of tourism development with their general and life domain-specific well-beings. The model is tested with a survey of 567 respondents who are long-term residents of Chiang Mai. The findings are subsequently used in the semi-structured in-depth interviews with selected tourism stakeholders to provide qualitative explanation and meaning to the data. Findings The results suggest a reciprocal relationship between perceived economic, cultural and environmental impact of tourism development and Chiang Mai residents’ general sense of well-being. It also revealed that community well-being and material well-being accounted the most and the least, respectively, on overall well-being for Chiang Mai residents. Another interesting observation was that Chiang Mai residents feel the same way about the various perceived impact of tourism development on overall sense of well-being, regardless of whether they are employed or affiliated with the tourism industry or otherwise. Originality/value With limited literature on the perceived impact of tourism development by residents in Asia, this research provides a Thai perspective of the said impact on general well-being. A sequential explanatory mixed method provides an added lens to induce insights and explain the results deduced from the earlier quantitative study.

Malaysian occupational therapists perceived occupation-based intervention (OBI) as the occupation as a means and an end. This study aimed to identify and explore perceived barriers to implementing OBI in Malaysia's diverse areas of occupational therapy practice context. A sequential explanatory mixed-method design with a cross-sectional survey and three focus group discussions (FGD) were performed sequentially. The results from the survey corresponded with the FGD findings, and new barriers emerged namely, occupational therapy personnels, bureaucratic system and economic challenge. These results may help in the discovery of solutions to enhance OBI implementation in Malaysia.
